Went and got nails done for my engagements (gel white nails) and they turned out pretty bad. When the person was attempting to shape my nail, the whole side of my nail is cracked and chipping off (first photo) and tried to super glue it back on. The gel nails turned out bubbly. I was not happy and super sad how they turned out. Not worth the 30 bucks! I would not recommend this place

They were able to get me in in short notice and the pedicure was amazing! I had parffin wax and the lady did the nail design I drew on paper perfectly.

Best nail salon in Utah county. They always remember me. Always busy for a reason but I always get in the times I need. Seriously the best. I’ve been to a lot of salons and they do not compare.

I LOVED Profesionail! This was my first time getting fake nails and I was blown away. It looks exactly like my reference photo I showed them. It was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but worth it.

Went here to get my nails done for my bridals, came with a reference picture they said they could do but they turned out pretty bad. It was a simple ombre set with nothing fancy about them, so it would be hard to get it wrong. I didnt say anything so I will take the blame for that. However, when I went a month later to have them filled for my wedding they had over-booked the day and started my nails 45 min late. I told them I wanted what I had before and again showed the picture, he said okay and started. This time I spoke up and was making sure they were what I wanted. When I mentioned that I wanted it different than what he was doing (again, just want the nails in the picture) he got mad at me and said he didnt have time for what I wanted. I told him I was there for 45 min waiting after my scheduled time, and that my wedding was the next day. He didnt care. I had to leave with half done nails and return hours later to get them finished the way I wanted. I was late to my own dinner party because of this. He still made me pay full price for a full set, even though it was just a fill. I wouldnt have returned but all other salons were booked. Never going back or recommending to anyone.

I love this salon! I recently got a manicure here and I received so many compliments on my nails, even from people I didnt even know! I would definitely recommend going to this salon to get your nails done.

This is a great place to go to get your nails done. They have lots of different options you can get. And plenty of colors to choose from. I got gel nails and it looks great!

Bottom line - I finished the appointment with a nice gel polish job, thanks to Mr. Aaron. If youre okay with the techs using the dremel to take off your polish all the way to the nail bed, then this place is probably ok for you. However, I dont. Dont ever use Tony the technician. He started my appt and got frustrated and left when I asked him to please not use the dremel all the way through the old gel polish down to my nail. A lady then came to do the manicure. She did a good job cutting back the cuticles, but only used tepid water, no cuticle remover. She did not take off the rest of the old gel polish before doing the manicure. To use the foil/acetone to take off the rest of the polish would have really stung my freshly cut cuticles. I was not happy about having to resort to them then using the dremel to get the rest of the old polish off. Then they had me move to another chair for Aaron to apply the gel. He did a really nice job. The manicure and gel polish removal was not up to what it should have been.It was a stressful, unpleasant experience, as I dont like to complain or deal with conflict when a shop should be making for a positive, pampered experience.

One of my favorite shops. Good prices for gel nails. I had a nail chip shortly after getting my nails done and they fixed it for me. My last set lasted for 5 weeks without chipping.

Not impressed. Compared to the other places Ive been I was disappointed. Paid for the highest and best pedicure. Massage was terrible. Had gloves on the entire time rubbing grainy sandy stuff from the previous treatment all over during the lotion part. CDC guidelines currently have lifted the mask mandate yet they are still requiring masks. Not only the mask but they put a bubble over me in the massage chair as well. I thought ok great I can just do the bubble. Not so. They said I had to do the mask AND the bubble. Completely unnecessary. Made it so I couldnt wait to leave and was uncomfortable the entire time. Got wax everywhere during the massage. Wont return here

Went for a pedicure, and asked for a flower. A sticker was used. It was not hand painted liked it always has been every time Ive come. I gave it a chance. The stickers I chose werent even the ones used. They looked awful. I wasnt asked if I liked it, I was just sent to the dryer and forgotten about. By the end of the day the stickers had come completely off, the paint is ruined and looks awful. Will likely not return.

This place does really good nails for crazy cheap! I got acrylic nails with regular nail polish here for just $25 a month ago and came in for a $17 fill today. The acrylic was really good, the polish didn’t chip and none of the nails fell off, even after a month. They didn’t push back my cuticles or soak them or anything, but it’s so cheap, I didn’t really care. Be sure to call and set up an appointment if you want to them to help you quickly. Be on time or call and let them know you’ll be late and they won’t let walk-ins get their nails done before you if there’s no room.The first picture is from a month ago when I first got the acrylic nails, and the second picture is from today when I got the fill.

A little disappointed in their range and length of foot rub on the pedicure. Left our feet drying under a cure lamp that was cold and windy on the floor during a winter day. Would rather have been warm. Price was good.

My family and I love going here! My mom specifically comes every time she’s in town from Texas. Tina and her husband always remember us and never fail to ask how our mom is doing and when she’ll be up next. Everyone there is great at what they do, and we honestly have yet to have a bad experience in the years we’ve gone.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I set up an appt and the gentleman said that we could only come in if we had masks. I let him know that I preferred not to wear a mask but that I would wear one per their business policy. He said well you can find an appt someplace else then. I repeatedly that I would courteously follow their business policy but if I did make an appt elsewhere, that I would let him know so they he wasn’t reserving time for my daughter and I. I was able to set up an appt elsewhere that doesn’t require masks and when I called back as a courtesy to let him know, he hung up on me. I realize they many of us have different opinions on masks. I was happily willing to follow their business policy, but he made it clear that because my opinion was different than his, that I wasn’t welcome.

Everyone here is super nice, and they do a great job. I wanted black for Halloween and I ended up with the cutest little spider themed nails that I ADORE. I highly recommend going here. 10/10

I went tonight to get my nails done with my cousin. we both got the same a full set, well while we are getting them done they make us pay before they even finish the nails. me and my cousin where not sitting next to eachother so when they had us pay we paid at different times. hers was 28$ and mine was 38$, which doesn’t make sense because we got the same done to our nails. It doesn’t make any sense

I think it’s unprofessional when the owner is saying i wanted a full refund... never did I ask for a refund.Simply wanted them to fix my nails and for her to comprehend my point. The owner did offer to fix the 1 nail that was shorter and w bumps but was very rude about it.Usually nail salons charged extra for nail shape and length... which is why I got upset because my nails were shorter than expected and oval... yet she was telling me it was almond! I get almond ALL the time and I have no problem paying the price! But I do have a problem when I am not happy with my nails and the owner gives me attitude & does not understand where I’m coming from.2 months ago I did go to paradise nails and got a pedicure... pedicures typically last 30-35 min... this one only lasted about 12 min and I did not get my cuticle or nails properly trimmed... I never asked for a refund I simply just posted a review saying I was not happy with the pedicure service and the owner replied and asked me to come back... I did and I immediately updated my review to good service!I never asked for money REFUND! & it’s ridiculous how this owner is trying to put that out there! Obviously if I don’t like the service I can leave a review so future customers don’t experience what I did. & she never gave me the option to come and get my nails off to have a full refund until now haha.Very unprofessional! ALSO it’s crazy that this place is getting bad reviews and the owner is mentioning my name to them? & I don’t even know them! I will definitely be telling my close friends/family not to come here but I would not tell them to leave a review so get your facts right please.

Before going I called and they said I could come right away, and they were a little busy but accommodating and they had a large selection of gel colors! I went in with an idea for what I wanted my nails to look like and the lady who helped me even helped recommend a color that would look good with my nails, and helped me choose which price option worked best for me. My nails look awesome! I wasn’t sure if they would be able to do what I was thinking, but they totally pulled it off!

I booked an appointment for my sister and I got there before my sister. The workers rushed me into picking my colors before my sister even got there and seemed very impatient, even though it wasn’t even past my booking time. They were impatient with us the whole time it felt like. My nails look great, so that is why I am giving them 3 stars, but I was really frustrated with the service.

I cant say enough good things about ProfessioNails. This is my go-to place. The staff are so kind and accommodating, and they also do such an amazing job. I always leave with the best manicure/pedicure. Their waxing services are also great! In my opinion, this is the best place to get your nails done- not only in Provo but Utah!

I have been coming to professio nail to do my acrylics ever since i moved to Provo. I have always absolutely loved my results! The whole staff is so friendly! They get me in and out in good time, but always make sure i’m happy with the results before i leave. I LOVE it here!!

They did a great job with my nails and the prices are decent. The only concern is they have maybe four spots to park right in front of their salon. The other spots are reserve for other shops, so on a busy Saturday it may be hard to find a parking spot.

Tina is one of my favorite nail techs around. She’s so friendly and does terrific work. I also have her wax my eyebrows from time to time and she never disappoints. My only complaint is that the salon as a whole has a hard time staying on schedule with appointments.

Friendly staff, great color choices, but on the expensive side with their pedicures. They dont have different packages to choose from and doesnt include the pariffin wax.

This is mine and my sisters go to place! I come here for acrylics and they always do exactly what I want! Today I called in two hours before my appointment to see if they could let me come in half an hour before and they were totally cool about it! They’re very flexible which is what I love! The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes the length of the nails is off compared to the other hand. Right now my left nails are a tad bit longer than my right nails but it’s not noticeable— it’s just my extreme pickyness and OCD lol. But I am definitely going back :)

I’ll be lucky if these gel nails last a week. They’re not clean enough around the edge to have a good hold on my nail so they’ll lift easily. Won’t be going back, not worth the price for the quality.

ProfessioNails was FANTASTIC!! They were able to fit my mom, sisters and me in kind of last minute (called the day before to make 5 appointments). When I made the appointments, I screwed up and told them 5 mani-pedis, when in reality it was 5 pedis, 2 manis, and 3 fakes. They kind of panicked when we arrived and told them what we needed, but they said no problem, well take care of it, and they definitely did!! We were the last appointments and they stayed late to get us all done. In addition, they were very friendly and helpful and the work was fantastic!! I will definitely go here again!!

My nails turned out amazing

Was scheduled for a deluxe, but only got a basic because they got busy and didn’t want to finish the deluxe. They only painted my nails one layer so less than ten minutes after leaving the nail polish came straight off.

The lady that did my nails was nice. But the nails were definitely not what I wanted. There was no cuticle prep before hand. The length is longer than I had asked for. The shape of the nails was supposed to be square and slightly rounded. They ended up being very sloppy! The lady also was helping out other clients and then coming back to me the entire time without washing her hands or using hand sanitizer. I was also was supposed to get a design on the ring fingers, but since the lady was helping another client another worker stepped in and quickly put cuticle oil on my nails before I could say something. They basically shoved me out the door. Sad to say but I am never going back again!

Ben is the absolute best nail technician (he is the owner). He always does a thorough job and is my favorite artist to work with. I haven’t found any other technician to review about except for Ben and Nana (she’s not there anymore). Make an appointment so you don’t have to wait too long, but they take walk-ins. I always call to make sure if they have availability.

Love the dip polish ombre nails! 4 stars because I think my nails were filed down a little too much and they hurt for 2 days afterwards.

We set an appointment at 430 for our pedicures and we had to wait a hour before they started attending us. On top of that, we felt our pedicures were a little rushed because they were so busy. I think they need to fixe or better how they schedule appointments.

Worst pedicure and manicure I have had in my life. My pedicure lasted 5 min or less, and I had to go back twice for them to fix the nail polish. For my manicure that was super short too, I got gel that lasted less than 24hrs.

They gave me a free gel coat when they were running behind so my nails would dry fast and I could get out of there quickly. Good customer service. Cleanest nail salon I have ever been in. Friendly staff.

I got a pedicure here a few days ago and they must have cut my sidewalls too deep and/or not cleaned very well because both of my big toes are red and infected - sooooo painful! Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, they tried to say I have an ingrown toenail or something, but that is definitely not it. Would not recommend!

I love ProfessioNails. Brian and Tina are both meticulous with the way they run their business. The salon is extremely clean and comfortable, prices are fair and I have always been treated exceptionally well. They strive to make sure you are completely happy with the service you receive. I love that I can have an idea for a design, and walk out with something even better than I had imagined when I walked in! Bonus: I get more compliments on my nails now than I ever did!

My nails look great! They knew how to cut and shape my nails so that when the grow out they will match and line up. They also knew how long to make them so that my shape, coffin, would look like it was supposed to.I am constantly on the look out for good places to get my nails done, but I want someone with knowledge, and they have it. I will definitely be returning here.

Not the best nail salon that I have been to. I went with a friend and they didnt sit us by each other and I got done about 45 minutes before she did. I noticed that they split up other groups that came together as well. They were nice and the quality was good. I dont think that I would come back though.

They do a decent job but every time I come in, it’s at least a 35 minute wait for something as simple as nail polish removal. For their work, time they take, prices, and lack of enough employees, it’s not worth coming back for. My new go-to nail salon is Paradise Nails in Orem and until Professionails improves their services, I’ll be going to the other place.

I have been coming here for like 5 years. I will never go anywhere else. Ever! They are the best. So kind. And they really pay attention to your personal nail care- always keeping nails healthy and so beautiful! Not expensive either- especially for such an amazing job. !!! COME HERE!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Love the staff always kind, courteous even when the salon is packed a little hectic. They have the exact colors that i want, prices are great, i’ll never go anywhere else.

My wife took me here for my first pedicure. I wish the scrubbing part were longer but other than that my toe nails looked absolutely fabulous. The stuff didn’t come off for weeks and eventually I had to scrape it off because my nails were getting too long. I don’t know what a good price is for a pedicure but my wife says they’re a good deal.

LOVED them. Really a phenomenal place to go. If you tell them you dont like something or you want it shaped differently, or shorter, or whatever, theyll do it. I really felt like they took the time to do my nails nicely and pay attention to detail, even though it was so so busy. They didnt rush and do a bad job like other salons Ive been to. They made sure I had what I wanted, and Tina (who did mine) was so friendly and fun and made me feel comfortable. For sure will go back again.

Got an amazing pedicure here, one of the male nail technicians did this weird thing where he lightly pounded my feet and legs but it felt SO good! Feet felt nice and soft. Wasn’t too crowded either when I went. I plan to try their other services in the future.

Ive had better experiences here. I went on a Saturday morning. I had called ahead for an appointment as I always do. The man who did my pedicure has also been doing my nails. I feel like hes not as attentive to detail and a bit sloppy.

This is the best place to get your nails done in Provo. Great prices and amazing quality. Even when they are busy, they dont neglect the quality of their service. Many of the other nail salons in this area damage your fingernails, but everyone who works here is very careful.

Came here with a bachelorette party and we all got our nails done with gel. They lasted well over a week (for some of us past 2) and I use touch screens and keyboards all day!The manicurists didnt rush us and were informative on what was what for my very first time doing anything like this. I wish wed been able to tip more but maybe five stars will make up for that.

Ive been to a handful of nail salons that had rude employees, high prices, etc. BUT this one is the best nail salon Ive ever been to! My sister recommended them to me. I love the owner Tina she is very personable and gentle. She cared about the outcome and quality of her work. Mosh salons will rush you out the door when it comes to closing time, but she and her husband stayed an hour and 10 minutes after they closed to finish my mother and is nails. They did a wonderful job and we felt valued as clients. Im more than willing to drive half an hour to get my nails done at this salon! Absolutely love the owners!!! low prices, outstanding quality👍🏼
