When I moved to PG. it was important to me that I found someone that knew how to work with curly hair, someone that was not scissor happy. When I want my hair trimmed that’s exactly what I want. I had a great stylist she only cut what I told her to cut. They are a bit on the pricey side. Not so happy with the last time I went for highlights! They came out gray! I paid $165.00 for cut and highlights

Had a couples massage while visiting family in the area. (12/16/17) My first massage, it was a surprise for my wife. This place was clean, relaxing & professional. Both of our massage therapist were great. We WILL be back next time we are visiting. Highly recommend!

I set up an appointment for my husbands birthday and he loved it. The receptionist went out of her way to talk with me about what would be best for him and what accommodations he would need. She even went as far as to suggest a certain person for him because of his mobility restrictions. He had the deep tissue massage and the milk and honey body scrub. It was exactly what he needed. He has been peppy and happy for 2 days since! I will try to find excuses to get him over there as often as possible.

Jared is a Fantastic Hair Stylist! My hair was in bad shape from a visit to a previous Salon. I have been going to him since the early Falltime of 2018. My hair is in Great Shape now! Thank you Jared, You do a Beautiful job! I highly recommend this Salon & Jared!!

My husband purchased the Ultimate package for me and my sister for our Birthdays. All I can say is it was the ultimate letdown. Waiting around seemed to be the theme. The worst facial Ive ever hadMy pedicure looked like a child painted my toes.Timing between services was way off. I actually wanted do long in between sessions I fell asleep in a boring day room where we were offered a few pretzels and water. I cannot express my outrage and disbelief as to what the stylist did to my hair. I asked for a simple layered Bob. I got what I now call the Billy Bob. He hacked my hair away to the point I have to wear extensions. SAVE YOUR MONEY and YOURSELF! This was my $400 day

I LOVE this place!! Jared, stylist I use is AWESOME. I think best Ive had since I lived in Monterey, CA., over 20 years ago!!Ive been scared of highlights since someone had caused SO much breakage and damage to my hair. Not with Jared, my hair is so healthy and easy to keep up. I get complimented all the time on my hair. Even my daughters say my hair hasnt looked this good in a long time.Under new ownership which brought a breath of fresh air to Spa One!They are also a full service spa, offering anything and EVERYTHING you may need. Sell gift certificates that would make an AWESOME gift for a man or woman, also!!

I was in town due to an accident my father dad. My mom frequents spa one for all her beauty and spa needs they take great care with her and I am extremely grateful for that.Mom and I went for hair and nails while dad was still in hospitalWhen it was time for me to get nails done we got a call and I had to leaveWe had already paid for the service and uncertain when or if I’d be able to returnI scheduled a couple times and circumstances with my father had me rescheduling a few timesFinally Saturday I was able to get back and boy was it worth itI know I’m going to misspell her name but the beautiful and talented Lalani? did my nails! What a charming person and took such meticulous care of my mani and pedicure.I live on the East Coast and have yet to find a good nail techGuess I’ll be visiting my folks and getting my nails done from now on.Thank you for your service and special care with my mother

I had a horrible haircut and had to go to another salon and fix the mess that this salon created. I complained to manager and she said next haircut would be their best Jared and no charge. Well sadly, with a couple months my significant other passed! I was devastated and had gotten severely ill, hospitalized, surgery and rehab. Finally getting home, within 2 wks, I contacted this salon and asked to get my haircut. They were extremely rude and sent me an email saying they would NOT honor their promise of giving me a haircut that I deserved! I was not only sad and disappointed but could not believe they did not care all I have been going through nor would they speak to me! I took my Mom, while she was on vacation to this salon to get a manicure and she said it was the worse she ever had! I would not recommend this salon to anyone! I wish I could find the stylist who did my first haircut because happily for her, she left here! She was fantastic and she was the only reason why I went back.

Was visiting for the weekend and decided to get a full body massage. The staff and massage were both amazing! I will definitely return and recommend to anyone who is looking for spa services in the area.

I had an amazing facial and massage at the spa. The experience was very relaxing and therapeutic. I will definitely be back again!

My mother had gotten her hair done there recently, her hair stylist was amazing however, the stylist next to her (male/female stylist in the far back corner of the salon)was extremely rude, disrespectful, offensive and belittling to us being there. I her daughter and her granddaughter were present at the time, as we were having a girls day! The other stylist had made it very uncomfortable and made remarks to us like we weren’t meant to be there and spoke to us in a very degrading way. Other clients near by had also noticed and walked up to us and asked if we were okay. IT WAS VERY EMBARRASSING FOR YOUR STAFF AS WELL AS CLIENTS. The other stylist was speaking about us inadvertently to clients in his chair as he/she was doing their hair and not once but, TWICE!!! My mother loved her hair and her stylist but, unfortunately because of the other rude stylist we may not be returning as it was not the experience she was hoping for! Thanks again to our amazing stylist while she ALONE was great at what she does!
