I got there at 12:30 and did not leave until 2:15 and the pedicure they gave me was not a good one. It was sloppy and did not paint my entire nail. People who came in after me were placed before me even though I had an appointment. I could have done a better job on my own toes than what I was given. My nails don’t even look clean or professionally done at all. And their prices said it was $25 for a pedicure and $5 to add gel, but they charged me $42. I don’t even know where they got that from. Never going back again.

The shape was nice and I loved the color, but she didn’t cover my whole nail. The end result looked like my nails were already grown out. It honestly looks sloppy. I felt like I was rushed out when more customers came in. I wish I said something before paying. Now I will have to redo them somewhere else for my engagement pictures.

I took a picture and they did exactly what the picture looked like. So good and so kind.

This is the day after getting a gel set from new nails. i went in with a couple nails that still had acrylic tips on them from a previous set and wanted to just get gel. they didn’t even remove the acrylic all the way you can still see it on the top of my nail and they’ve already chipped after one day.

I wont go anywhere else.! I had a great experience with Kim today, she was so sweet and does an amazing job.

I was getting my oil change done across the street at Larry H Miller and they said it would be about an 1-1 1/2 hours. So we called “New Nails” across the street and they took us right in! We walked in and Kim and Long welcomed us with Smiles and warm greetings! I’m in customer service and this is HUGE to me. They conversed with us and we really enjoyed their company! Nakita did my pedicure and she was very thorough and precise and Long did my daughters and he was very gentle and caring (considering she had just had surgery to repair a compound fracture to her tibia and fibula” Since I moved to American Fork I haven’t found a nail place I quite like yet? Well, think I found it! I’ll be back and will refer everyone looking for recommendations! Thank you, New Nails!

I love New Nails! I have been a client for years and I am never disappointed with the quality of work I receive. I get what I pay for and everyone is always so nice. I have never waited more than 30min to be seated and the variety of colors to choose from is amazing. I highly recommend it! 👍🏽

They took me back very quickly. I felt bad because they weren’t busy at all. I was there almost an hour and I was the only one there. The guy that did my nails was nice and he did ok. There was a couple times he ran it over my cuticle and I noticed it was bleeding a little. Overall result it was just ok. Shape of the nail was uneven throughout and be filed it after the top coat which resulted in the sides not looking filled. It’s ok for the price of $38 and I would consider going back, and I even left a nice tip!

Been coming here for month and the service and experience has always been awesome across the board. The staff are the best! They do it all from mani/pedi to nail art, waxing. Im always a walk-in, and they always accommodate me very graciously. You can request your nail tech in advance also Im sure. They really want to make sure you are happy. Thank goodness I found this place. I have been getting manicure for a while now, but I have never as wonderful a manicure as I received from my manicurist . She took her time, and my nails look amazing. So thankful I found them and sad that I wont be able to get back there for another couple of months.

We are from out of town and we tried 6 other places that turned us away without any chance of making an appointment.. but these nicest guys were ready and catered to us more then the average salon. They even fixed my wifes nail and did outstanding work.. clean place, super good pedicures!

Please choose somewhere else! Tao helped me. I never give a negative review. But unfortunately, here I go. When I arrived I needed one nail replaced and a fill. I was quickly greeted by one nail tech. I soon was assigned to Taoi explained what I needed... I had one broken nail and I asked hin to repair it. I also asked for a slight shortening in the length. When he began he used his grinder to grind away the nail bed edge of my nails. He did not remove the Polish that was on my nails when I got in their. It was a clear gel. He then began to fill the space without preparing the full Nail bed. Then as he was starting to fill them I said are you gonna remove the Polish? And he huffed at me like he didnt think I would notice.Then when it was time for him to fix the nail that was broken off completely he just took the acrylic and covered the nail that I had already.Then when he was shortening the nails he kept filling And by the time I left the length of my nails was just barely longer than the tips of my fingers. So He literally took the length of my nails totally away. He worked so quickly that he kept cutting and burning my cuticles. This was a terrible experience and I will never go back. This is just a short explanation of what happened, there were other things as well. If you go here, do not under any circumstance let Tao assist you.

Amazing nails and amazing price. Tina was so friendly and didnt mind me talking to her. My acrylic nails turned out amazing. They even helped me pick out a color because I couldnt choose. They sat me right away and got to me in a timely manner. My fingers feel incredible.

Went here for the first time and loved it. I think I was there for 15 minutes! I loved my polish shellac nails. I wish I wouldve asked the nice lady that did my nails what her name was. Ill definitely go back! $20 (plus$6 tip) well spent.

Never been here before. I was in the neighborhood so thought I’d try it. Started with just a manicure. The older lady there was so unpleasant and seemed angry at everything! She literally didn’t speak to me at all except to tell me to pick out my color. Which fine some people don’t like to talk. I noticed they only had 2 other customers so I asked her if she had time for a pedicure after she literally rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed and sighed like I was putting her out! I said “Wow, never mind forget it.” She made me feel like an inconvienence. Will not go back.

The lady did a pretty good job. I do like my nails, although she did rush a little bit and they are a tad lumpy. But overall not bad.

By far my favorite salon in the area. Its clean, classy, and calming. I was having a super rough day and came for a pedicure. The man who did my nails did so much more than that. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. He went out of his way to help me with my bag and shoes, he gave me advice on keeping my nails healthy when people at other salons wouldnt think to say anything. He pulled out the chair for me to dry my nails. Not only do they exceed my expectations, they genuinely make my day a little better. This salon is affordable, friendly, and professional. Best salon in Provo.

It had been 4 years since my last pedicure. I like to say I take good care of my feet but lets be honest there is nothing like someone else doing them. She was thorough and gentle. My toes needed a lot of work. I will be coming back here again and I wont wait 4 years! Thank you Vi. :)

I used to love this place and maybe I just got the wrong guy today, but he was terrible. My nails are jagged and the nail polish is on my skin. I asked him to clean up a few of the nails, but I could see that it was hopeless. He just didnt have the skills. I probably wont go back. Now I have to find a new place.

I had gotten a not so nice full set while I was home for Christmas break so I came in looking to get it filled and evened out a little bit. Great service and a wonderful job by Tina. She took extra care and time to fix the nails and left me looking fabulous and very happy. I will definitely be coming back!

I love that they put down bags before they put in the water for a pedicure. I dont have to worry about getting an infection for improper cleaning because of how well they maintain their stations. They are super friendly and would definitely go there all the time if I could. Very reasonably priced too.

Andy was amazing. I was getting my nails done right before I left for Vegas and he made sure they looked perfect, and I didn’t even have to tell him to fix anything. When I got home, I was zipping my bag and broke one of my nails and went right back in. He didn’t even question anything, just sat down and started fixing it. It took maybe 10 minutes. Seriously best service I’ve had getting my nails done.

Can usually help you right away. I had to wait a few minutes for my eyebrows wax and they did my lip for free, which was nice because I didnt really have to wait that long. They do a good job on their pedicures and are decently priced. They recently remodeled and it looks great.

Very meh place! i went on a whim to get acrylics removed, without looking at reviews or anything. there is a menu in the place that says acrylic removal costs $8! they charged me $20. when i questioned it, they said it was because they did extra services, like filing my nails, which i didnt even ask for. not a huge deal, but wouldnt suggest going here!

You get what you pay for. Cheap enough. The pedicure felt good. But the person doing it shouldnt complain to me that my skin is dry. Thats why Im here and despite my best efforts, I also live in Utah where its dry. Duh. Also, just spent two minutes clipping an ingrown toenail out because they cant clip correctly. Id maybe give them another chance, but Id rather go somewhere else.Oh yeah, if you go in and ask how long itll be, they wont give you an estimate. Not too long. A little bit was their best answer that they could give another lady, who ended up waiting 30 minutes.

Overall I felt that New Nails was not as clean as it should be and that the service was average. I’ve been to New Nails once before a few years ago with no problems. I assumed it would be the same experience. The woman who did my pedicure did a good job, she just wasn’t friendly. It felt awkward at times. The boy who did my gel nails was kind and easy to talk to however the nails are not smooth and some have a warped look. The towel he used still had nail clippings on it from the previous customer. The sink faucets were not wiped down. Those small details make a big difference.

The time before last time I had them work on me I had an old lady not be able to even paint my nails to look professional. The man came over and said whats wrong? I tried to show him ....he picked up my hand and just dropped it and said You can wait for her, referring to Lynn, and walked away.Lynn has always made things right and done a great job....The last time I went in to fix 1 nail.They barely acknowledged me and then proceeded to let me sit there, and sit there, and sit there. saying nothing,I got up and walked out......done.

Terrible customer service. I got a set of acrylics here and it was the worst to say the least. There was acrylic all around my nails, the shape/color was not even close to what I asked for. Just a bad experience all around.

I wanted to go in spite of the reviews because it was close to my work. I got acrylic nails. The guy was really nice but he did a poor job: he did not cut my cuticule (he only pushed it a little), the nails’ length is unequal as well as the shape, he never used a brush to remove the powder that was all over my fingers (so now there are bumps under the nail polish, I have some bleeding going on at the cuticule, and overall the application of the nail polish looks really bad. It cost $38. I won’t be going back :(

I have been going to this place since 2012 and of all the different places Ive been to here in Utah they are my fave. Friendly, efficient and decently priced.

My sisters and I use to go here all of the time. I went here when I got married to get my nails done. The last time I went here, i was unimpressed. It is clean and well kept. And the staff are really nice but the work just wasnt as good as it use to be. It was not that busy of a day. I would still go back and give them another chance.

I went with a group of friends here. I didnt get my nails done but I watched all of my friends get them done. Was not impressed. Half of my friends nails didnt turn out as the colors they were told. And some lady took nearly an hour on one of my friends for a simple gel manicure because she didnt put a base coat down before using the glitter polish. We literally had to wait around for her to paint 10+ coats of nail polish on my friends nails.

Worst place Ive ever had my nails done. The workers were nice but she cut my finger several times, put a couple nails on crooked, and held one of the powered files (that they use on top of the nail before they attach acrylic) on my skin so long that I had to yank my hand away. The paint job was absolutely horrible. I went home and instantly took the polish off and painted them myself. Ill never go back.

Terrible service!! The lady doing my manicure literally drilled into my finger due to her negligence. I left with a deep cut that went all the way around my finger. It wouldn’t stop bleeding and she poured super glue into it. I expected the manicure to be comped but they still made me pay for it!!! HORRIBLE customer service, zero respect. Do NOT go here!

My daughter went in Wednesday, April 26, 2018 and had her nails shellacked. They were bumpy and messy and covered her cuticles. She went in the next day to get her money back and they told her to stop talking to people and to just sit down. At that point she felt uncomfortable and only wanted her money. They REFUSED and continued to tell her to shut up multiple times.DO NOT EVER GO HERE! There is NO customer service and they are EXTREMELY RUDE to EVERYONE!

I have gone here multiple times the only time I dont give them a tip they took the liberty to add on their own $9 tip without my consent or permission! This is terrible ethics taking this liberty and there should not be entitlement to this. If a good job is done the tip is deserved and given.

I get shellac nails once a month from this place. They are cheap, quick and amazing quality. I really like them and the atmosphere is comfortable and friendly. (if you have a choice, have one of the guys do your nails...they are the best) I wouldnt go anywhere else

She filed my nails so carelessly that I was bleeding in three places 😟 Then she filed my thumb nail down so much it looked terrible. I nicely asked if she would fix them and then she clipped my nails off and told me to leave. It was a NIGHTMARE 😭 I was supposed to get engaged that night.

My nails were very well done. They listened to me and did it the way I preferred. The only reason why I dont love it was because the staff was a bit unfriendly. Not horrible but not fantastic either.

Best place for super cheap acrylic nails. Theyre not amazing quality and the employees are hard to understand as theyre foreigners, but Ive been going here for months because of theyre super cheap price. great value

I used to come to this place since like 11 years ago and service used to be so good and it was my favorite place to get a mani and pedi . Don’t know what happened over the years if they changed owners or what but it eventually got not as great.This past weekend is probably my last time here . The lady that did my pedicure was okay . There were only three people and so many ladies waiting to get service, staff was trying to get things fast . I was done and asked for a flower on my toes as a final touch . The guy asked another lady from his staff to come do it and she wasn’t nice about it . Did not even smile at me and hesitated so many times to do my “flower”. Ended up with heart that I could’ve even done a better job myself yet I paid the price for “nail art” sad but I’m done with this place . I just left a tip for the lady that did the pedi even though the other lady ruined it with the uneven hearts I got instead of flowers .

Nice pedicure but horrible paint job. My nails look like a 5 year old painted them. The gel nails were chipping the next day. I would not reccomend going here.

Worst place ever. Got a pedicure there and they gave me to really bad ingrown to nails. They also got infected because of the germs that got in my toe nails when they were using their clippers. NEVER GO THERE!!! My toes hurt so bad I can barely walk. My toes were completely fine before I went there.

Had a mani/pedi before prom. The pedicure was fine but I felt really bad because I came 15 minutes before the lady next to me and she was done probably 15 minutes before I was. Very inconsistent with the time they spend. The lady didnt take off all the polish that was on my nails prior to putting only one coat of a very cheap polish on my fingernails. It barely lasted a day before it started to chip. However, my friend swears by their pedicures, so I guess it depends who you ask.

Worst experience ever. The pedicure only lasted like 5 min and then she didnt ever remove the old polish before putting on the new! So you could see it through the new polish. I also told her that my pinky toe was partly dislocated and she didnt listen and now it is fully dissloacted. Hurt so bad! As for the acrylic nails I asked for short round and I got many lent square. Seems like they dont listen and dont take the time to do a good job.

Sorry, But I didnt like it here My nails and my Hair are the most sensitive Parts Of my body The Lady hurt me I told It hurt she made me bleed And she just like smacked here lips and rolled her eyes at me like if I was stupied or something And she kept on doing it !!! With her mad face I just think They dont love there Job as they should, would never Come again And dont recommend It.

It is one of the best places you can go to get your nails done. They can do many designs, you wont be dissopointed

The worst. The guy owner refused to credit these stamps you get every time you come in saying they are several years old ? The pedicure was short. I am telling my friends and family never to go to this place. He was incredibly rude and I will never give this business my hard earned money.

I came to New Nail with two of my friends and was very disappointed with our experience. We arrived a half hour after they opened to get a manicure and a pedicure and didnt walk out until an hour and a half later (even though two different employees were doing my nails). I also didnt let them do all the full services because I had friends waiting on me to finish. When I went to check out, my total was $68 dollars for mani + pedi with shellac. If I would have done a mani + pedi with regular nail polish it would have been $33. Charging $35 extra dollars for the same services but using shellac instead of nail polish is a complete rip-off. When I asked them to explain, they were very rude and not willing to work with me. I am thoroughly unimpressed.

Nail tech got mad when I asked if he could make my nails shorter, and his technique was sub par. Will not be going there again.

Very proffesional place

I will never go here again! My daughter and I went here on Google review recommendations and the people were mean to us because they were swamped and had several employees not show up that day. My nails have been done for a week and they are already falling off! Terrible, terrible job! At the very end the guy started apologizing for treating us bad and I accepted his apology and probably would have gone back except that my nails are now falling off after only one week! They lost my business due to terrible nail skills!

Customer service was awful, I felt uncomfortable the whole time and like they talked to you like they were impatient, the person that did my nails would literally throw my hand. I was not that impressed with the way my nails looked afterwards either. Wouldnt recommend them or go back.

Terrible experience, will never go back! Went for gel nails removal and new color, the guy ripped my cuticles several times as he was removing the gel, never apologized. Then with the new color he did such a sloppy job when I went outside my nails looked rippled, I went back in to show them and he had such a bad attitude, and still didnt do a very good job the second time!

I’ve been here for 25 minutes waiting to get my eyebrows waxed and they’ve taken two people back who arrived AFTER me to do their nails. Nails are more costly, sure, but this is terrible service for a repeat customer. My service takes 5-8 minutes.Very close to leaving and going elsewhere.

Theyre really awful and super rude. I dont put my money where the service and people are mean, so never going back there again.
