My mom and sister went here for pedicures and LOVED them!!! I went to get my acrylics done and Im SO happy with the result. The place is clean and professional looking. Everyone there is so nice and fun to talk to. They made me feel like Ive been going there for years when it was only my first time. My nails look and feel great!! I will definitely be going there from now on!!

My friend always goes here and speaks so highly, so I was so excited when they had time to fit me in! They are all so kind there! I wanted gel for my bridals that night, she removed my dip I had and everything I was okay until she started painting. I had gel up on a few of my fingers and had to ask her to paint the color higher up on my nails. I had clear gel all in my cuticles and have been cleaning them up since. They already look grown out and it’s only been a few days. Sides were missed.The man at the front asked me if they could fix anything and if they looked good, I did reply yes, I didn’t have time to have them fixed because of another appt. I had. I think he knew I wasn’t as happy because he didn’t charge me for the removal. I wished I had been more upfront from the beginning and fixed them. Overall they are okay though :)

I want to say good things about this place. They were nice and the nail salon was clean. I just wasn’t impressed with the outcome. I could’ve just done my nails myself.

I was disappointed that I had to clean my nails up myself when I got home - you should never pay for a manicure just to go and fix it yourself. There was gel cured on my fingers and on my cuticles which looked sloppy. There was also some nail polish under my nails which I spent awhile scraping out, in addition to some places on my skin that I couldnt clean up for the fear that it would start peeling nail polish off of my nail, too. I wish I would have asked the lady to fix them/been more forward about my expectations.After seeing this review, Phat contacted me promptly and offered to redo my nails himself! They seem to really value their customers. I will be going back sometime later this week.

Im not sure I can go to any other nail salon after starting to go here. Ive been going for about a year and a half now periodically and nothing can beat them. The gel X tips are incredible!! They look so much better than acrylics in my opinion. And everything is such a reasonable price! Ill continue to go as long as I live in the area!

I will not be coming back. I called and made an appointment for gel on natural nails. I arrived on time, chose my color, then sat down. My nail tech didnt even ask me what I wanted, and was watching a video on their phone while they clipped my nails. He ended up making them super short, and thought that I wanted an acrylic set when I never said I did. Overall super disappointed, and I felt so rushed through it all. I ended up with short nails, and gel polish on my fingertips that burned when put under the UV light.

Tried Phat Nails for the first time today with my daughter and well definitely be going back. It was clean, they were super friendly and just make you feel so welcome. Both our nails turned out awesome and my nail art looks amazing. I highly recommend.

They were awesome! So friendly and so accommodating. I made a mistake telling them what I wanted when I called but when I showed up they adjusted and did exactly what I asked for. My boyfriend very much enjoyed his first pedicure and I enjoyed my manicure. It went very quickly and turned out great! Very fair pricing as well!!!

Phat Nails was perfect! The owner is so personable and professional and hes the one that did my husbands first pedicure. Very inclusive and clean, relaxing environment.

This was my first manicure, and the tools that were used were still dirty from the last customer. I could see dead skin on some of them right before they used them on me. I wouldn’t be surprised if I get an infection. I had to ask to have certain parts of my nails re-painted because the person painting mine missed them completely, and maybe just didn’t care. When I did ask, the worker seemed frustrated with me. The whole process was extremely rushed and the paint job is sloppy and on my skin and not on my nails in some parts. Then to top it all off, it was really expensive. It may have been my first manicure but I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to be like that.

I’m normally so impressed with you guys and recommend you to my friends, but I got my nails done today and was pretty disappointed. The usual precision I’ve come to expect from phat nails wasn’t there, and I spent a lot of money. My nails are crooked, the gel is bubbling, and the gel was cured off my nails and on my skin and cuticles.

I have tried every nail salon in Utah County and Phat Nails is by far the BEST. Phat and Jacob are incredible. Not only do they make you feel like their best friend, but they also give you beautiful one of a kind nails. Go to this nail salon for high quality nails, stunning nail art, and great conversation.

This salon has made regulars out of me, my sisters, and my friend. Phat and Jacob are so kind and talented! I’ve had pedicures here and they’re amazing but lately I’ve been treating myself to manicures and Kimberley has done the most amazing job each time! I highly recommend her! She’s so friendly, kind and will do exactly what you want. The other staff, like Jacob, are so friendly too and they make you feel so comfortable and help you out (especially if you’re like me and don’t get your nails done much). Love this place.

I got a full set of acrylic nails done here today for the first time. They turned out so cute! I enjoyed chatting with Jacob, who did a manicure for my daughter, and the girl that did my nails. This will be my go- to nail salon from now on.

Horrible gel Polish job. I started with one nail tech. She thought it would be professional to bash the previous nail tech that worked on my nails saying they did a bad job. I actually loved the nails I walked in with, I got them done in Florida and they did a great job, it was just time for their fill. After saying my nails needed curvature etc, she went to work. I was excited to see what she could improve on my nails. Well long story short, she was doing a poor job and then her next appointment walked in, so the boss came to finish my nails and Phat did an even worse job. I asked for gel black matte nails. The nails bubbled up two days later and the gel started to peel, very ugly. It looked like I had blobs of black playdoh for nails. I paid extra for the gel and the matte and they did not deliver. Very unpleasant experience and a waste of money!

Nice place with good service. My nails still look great 3 weeks later.

This place had such a good vibe! Jacob was the best and gave me a great full set. I love his creativity and what he did with my nails. He listened to all my requests and really made it his own when I didn’t know what I wanted today. Very impressive work and will for sure be back as soon as I’m in town next!!

Went and got acrylic nails with gel polish finish. While getting it done I noticed two of my nails were crooked. I kindly brought it up to my nail tech and he said “it’s supposed to look like that” and didn’t even look. I’ve been getting my nails done since early high school and I know it’s not supposed to be obviously crooked on two random nails. That was just a slight annoyance, but the thing that bothers me the most is one of the nails came off a week later. I wasn’t even doing anything too active or harsh on them to cause wear and tear. Either way between those two things that’s why I give it two stars.

Jacob is by far the best tech there, he has always done nothing but impress me with his amazing work. Thank you for all you do!! Ask for Jacob if you wanna get the best nails you’ve ever had!

I visited for the first time today for a full set. Im new to the area and went in hoping for the best based on the reviews and I was NOT disappointed! I was warmly welcomed the minute I walked in the door. The place was extremely clean with a cute little waiting room with coffee and drinks available. Every one getting a service done looked like they were genuinly enjoying themselves and chatting with their nail tech. They have a vast selection of both gel and regular polish. As someone who is in the industry, I appreciated the insane amount of knowledge that they freely offer their customers. They truly want your nails to be beautiful AND healthy and that is extremely rare. Definitely check this place out!!!

They explained the entire process. When her set had some issues the next day, they offered to fix it for free and explained what happened. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else.

Best pedicure I have ever had, and I’ve had many. I have extremely dry, callous feet which is very embarrassing, somehow the girl that gave me the pedi got ALL of it off and my feet are super soft. They look amazing!! I’m definitely going back and I would highly recommend this to anyone who has the same issues as me.

1st time here today. They were amazing. I had a picture and showed them and they were on point with what I wanted. Dominika was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! She took her time to make it as perfect as she could. And she was so nice and friendly when talking to her. I will definitely be coming back. They have and basically do it ALL!! I’m amazed!

The reason I’m giving a one star is because poor customer service. My whole reason of going to Phat nails was because I wanted a cute simple flower design on my nails. I was told by friends they do a great job. I made an appointment through yelp and stated I would like a nail design and when I went in to get them done the person that did my nails told me they can’t do it and he asked the owner if he was able to help and right in front of me he said if they couldn’t do it he can’t do it and walked away. The nail job I got I could of done at home, I didn’t do it at home because I wanted the design and I wasn’t able to get it. I’m just disappointed in the service I was given. I went in with high expectations due to the reviews and recommendations from friends.

The staff and environment was nicely kept and well decorated. They got to me quickly with hardly any wait time. Im pleased with the service overall, but one downfall is she forgot one of my toes to paint with my pedicure. I didnt even realize it till I got home later that night, which is embarrassing to say but how the hell did she not notice?! dont necessarily live close to Provo and if I want to get the exact color right I need to travel all the way back down there to finish one freaking toe!

On a whim I decided to stop in to get my nails done at a new place after work. It was about 5:15 PM, and they close at 7, but they managed to get me in for my simple manicure. The location was neat and clean. The owner himself knew all the returning customers by name and paid attention to each client individually. I think this is one of the best manicures Ive gotten for the affordable price. I will definitely return and make Phats my regular nail spot.

I absolutely love this place, Ive never been able to actually keep nails on my fingers for more than a week, their special gel nails have finally helped me feel like I can do that. Phat is so good with nail design too, bring a challenge for him and hell do it. I couldnt be happier.

My mom and I went here on a lunch break after I made an appointment in advance. I thought the actual service was nice with parrafin wax and hot stone massages. They werent allowing walk-ins. I was a little frustrated with the fact that he had to wait 20 minutes before they even got us in. I understand that there is a high demand right now but if you have to make an appointment to come in then I would appreciate they honor the time so I can make sure Im back to work when I need to be.

I was looking for a new nail salon and came across Phat Nails. I immediately read the reviews and was not disappointed! I called to make an appointment and they were available that night! I was so pleased. When I got there, the place was super clean, and the staff greeted me and offered a drink while they finished up with another client. Once seated, the gentleman asked me exactly what I wanted, and boy was I happy. The whole experience was pleasant. I ended up getting gel nails instead of acrylic and I am so in love with them. He did an amazing job. I wont be going any where else from now on.

I was so impressed by the quality of service here. It was the first mail place I actually felt relaxed in! The prices are reasonable and the the staff was friendly and patient. I live in SLC but will definitely make the point to go back again because I was that impressed!

So not impressed!!! The atmospthere was great and clean and very nice, but the girl doing my pedicure was terrible! I never leave reviews but I had to on this one. She got up randomly in the middle of the pedicure to check her phone in the drawer. Didn’t have all the supplies she needed and kept going to get some. Seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and it was a simple pedicure!! She even asked me what side of the skin brush thing she was supposed to use!?! Water was cold and I told her that several times... everything she picked up she looked at it like she didn’t know how to use it... Like I know.... also, she couldn’t get the gel polish to harden with the ultraviolet light, and she took the polish off and repainted a few times. seemed like she didn’t even know how to paint toe nails! Probably So frustrating! They look like a 5 year old painted them! Literally worst pedicure I’ve ever receivedJust moved to the area, and sad I won’t be back any more:/

I will never go anywhere else again! This place is so amazing. I always make an appointment on the phone so I can for sure get in because they can be booked out somedays. It’s super clean and well kept (the massage chairs are one of the best parts). Everyone of the 4 people who have done my gel pedicures have been so fun to talk to and they really take their time to do every step of the pedicure. My nails always look perfect and I leave super relaxed and excited to come back! Definitely come here for the best manicures and pedicures!

My mom got her nails done here about two weeks ago before her trip and her acrylics fell off only three days after she got them on! She was so disappointed and ended up going to another nail salon to get them replaced. It was our first and last time going to Phat Nails. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I paid 37 dollars for lumpy nails, after I clearly told the nail tech that they were lumpy. She kept removing my nail polish and putting it back on, when she was filing down the lumps she was just going over my skin, I was cut a couple of times. When paying I asked why it was 37 when i just had a little bit left on my fill and they just painted my natural nails. The lady gave me a snarky response and was rude. I was the second to last customer of the day and she just wanted to get the job done and leave. I did not have a pleasant experience I uploaded pictures of what my nails look like.

Not the best nail place Ive been to. Wasnt very good at listening and did not square my nails hardly at all and they still look lopsided. Gel polish has run off and made lips on the side of my nail that could get caught. Nice people but not worth a $30 gel nail job that I could have probably done with my nail kit at home. I hope they last long enough for the wedding this week! Wouldnt recommend this place though.
