My Mum and I went yesterday for birthday pedicures. I was initially surprised to see no sinks but thinking about it the bowl idea is so much better because they can be easily cleaned and sanitized after each use. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we didnt feel like we were being rushed through at all. I had Jessica and my mum had Shelby and we were both very happy with the service we received. Both girls were very gentle. There was a great selection of colors to choose from too. Highly recommend and this will now be our go to place.

I have been going here for about 2 years now. It is clean and relaxing. Has a great selection of the colors and options to choose from. I have had almost all the girls either do a pedicure or my nails. They do an awesome job. I am NEVER EVER disappointed. I regularly see Cheri, and every time I go its like catching up with an old friend. She does speculator work. The entire staff is always friendly and upbeat. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to everyone!

Why did I give five stars?Been to a lot of nail salons to get my nails done.After a week the gel would start to chip, but not after I went here.The gel lasted for over four weeks❗❗❗Highly recommend this place.

Our visit on Saturday was soooo nice ! Bree was great with my daughter for her first mani / pedi! Jessica is kind and was sweet to talk to during my pedi. I felt both girls genuinely cared about our experience. I loved that there is so much natural light at Perfectly Polished - it is much more tranquil than having these services under bright fluorescent lights. The decor, the historic building, and the warmth of the staff made for a relaxing yet fun experience. There is a small eclectic selection of items to shop, just the right amount. Comfortable and charming.

I have tender feet and hands. Cacie was gentle with me. My first visit. I got $10 off for my first visit. The reason I chose this particular nail salon is they use bowls that can be 100% sanitized, no plumbing connected that cant ever get 100%sanitized. The building has so much history. I love the stainglass old windows. Also I love how the owner exposed the old water pipe system. Everyone who works there makes you feel like you are family.

Omg! My 1st time there and won’t be the last. It’s the dazzling and glitter collection for me! Jessica is a pro with the polish on my feet and when she did added glitter she asked all the right questions and my feet look dope. They are different there even the lotion they use is high quality!My manicure nail was by Maria! I made a friend and I’m usually introvert. She is one of the most patient person to ever touch my hands ! The ideas she had to match mine made my blinging nails look more than I expected it to. She even gave advice about skin care stuff I asked about and took the time to get me the info. Overall I can’t stop looking at my nails and the compliments are from people who are driving by. That how much it blings!Thank you I really enjoy the atmosphere and wine request. I even purchased a cute purse from there. Not even sure if I got $10 off I forgot to ask because I was soooooo happy with my nails!!!

First visit here. The husband gave me a gift certificate for Christmas. Called and got a same day appointment (it is off season down here). Greeted as soon as I entered. Clean, nicely decorated. I was offered water, tea or wine, I opted for the red wine (it was 5 oclock somewhere). How could I refuse?! The owner came over and was most pleasant. The young lady (Kimberly) who did my pedicure was most thorough and attentive and knew the procedure quite well. I will be going back for sure. Next time I will bring my girlfriends so we can have a grand old time.

First visit, there was no cuticle clipping...a random gross hair in my tub and my nails were painted like a 5 year old. If you’re accustomed to a “normal”pedicure” this is not the place.

Always friendly. Great place to get your nails done. Cheri listens to my likes and dislikes and does my nails accordingly. Ive been searching for a place for awhile that will listen to how I prefer my nails to be done. She is awesome!

The staff are great... the level of experience is void... I absolutely love pedicures but felt like after it was completed it looked like it was done by an amateur. Sadly I won’t go back! Great location great concept... need experienced techs...

Ive been going to Profiles PG since the second or third week they were open in the area. Its very conveniently located with off street parking which is a huge bonus when downtown. The shop is clean and the staff is super sweet. I usually bounce from shop to shop because I get frustrated with getting the shape correct but the nail tech Maria is great at her craft and I havent needed to try any other places. The owner is kind and personable. Great place.

I wanted to find a new nail salon. I saw this one received good reviews. I’m wording how that happened. I called today had an appt with (I would prefer not to mention) however it was one of the worst manicure gone bad. To say the least I will not be returning. I gave them 2 stars one was for appearance.

I absolutely love this place !!!! I drive from FM just to get my nails done here. They last weeks so I don’t mind the drive. I seriously won’t let anyone touch my nails except the girls here. Love them !!!!!!!

Even though we had an appointment, we had to wait 45 minutes for our pedicures. They trimmed and shellac polished our nails first, and then soaked our feet - no cuticle work. Very expensive. The parking lot is terrible - very difficult for my aging mother to navigate.

I have been going to the Punta Gorda Profiles location now for about 6 months when I moved out to the area. Before I was going to the gulfcoast location for couple of years so I have been Profiles dedicated for awhile now and would not go anywhere else! Cindy, the owner at the punta gorda location is absolutely amazing, always attentive to my needs and what I am looking to do; and the techs are just as great! I have been going to Kimberly now for almost 4 months and she is absolutely amazing! She listens to what I want and does her absolute best to make sure I am happy before I leave. I am so lucky to have a bunch of talented and dedicated staff to take care of my nails and be so friendly,nice, and with great customer service! If we try an idea that we have and I end up not liking it Kimberly is always happy to fix it and make sure it is what I want before the appt is over. I am so lucky to have her as my nail girl and would recommend this location to anyone, you will not be disappointed I assure you!

As a new mom of two I was super excited to get a pamper day that consisted of a mani/pedi. I hadn’t done this in years! I was able to make an appointment easily and the receptionist was so nice, she even helped me find the location when I got turned around on my way there. Unfortunately, my manicure and pedicure were not that great. The lady who did my nails was very sweet. She mentioned she had been in this business for many years and just loved it, which made me feel comfortable. She cut my nails on my toes all crooked and I had paint all over my skin. There’s parts of my nail that is not fully painted and at one point I had to ask her to fix it because it was a huge chunk she’d missed. (Which I would be ok with if it weren’t for the fact that my nails and feet were both done so poorly). By the time we got to my manicure I didn’t even want anything cut or filed I just wanted them painted. As you can see from the picture, I might have been able to do this same type of job had I just done them myself. I hate to say that because again, the lady was so incredibly sweet but I’m just bummed. She did a great job making sure I was comfortable and with the massage she did on my feet and legs but ultimately I was there for a nice polished mani/pedi. I’d probably give them another chance with a different tech but for the money I paid I’m just disappointed.
