I went in for a full highlight yesterday. I hadn’t ever been to a school to get my hair done so I was a little nervous. But it turned out beautiful! Heather was my stylist and she took her time, was lovely to talk to, and did an AMAZING job! Seriously never been so happy with my blonde. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been coming here for years. It may take a little longer but the students and teachers are great.I have always been happy with the way my hair turns out. I recommend scheduling an appointment when you have plenty of time. This is a school and the teachers take time to teach them. It’s neat watching them learn.I came in to get highlights. It took about 3.5 hours and I love it! The student asked for help a lot. I liked that because she didn’t guess and mess up. I recommend coming here if you have time and want a cheap price for hair services.

Isela at Paul Mitchell is amazing,I’ve been going to her for a while with new challenges and she always come through without burning my hair off! She has managed to get me form an emerald green to a level 9 blonde (with time) without my hair being fried! She will not work on anything that she doesn’t understand and is sure of she’s always asking her teachers for advice which makes you feel more comfortable with the whole process!!! I recommend her 💯!!!

* edited to add : it has been a day since my experience and I have noticed that not only is my hair color wrong, but the highlights are choppy and spotty. I got my hair done for family pictures this weekend. My hair looks absolutely terrible and I am embarrassed to go in public.I had an appointment for a cut and style and an all over color + highlights. I went into my appointment prepared with a picture of exactly what I wanted. I showed the picture to the girl who did my hair and to her teacher and both of them were excited and said no problem. I told them I wanted little to no blonde in it, so very few highlights. I mostly just wanted the dark ash brown color. The girl colored my hair, washed it out, toned it, cut it, blow dried it, and styled it... everything WITH the help and guidance of her teacher. While I was there I also paid for a membership for myself and for a hair cut membership for my husband. After I paid, I went outside to look at the after picture of my hair and I was shocked. I could not tell that it had been colored at all. It just looked like my hair had been chopped off (way more hair was cut off than I had asked for) and a few highlights had been added (it is even blonder than before the appointment). It did not even look like my hair had been styled (the girl speedily curled my hair- she pretty much tapped my hair to the curling iron then dropped it). Not to mention, I also had dye all over my face and neck. I went back inside to speak to the teacher about my disappointment. All she offered was for me to come in next week to have it fixed, but said that I would still have to pay. I spent 6 hours there (9:15AM-3:15PM) and spent a lot of money (way more than I was prepared for) only to be so disappointed to the point of tears. I am extremely upset. Good service at a good price, although often slow. All this is par for the course at a hair school. HOWEVER. Be aware that students who are openly not vaccinated against COVID-19 are NOT wearing masks while doing your service. If you are a high-risk person who is trying to be careful about entering high-transmission areas, I do not recommend visiting this school.

I went in and they informed me I couldnt get the color I wanted due to the previous color in my hair. With their help, I chose a new picture I wanted my hair based on. I know they cant get it exact but the coloring is a lot darker than what I wanted. My main issue is that I asked for a shoulder length cut. My hair is about 4 inches shorter than what I told them and showed them. The layering and texturizing is funky and am disappointed at the results I got. I have had numerous friends tell me some spots are longer than others and it is embarrassing. I would go in and have them fix it but I am worried they will ruin it more. The stylist was very kind but I would have liked to see better help from the instructors. In all, I doubt I will ever go back here again.

I just graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Provo and I had the best experience!! All of the staff and learning leaders are absolutely amazing. They truly care and love you. The education I received has made me ready for employment in a salon! Applying is made so easy, the admission staff was very helpful from the beginning!!

The stylist are great, but as a school, its a SCAM! Paul Mitchell THE SCAM. Charging students $20,000+ to learn a trade that only 2% of the graduates will be doing 5 years from graduation should be criminal. The other 98% of graduates will be paying off their student loans long after the delusion of their cosmetology career wears off.

I am currently a student at Paul Mitchell and have been for a little over a year ! They have been so hands on and have taught me so much. the teachers are Amazing and I really feel they have helped me better my life and working toward my career ! I’m passionate about not only hair but creating magic for people ! Would FOR SURE recommend this school for students AND clients ! Come get your hair done you won’t be disappointed.

Ive been here three times so far and its been solid each time! I have difficult hair for most, its thick and very curly, but the students are always eager to take direction from the teacher and implement the right techniques! I always prefer someone take the steps to do it right than just pretend, and Ive had that experience at other salons where they say they have experience with textured hair, and I walk away with a bad haircut because they didnt want to say no. I love the way this school has set up practices for successful hair services - the students are eager to learn and do it right, and its for sure worth it!

The girl who did my hair was very pleasant and good at following instructions from her learning leader. She was bleaching the bottoms for me and said she wasnt happy with how she blended it and would like to fix it for me. She was even able to fix it the next day which was nice. Since I know shes learning and I just needed my hair bleached so I could color over it, I dont feel like it was a big deal. However, the learning leader said it would cost me $10-20 to fix their mistake which I didnt love. Overall, it was a good experience and from what I saw of the other customers there, Paul Mitchell is a good place to go.

They dont do hair designs! But no big deal their haircuts are the bomb! I had a frustrating day the other day and I am sorry for the review! They tried their best!

The hair cut may take awhile, but Ive never been disappointed. I like the high energy atmosphere and the cuts are very cheap. It feels nice to be able to give most of my money as a tip. Update: I have never received more compliments on a haircut!

Going to Paul Mitchell as a student was the greatest experience. The school works so hard to bring a culture of love and creativity. Jake, Darbie, and Carol as learning leaders showed me that I could do anything and they made learning really fun! Then we have our amazing director Rhi who will do anything to make sure your education is nothing short of what you need it to be. Last but not least, we have Lupe and our service desk associates who work so hard for us as students to make sure we get a lot of hands on experience and finish the work we need in order to be successful in the beauty industry.

Christine learned a bit with my hair but she gave me a full refund. Really healthy environment, they give you an oil massage too.

My hair student was so sweet but my haircut was uneven and choppy. Afterwards the student attempted to straighten my hair...wet. I was there for almost three hours. The instructor barely glanced at it and signed off on it. I wasn’t shown the back so I had no idea how bad it was until I got home 😅When I called the next day and asked if an instructor could fix it, I was told another student would do it and I’m just not willing to take that risk again. Really wanted to like this place!I’d really appreciate it if a manager reaches out to me :)

My roommate has been going there for a few months now and his hair always looks pretty fantastic. The other day, I went in and got a good haircut. Compared with my last haircut, which I paid roughly double for, this blew it right out of the water. So uneven and missed a few spots, but at Paul Mitchell, the person who cut my hair was focused and took her time to get it right and her instructor gave her excellent feedback on everything while she touched up the haircut.My hair did not turn out exactly how I wanted it to, but Im good with that because its a hair school where theyre still learning and the quality definitely is there. My experience was excellent, especially compared with my last haircut I had at a different location.

I have been here at Paul Mitchell for 8 weeks now! I LOVE the instructors! They are so helpful and friendly. They also give you the confidence you need to precede to be the best version of you. My instructor Jen is my favorite and has so much patience with her students. I know that in this school I’m getting quality education. I’m so excited to be here!

My Core class experience was nothing like ive had before. Our teacher Jenn taught us so much even with the crazy circumstances, she went above and beyond to teach us during social distancing. There is so much hands on learning that is so beneficial even when first starting out. Be ready to get on your feet! I’ve had such a fun time in class & I am so thankful to have Jenn as my core teacher!

Update 9-10-2020: The director of the school reached out to me within a couple hours of me posting the original review. We communicated via email and were able to come to a solution that benefited both parties. Paul was great to work with and understanding of my situation. I am grateful for his help.I went in on Sat. 8-29-2020 to get more highlights in my hair. My hair turned out fine. What didnt turn out fine was my brand new shirt. The student stylist had gotten bleach on it and ruined my shirt. Neither the student stylist nor the instructor told me this. I left for home and my husband pointed it out to me. I was very upset and called and left a message. I talked with them the following Monday only to be told that theres nothing that can be done, and that they would have to go to someone higher up to ask. I was told I would get a call back. I never did. I followed up with them Wednesday morning and was told I dont know why they havent called you but theyre away from their desk. Ill have them call you back this afternoon. No call back then either. Finally on Thursday, 4 days after first communications, I was offered a free hair cut, or scalp treatment. Wait. What? It took 4 days to offer me a free hair cut, or a scalp treatment? Also how insulting to me. Its like I wasnt worth their time. My shirt was $25 and my highlights were $30+. I do not feel like that is a fair trade at all. I know this is a long review but I just wanted to share my experience in this situation. I am not impressed by their customer service at all. Long story short lll never wear nice clothes to get my hair done again, and if I do, Im going to check them before I leave the chair.

The management team would not allow me back with my child to get her hair cut. We both were wearing masks and the beauticians all are talking around each other not 6 feet apart. I will not be back.

Paul Mitchell Provo used to be good. The instructors used to do an amazing job with the students and they would also give very efficient and specific feedback. I felt comfortable knowing that there was someone supervising and helping the student to improve. However, I’ve been seeing new instructors lately and the low quality teaching skills and knowledge of the instructors is now being reflected on the students.It’s been since October that I keep experiencing a poor service, instructors with a very high ego, an “I know what I’m doing, what can you know about your hair?” attitude, lies trying to cover up their mistakes like “after a few washes It’ll get to the color that you want,” really bad haircuts, and I’m also expected to pay full price...I’ve told them very specifically and clearly what I’ve wanted and if they deviate I let them know... but do they do anything to fix their mistake? NoWhat happened to “Focus on the client and their preferences, not yours”?How can a client that requests a #9 blond end up with a brown/purple hair?Instructors, please get it together. If your students are messing up it’s not always their fault.

I LOVE getting my hair cut here. I have had Breann the past two times and she is amazing. I love the environment and energy this place has, and I am always treated like royalty. I also love the way my hair looks and feels when I leave. Im grateful the teachers are around to help the students when needed. The price is also super cheap. Im here for a little longer than when I go to a normal salon, but I know that the student is learning and I have no problems with that. I will definitely come here for every haircut.

I just finished Core at Paul Mitchell Provo. I have loved this school so much! I have learned so much & have enjoyed attending my classes. I have also loved having Jenn as my Core instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable & very patient!

Haha so bad I can’t even explain. Needed my hair to get dyed to brown before some big events this weekend and I walked away with it completely black. Jet black. Like I’m goth...They said there’s nothing they can do but just suggested I keep washing it and it might get lighter in 1-2 weeks.Hairstylist herself was nice but the supervisors were quick. One took the time to figure out a real solution and then the other Lady came over and overruled his idea and said just go for it in one go. Now I look like I’m trying out for Fall Out Boy this weekend. Oof

My CORE experience at PMTSProvo was amazing. Jenn C is the BEST instructor, she taught us so much. Granted she made us work very hard but thats the best since we have all improved aTON while under her instruction. Especially the enrollment process was made super simple by Evan and all around my education had been awesome here.

When I first got there, my first impression was that the place was good. But everything changed, when I had to sit in the chair for 7 hours. The service was definitely not worth my money because of the following reasons:1. It was too slow2. It was overpriced3. InexperiencedI would not recommend going there for getting your hair done. And I highly recommend, that you read the reviews before going to places like that!

This was a great experience! Zoee did an amazing job giving me a trim with layers, and she styled my hair perfectly afterwards! I will definitely be going back!

I am one of those people who steers clear of beauty schools because of previous bad experiences, but I decided to give this place a whirl and they are AWESOME! Very polite, professional, and they have your hairs best interest at heart. My color turned out beautifully, thank you staff and students!

I went in during the early spring and got a deep condition and trim, which all turned out great. I had a really friendly and attentive student who was careful and asked for help from her instructor when necessary. My first positive experience led me to go in again this week for another trim. My hair was long but in mostly good condition. I told my student this time that I wanted maybe 2-3 inches off, but no more than that—just a trim up of the split ends. She appeared to be confident in what she was doing, but when she was done with the cut and style, I had at least 6 or so inches gone and very blunt, heavy layers. None of it was well blended or textured, and it was significantly shorter than I had asked for. The instructor came over to fix it, but it took a while because the student had already curled it, so it was all uneven and hard to work with. It ended up looking fine in the end and the instructors did what they could to help me leave satisfied, but I was really upset about how much length was taken off when it was meant to be a “trim,” and that there seemed to be little supervision over the student’s work until the very end when it was more difficult to fix things.Ultimately, I think the school can be a hit or miss, because my second visit was very different than my first! Just be aware that it can be hard to have consistency with different students coming through, and you may get what you pay for.

Brought my daughter here for a color and was very impressed. The students were attentive and very knowledgeable. They made the experience so much fun for us. The instructors were great at checking in to make sure all was going well and we were comfortable. My daughters hair turned out amazing and we had a blast. Definitely will be coming back

I’ve had great experiences until now! I went to have my hair dyed and cut and the instructor told the girl to dye it REALLY dark when I’d asked for not much change at all and had showed a picture of what I wanted. She also didn’t let the student even touch the scissors and cut my hair super wrong. My main issue was with the dye job. When I expressed it was a lot darker then I’d asked for, the instructor shrugged it off and said to wash it a few times. I went home and washed it quite a few times but nothing changed so I asked to have it corrected within a week and scheduled an appointment. When I went in they did as good as they could to have it corrected (Darbie was amazing!) but then at the front desk they charged me to fix it when I thought I wouldn’t be charged at all! And it ended up costing me more to have it fixed (kind of) then to have it done wrong in the first place! So frustrating and not what I expected at all.

I love coming here. The students are always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Natalie #10 was my stylist today and she did a fantastic job! The color turned out great! She was so friendly and helpful and had me leaving here beaming! Great job!

I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first going in to get my hair cut by someone who was still learning. But right from the get go, I was super impressed. I had my hair done by Emily 96; she was so awesome! She spent a lot of time making sure that she knew exactly what I wanted. I think the fact that she was still learning made it so that she was more expressive with me about what she was doing as she was doing it, which I really enjoyed. She did a great job; I left the salon feeling very happy with my hair and my experience.

The school is amazing! Judy helps me set up multiple students from a residential treatment facility to come get pampered and treated like they never have. A few hours spent here and the girls leave looking amazing and most importantly feeling beautiful! The staff get to know them the staff work hard to give them what they are looking for. We appreciate this program so so so much!

I had an amazing scalp treatment and hair cute by Olivia 18 at the Provo school location. I felt like royalty during my head massage. She also did a great job on my cut and communicated clearly with me through out the process. Ill definitely be coming back!

Went in for highlights on my hair. The subtle highlights that I asked for are totally non existent on my hair. For them to redo it, I have to pay even more than what I had already payed !! That is no service at all!! That is after 5 1/2 hours sitting on that chair!!😡

Why pay all the cost of a regular salon when you can come here and get the same GREAT cut and color? Cari is AMAZING. I have been here 3 or 4 times now and always walk away feeling like I got so much more than I payed for. Love this place!

I dont treat myself often and finally made an appointment to get a hair cut. Megan was amazing and helped suggest ways to improve my hair and make it healthier. Such a great experience, they really take the time to get it right. Will definitely be back!

Im a VIP member at Paul Mitchell and live coming back every 3-4 weeks. I usually dont have a specific hairdresser but each of the last 7 times Ive liked each one. I really like the services Paul Mitchell offers and they always have friendly students who get to know you without being too personal. I recommend Paul Mitchell Provo to anyone in the area! My Mom and sister and I went to have our hair cut this week. We loved Madeline! She was careful and fun to be with. Her learning advisor was always checking her work. We loved the products she used, and bought some too! We are very happy with our haircuts! Thank you!

Everyone here is SUPER nice, but Ive been here three times and I was only happy with how my hair looked the first time. I went yesterday for a balayage touch-up, and it does not look good at all. It looks like I fully dyed my own hair a month ago. Its just not a balayage. Theres a pretty harsh line, and it looks terrible. The same thing happened last time, but this time is even worse.I feel bad leaving a negative review, but my hair looks absolutely horrible. I was embarrassed to go to work today. But the girl who did my hair was adorable and kind. Also, theyre all learning, so it makes sense that sometimes it ends up looking bad.

Ive gotten my hair done twice at the school- both yielding such incredible results! The service here is on point. The staff is friendly and professional. The salon itself is clean and well kept. If youre going during the day, I recommend Callie and if at night, Hailee! Both are personable and extremely talented. Im sold!

This place would be phenomenal and great for the price had it not taken literally 5.5 hours for a cut and color. Not to mention, our appointments were rescheduled for an hour and a half later, ten minutes before we were supposed to arrive because they had made a mistake in the availability of the students. A tad inconvenient when we were only 5 minutes from there when we got the call. I understand it is students learning and I prepared for a 2-2.5 or even a 3 hour window but it took so long, I would never go back. I don’t know how they expect people to sit for that long waiting to get something done. Just a haircut took almost 3 hours. While the hair was done nicely for both of us, it was just not worth spending all this time.

Taylor Williams was my stylist - she does phase 2 student cuts - and the service was incredible!!! She was very interested in making sure the cut was exactly what I wanted, and when I asked for her opinion, she had all kinds of suggestions. Although she is a student, she is extremely talented and was closely supervised by her teacher, Kelly, who also provided excellent customer service. The fact that I got my hair cut at a school is not something to be feared, but sought after because it means they pay extra close attention to making sure the cut is exactly right. Poor college students who want to look good should come here! I paid $12 for my cut.

Miriam Barker is amazing. Everytime I get my hair done I always walk out very happy with the results . She always makes me feel comfortable. I always ask for her when I want to try something different with my hair. Always greets me with a smile and makes sure I leave happy. Only one I trust with my hair.

Take my advice: DO NOT GO HERE. You may think the price makes it worth it, but trust me, its not. (I even sprung for the Phase Two instead of the Phase One and I STILL got screwed-- even though theyre supposed to be the more experienced ones)Here are my complaints:1. I was literally at the salon on a Saturday for 5 hours. FIVE HOURS. They told me it would be three, max. This was just to get a trim and highlights.2. THEY RUINED THE COLOR! I asked for subtle auburn highlights and ended up with bright red rocker chick highlights that I didnt actually see until I got home, because3. The lighting in there sucks, which makes for deceiving Oh, it looks great! comments that bite you in the butt once you look into a mirror at your own house.Sure, they were nice, and the supervisor kept coming by and checking, but in the end it didnt do any good. Your time is worth more, your hair is worth more, and your sanity is worth more. Trust me on this.

The students and staff are so amazing and friendly! The directors definitely know what they are doing, and it reflects on the students. Quick, efficient, and affordable! I’m never getting a haircut/ treatment done anywhere else but here from now on! I love all of the Paul Mitchell people❤️

I love getting my hair done here! Its a great option while Im in school because its inexpensive but still great quality. The girls whove done by hair have all been super nice & easy to talk with, and my hair looked beautiful. I get my lip waxed here too & its always worked great. Plus a 5 minute head massage - who doesnt love that?

For real is a good place to get a new hair style, have nice students and professors, I like the job that Alyssa #3129 did on me 👌👌

My daughters have both had their hair done here and we all love the results! The students and instructors are great, and do an awesome job. As a parent, Im impressed with how they involve me in the hair decision process.😁 I highly recommend them for affordable, high quality work.

I come here to get my hair cut/trimmed. I have loved it every time! The price is great! The students do a great job and because they are learning they take a little longer, but that has never been a problem for me as I plan ahead. If you are a bit skeptical, dont be - the teachers review the hair cut before you leave. Make sure to bring cash if you want to tip, they dont allow tips through your card.

I was a bit disappointed with my experience at Paul Mitchell. I am aware its a school so the time it took was expected (around 3 hours). However I was surprised at the sub-par service I received, there was a lot of complaining and lunch seemed to be the priority at the school.I got a deep containing treatment and haircut. The treatment was nice, she gave a nice massage and was friendly. I think because it was the beginning of the service it went really well. By the time it got to the haircut about 2 hours later, she was complaining about being sore and tired and how her feet was hurting her. I understand as she was pregnant, however, I dont find it very professional to be complaining to your client throughout the course of the entire 3 hour service. She was busy speaking with the other students planning for lunch that the haircut was done very hastily. Her instructor had left for lunch, so someone else came by and quickly signed off on the cut. I asked for a simple cut and layers. I walked away with an uneven cut and layers on only half of my hair. I tried calling back after getting home but only received voicemail.If youre looking for good deep conditioning or scalp treatment, then I would recommend it. Otherwise, I dont think Ill be coming back.(I have pictures of the uneven cut if interested, its about 1-2 inches longer on the left side than the right....)

The service is really professional and its good value for money. My haircut took a little long, but you have to remember that these hairdressers are still in training. My stylist invited her learning leader over at each stage of my haircut so I felt confident about the quality of the cut. I have been here several times now.

Hannah 62 did my hair and shes AMAZING!!! Couldnt be happier with my hair❤️❤️. She was so supportive when I said I wanted to chop most my hair off, helping me feel confident about my choice. It looked great, and she did such a good job making sure that it was the way that I wanted.

I went to the hair school and had a wonderful experience! Jen was awesome and did a great job with my hair and brows. (Seriously, see her!!!) Everyone was so nice and professional. I definitely would go again and recommend it to everyone.

The service here is great! I had my hair colored here several times and I’ve been impressed each time. The students are great and the instructors help out a ton, making it feel less risky.

This was my first time having my hair cut here, and Im definitely coming back. My Phase One stylist, Micah, was very knowledgeable and professional, and I was confident going to teach a piano student after. It did take a little while, but Micah was thorough.

I recently graduated from Paul Mitchell the school - Provo, and let me tell you, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. I loved learning from all of my amazing learning leaders, and then getting to know them as people and friends just made it even better. I feel that I have grown so much as a person; in confidence, skills, communication, service, and so much more. They prepared me so much for the salon, I feel confident because of what amazing things this school has done for me! If you are looking for a beauty school to go to, Paul Mitchell is your best option. If you are looking for somewhere to get your hair done, Paul Mitchell is an excellent choice. The student body is amazing, the teachers are amazing, and you will leave wanting more!

I love coming to the Paul Mitchell school. Its always a great experience all around, and the stylists work hard to make sure you get what you want. I always go to the phase two students, and I always feel good about my cut. Just be sure to give them specifics about what you want and theyll make sure you get it! And their scalp massages are always a plus.

Emma 28 is LITERALLY the BEST!!!! Not only is she an incredible hair stylist, but she is an incredible person!! Shes nice to everyone and is so humble about all of the wonderful things she is good at. I think anyone and everyone should always choose Emma 28!! PS I love my new look!! 😘

Ive been to three Paul Mitchell locations now, and this one is my favorite! In my experience, they always offer the free 5-minute mini head massage. I didnt even know they offered it until I came to this location. Great prices, and the service is always great. Best place in Provo for a womens hair cut.

Understandably it takes a bit longer than a normal salon but thats because they have an intense attention to detail making sure your happy with every aspect of your styling experience. My stylist Iris was always careful to be sure she was doing everything just right and I got an amazing new hairstyle. Recommended if you have the time to set aside

Ive been coming here for almost a year and its a great place for more than just getting a haircut! I love getting the head massage, the straight razor on my neck, nice clean edges all around....and thats all included in the regular haircut! I just moved to Utah and needed help with my naturally curly hair. So of course I googled Paul Mitchell and it took me to the school located in Provo. Rhi at the front desk was an absolute GEM! She walked me through everything Ill need to keep my curls gorgeous and healthy here in Utah!She also told me about the great specials currently happening at this location. I will definitely be back!

We were vacationing in Provo and need a place to get my daughters haircut. Although I know the Paul Mitchell name letting a student cut her long beautiful hair was a bit scary. However, it turned out to be a great experience. She got an amazing haircut from a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable beautician. What a fantastic place!

Im a salon junky. I love getting my hair done and at nice salons. With the being said I was skeptical about tying out a beauty school. My fears were completely naive. Paul Mitchell salon is excellent. My stylist was Jess. She was thorough, professional, completely competent in her field, and kind. She worked with me at an impressive professional level to find the best options for my hair. I highly recommend coming here. You cant beat the price and you will get the same professional treatments.

Everyone is very friendly and the students are fun to be around. The learning leaders are very knowledgeable and I can tell they care very much for each customer. This particular time I wanted my hair lightened but doing so would essentially make me lose my hair so theyre going to help me strengthen my hair first. Your hair is an investment and they want to keep it looking good!!

Emily did a balayage on my hair and did a great job! She listened to what I needed and was a pleasure to work with. It turned out great at a much cheaper price than anywhere else I couldve gotten it done. Definitely recommend her and the team here. Great service! It was a long process but worth it for me :)

I love having students work on my hair because of their enthusiasm and excitement about cosmetology. I had a very nice experience @Paul Mitchell The School in Provo, getting my Hair Washed & Styled. I also received a Mani/Pedi all at a reasonable price. My stylist was efficient, personable & she gave me exactly what I asked for. I usually go to Aveda Schools but I needed to do everything in 1day because I was leaving on vacation & they weren’t able to do it all. My time spent there was pleasant & I’d definitely refer Paul Mitchell as a great place to go for a good touch up on your hair or nails. Thanks 🙏

Where to even start. I got my hair done back at the end of September. I had my hair chemically relaxed. On top of that I wanted a very different type of hair cut. Asymmetrical style. I wanted my right side kept longer with the left side having a pixie type cut. The lady who did my hair was so excited to be doing something different. She was a phase two stylist. She took her time and truly made sure it was perfect. Highly recommend!!!
