Dawns Pamper Parlor gave me a great experience! Had a manicure there. Although Dawns was small and in slightly hard to find, Madison definitely made up for it! She was so gentle and tried to get a few conversations started. Madison also didnt try to upcharge me since I didnt get my curticles done. Reasonable price also! Madison does a perfect pedicure on my very imperfect toes. She’s fantastic and very personable as is Dawn the owner. The salon is impeccably clean and was so even before Covid initiated enhanced cleaning requirements. I go once a month and rarely have to wait. And, they do pamper everyone.

They never answer the phone. The 4 times we left a message nobody returned our calls. I finally walked in to make an appointment and there was food open half eaten sandwich is sitting all over the front desk. Then I told the lady who owns it Dawn) not to schedule an appointment on Wednesday or Thursday of this week but any other day is fine and she said March 4? And I said yes. I didn’t realize March 4 was Wednesday. After all she was looking at her calendar and I was not. So I drop my daughter off today and the appointment is for tomorrow when we’re unavailable. Just super disappointed and unprofessionalism of the entire place. It would’ve been super convenient because we live right down the road but will go somewhere else with our consistent business. That’s two people getting their nails done every two weeks that they missed out on because of the lack of communication. 🤷🏻‍♀️👋🏼

Was nervous the first visit and didnt know what to expect. The shop is very nice and comfortable, everyone is super friendly and Lewis did a terrific job with both color and cut. Great place!

Very clean environment with plexiglass panels separating professional and client. Plus they do an exceptional job with hair and nails. KUDOS!

Dawn is an expert hair and color stylist, plus excellent nail technician. She is an extremely nice and caring person who listens to her clients and tries to fulfill their needs. There are two others who work in the salon - one is a talented hair stylist and the other a talented nail technician. Very nice small salon.

I really liked it a lot. Just 3 people in a lovely but small space. Im going pace again for sure. Lewis and Dawn are the stylests and from what Ive seen, you cant go wrong with either.
