It was just a way to treat myself. Was not the best Ive had. Only got a pedicure. Felt that the language barrier might have hindered the experience. The chic I had would just yes me and nod....but then not do what I was asking. She cut a little to much off my skin..that bled a little..then got a small infection. Not all her fault that stuff can happen. With all the other nail places in town, I will not be go back.

I just love this nail place. Places very clean and the technicians are very friendly. Its just open about six weeks. They serve wine,soda water its just a wonderful thing

I have had the hardest time finding a nail salon that I personally love the work being new here. I could NOT be happier with the way my nails turn out EVERYTIME! I dont think theyre rude at all. I think people misunderstand them and their way of communication because Ive had nothing but a pleasant experience there! Cant wait to go tomorrow to get a new color of Mylar! They have endless options from gel, S&S to acrylic! Love love love!

This is the 3rd time Ive tried them in 4 years. Each time, Im disappointed. I love their color selection, but thats it! The service is sub-standard and is expensive!! I was there one week ago today, I spent $85 on a fill & pedicure! Nothing crazy! As of today, I have 4 chipped nails!! FOUR!!!!!For that price, I should be good until the nails start to grow out!I will stick to Nails Spa of Punta Gorda!

I love the staff they are always happy and they do awesome work on mani and pedis my favorite place to hang. I cant wait for them to move over to the new place. 5+stars

Horrible service. Sat waiting for a half hour for no service, woman sitting across from me said she had been there for 45 minutes, we both left, I returned later only to be told no one was there who could do what I wanted (brows and lash extensions) will NEVER go back!

My mom & I had a Mani Pedi last week.First I should explain this was special because my mom had come for the holidays and had to stay behind because shed had a heart attack, then bypass surgery and had her recovery at our home. We had gone to have a Mani Pedi at LC Nails in celebration of her feeling well enough to go home. I spent $95 for horrible work & Ill never go back there again! Our feet were rough on the bottom and werent properly done. After I told my tech not to cut my finger nails she did anyway and brought them down to nubs (after I spent months growing them). Our cuticles were never cleaned and are overgrown. 3 days later the paint started chipping. Im VERY disappointed and angry at a lost moment with my mom, wasting my money, her cutting my pretty nails off and just shotty work!

Sadly, it was terrible. I am from out of town and went in for a nail repair. When I mentioned to the nail tech that the nail he was repairing didn’t match the shape and length of my other nails.......he said, “go back to Michigan if you want them to match”. I was disappointed and embarrassed with his outburst. The whole shop could hear him. I would have thought it was a given that my repaired nail would match my other nine.

Very racist shop owner told a customer to go back to Haiti because she asked him to make a simple correction because of error on his part.

Got my nails done there and within a week had three broken nails. I am thinking I should try another place.
