We were facing a costly replacement of our heating and cooling systems. We had been customers of another company we had relied on for several years. The installers were on time and did a very professional clean job on installing the A/C, Furnace and thermostat. They wont leave until you are satified. Highly,highly recommended. The install wotks perfect and I keep going out ooking at it looks so good!

We had such an amazing experience with this company that I had to write a review. When I research companies for goods and services I give a lot of weight to reviews by actual customers.My husband and I wanted AC for years, but always put it on hold due to finances. We had three companies come give us estimates. They were fairly similar in pricing. But we had a much better feeling about Michael and Diane with West Coast Hearing and Air. After the estimate we hemmed and hawed for quite a while and asked a million questions. They never pressured us at all and answered all of our questions. Michael and the entire team are amazing. They helped fix the furnace at our previous house during an after hours call so that we did not freeze. Then at our new house, they were the only company I considered for our new furnace and ac unit. The previous owners of our home invested in a highly rated, top of the line system which unfortunately was installed with corners cut and incorrect sizing. This resulted in the unit failing after only 8 years. West Coast Heating & Air is my go to for HVAC issues. Mike has installed new electric furnaces and natural gas furnaces at several of my rental properties. He has diagnosed and repaired existing furnace issues as well. He performs excellent work at a reasonable price. Im surprised how much our American Standard split-system heat pump saves us on energy costs - at least 25% savings. And on the coldest days our old heating system couldnt heat our home to shirtsleeves comfort, but the new system is more powerful and can easily maintain the temperature we want - while costing us less!
