My nails and toes have never looked better. Tony and Tina are wonderful!

I made an appointment with her and she talked to me twice confirming. I said I was on the way when I arrived it was closed and I reached out to her numerous times and she ignored all my calls and texts! She never responded so I drove there for nothing and it was insane how unprofessional this all was. She also blocked me from calling the salon after I messaged her saying only that I was disappointed. IDK if its some sort of scam but be weary of this one for sure? I may follow up with better business bureau so they are aware of this situation.

Should have turned around as soon as I opened door. Didnt smell good. The nail tech cut my cuticles to short and 4 were bleeding. I have done this for years but first time at this place but I will never go back.

I have been to this salon several times. I have had my nails done by Jimmy and Tina. Both were very good. I love Jimmy. He is friendly and does an outstanding job on my nails. Jennifer does my pedicure and she is great too. She takes her time and gives me a great foot massage. I have tried several places and this one has been the best by far for me.

Tony and the others at Nail Palace do a great job at reasonable prices. I go about every 5 weeks. I have had other pedicures but none as thorough.

Went for a pedicure price was great but they don’t have enough help there a paid for there best pedicure combo The women who did my pedicure was in a rush because people were waiting and there is onlyTony and her working By her not concentrating on me she cut two of my toes and one finger I’m still in pain three days later You Get What You Pay For!!!

I get my pedicure done here. Very good service. Very clean place. Very well priced. This is my new go to place. Close to home as well. Wish I knew about this place sooner

I like this salon, had my nails done by jimmy. i let him do whatever to my nails and i love it, he did an excellent job. not going to the other salon anymore.

For over a year, Ive have known I needed to quit going here. After this last episode, Ive decided its time time find a new place. Here are just a few reasons - owners kids fighting with each other, moping around, putting their parents down; every time I have bloody fingers or toes; mani/pedi hurt - not relaxing; owners hands are dirty; this last episode after waiting in the pedicure tub for 25 min, two people walked in 10 min early for their appt....owner told me he had to take care of them first; he never has enough help since Jimmy and Jennifer left. I dont usually leave negative reviews but I will never return even though they are nearby.

Run away.The salon was not as clean as I would of liked and the instruments were used before.

My first visit. Very satisfied with service, cost and clean salon appearance. Just found my new nail salon in Punta Gorda. Was traveling back to Bradenton.
