I have gone here for years and years. I usually just get a manicure polish on my real nails. It looks really nice without having to get anything fake. And then I have them draw cute little flowers on my nails afterwards. Theyre a little bit hard to understand at times, but they do a great job. I like the guy that works there much better than the others. He knows what hes doing. I also like the pedicure for your feet. Thats really nice and relaxing. Only complaint I have is the price. Its a little bit expensive.

I dont know the name of the sweet man that runs the place, but hes the only one i prefer to to my nails. Call and schedule an appointment if you have a preference

Horrible service. Only 2 people were working and they were both very rushed. It was very crowded too. I went with my mom and they cut her cuticles until they bled. They left my nails wet and they took more than an hour and a half. They didnt get the original color off all the way. Im very mad about my visit. Do not go here. In the picture, you can see how lumpy it is.

I went here once for a full set and four nails fell off in a day. Went back a year later for a polish because how bad could that be right? BAD. don’t go here. They don’t care at all. -update- went back and asked her if I could just have my money back. She didn’t see the problem, I said you painted all over my skin. She said “it’s your fault you have long cuticles and if you wash your hands enough it will come off “ 🤦🏻‍♀️

I went in for a full set. The next day in the morning I went to get gas and my pinky nail came off. The whole nail, called in and they said come in they will fix. I was busy that day and the next. Later that day another nail had come off from slight bumping. Next day another, by this time I’m super upset. I go in to talk with the technician and the owner was rude and cut me off told me it’s my fault and the nails were good.

I went to go get my a full set done here and it looked somewhat nice and close to what i was asking for. Not even two days later i noticed my nail started to come off. These where for a special event i had and got them done two day early cause i would be busy. It’s cheap but wouldn’t recommend if you want your nails to last.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE i got a full set and my nails fell off the day after getting them. they hurt me while doing my nails and it was just not good i do not recommend going there unless you like messed up nails

If I could give it 0 starts I would!! 35$ for a full set that started to break off on day 3. Also the polish done by the man was so bad! Definitely wont be returning!!

Waited over an hour, not once acknowledged, only reason I didnt leave is because my 6 year old daughter was so excited for a pedicure. Had hers done in 10 mins then my poor daughter had to wait another hour while mine got finished. We asked for flowers on toe and was ignored again. Wait a long wait for our girls day. Ugh, is rather pay the extra for a real salon that appreciate my business.

This place sucks. My friend and I went in on a Sunday which is the slowest day! They were not busy at all and they did the crappiest job on our feet and nails! They didn’t pay attention to what they were doing! I really didn’t like this place and will never go back. Please save yourself some money and don’t go there!

Would put -0 review if I could asked for clear nails square and tapperd the price was fine but the job on my nails was JACKED and just awful they came off literally just 3 days after. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AND I RECCOMEND YOU DONT EITHER!

Ive gone in multiple times but no more. They dont listen to what I want and tell me another lower quality option is better then go ahead and do what they want. The nails lift quickly or come off completely after only 1 week. They used to be better than this.

This place is amazing!!! They took care of my 2 girls manicures, my wifes white tip nails and we both got pedicures!!! They did all of that in a little over an hour! Id highly recommend this place!!!!

2 broken nails by the third day. I went somewhere else to get them fixed. The paint chipped and faded. Awful! The lady filed my skin so much it hurt! I got a pedicure at Le Nails today and while it wasnt the best experience Ive had with pedicures, it was a quality job. The owner Danny did my pedicure and painted the most beautiful flower on my toe that Ive ever had. Also, the massage chairs were fantastic.

Absolutely horrible.My nails look so trashy now.I came in and sat down wanting white tips with a soft almond shape. The personcut my finger with the drummel, even after I told her she was hurting me. Their are bubbles all over in the fill, and the tips are all unevn.

I have been coming here for eighteen years and I would never go anyplace else. My nails are beautiful and strong. They dont split or separate. People always compliment me on my nails and I tell them about Danny and Hah, the owners. Im a loyal fan!

I asked for pink nails that had a different shade of pink on every nail it was really easy to do but they kept saying they are only gonna do 2 colors and they made my nails crooked and they made me bleed and they gave me a lot of dirty looks and still mad me pay

I went in to get my nails done with acrylic. She didnt prep my nails correctly or clean up my cuticles. The place was not the cleanest either...She left one nail crooked on the edge and I pointed it out to her she proceeded to quickly file it and paint my nails which left some edges not painted neatly or evenly. Overall the nails are ok. But will not come back.

The guy had his kid there and he was crying the whole time. He got up and left numerous times, then decided to pass his kid onto another customer that was waiting so he could finish my nails. He was rushing through them so he could get to his kid and he completely screwed them up. I had to redo them myself when I got home. Im beyond angry. If Im paying for a service, especially one this high in price, it better be amazing.

Good news, a fill is cheap. Bad news, you will leave with burning nails as he tries to speed through the service. The other nail tech was sleeping in the pedicure chairs so Im not sure why he felt so rushed. She could have woken up to help. They wont let you get up to wash/rinse the powder off your nails, so my white tips with clear look like they have flakes. And I can clearly tell under the new fill where the old one ended. Not going back.

They were so nice. It was the first pedicure that didnt feel uncomfortable at all. I have horribly thick heels and they got them smoother than they have been in years. We got in near closing but they still took great care of us. The chairs were massage chairs that gave this pregnant woman a much needed break. Im already planning my next visit.

My daughter went there and got her nails done. Within 3 days, all of her acrylic nails had fallen off. She went back into the salon and asked what they could and would do to make it right... the guy wanted to charge her a refill price, even though their workmanship had failed. Their service was incredibly horrible, and they were very unprofessional. If you want to waste your money and time, and enjoy being treated like dirt, swing on in and pay them a visit. (We may also be submitting a claim to the Better Business Bureau).

Worst nails I’ve ever gotten. The nails look like a child painted them, I could’ve done them better myself! I got gel nails and they’re very thick and bumpy and many gaps where they didn’t even paint. Don’t go here.

Would not recommend, they hurt and cut me. I told the lady to be more careful and she just kept going, made 2 of my fingers bleed. Didnt paint them fully, left dents, uneven, she was on the phone most of the time, even chipped my nail nd didnt fix it. All in all would not recommend for anyone.

Great service and I LOVE my nails.So Im tough on my nails, Ive gone in with chipped and cracked nails and they just fixed it up, pretty. An example I ran the dirty dash yesterday and destroyed my nails. So glad they were opened today. I posted a picture of their work.

My little sister came here to get her nails done for her engagement pictures and they completely screwed them up. She got french tips but they werent clean and they were chipped when she left. They were done by a young girl who had only been working there for 2 days!!!! When my mom called to see if they could get their money back she was told to come back in the next day. Well she went back in at 2. She was still sitting there at 3. And once again my mom called (my lil sis isnt very good at confronting people) She was hung up on repeatedly and the woman told my sister that she needed to grow up in front of the whole store. Do not go here!!! It is not worth your money or your time!

I Can actually give them NO STARS, I went and got my nails done almost two years ago and the lady there pushed my cuticles in for like half an hour and now I have to sit there and Doctor my nails all the time, My nails bleed they hurt all the time. The lady nail tech didnt pay attention to what she was doing, she sat there and talked while Im hurting, I made a sigh of pain when I start to bleed, She then stopped on that nail after a good 10min..DO NOT GO THERE. What really makes me mad,Ill probably never be able to fix the way the my nails and cuticles grow (EVER) which means Ill never be able to treat myself with pretty nails. Ive probably spend over $130 possibly more just on BAINDAIDS. (I think every employee there should stop talking and pay attention to their clients (No English spoken either.. 2 YEARS of PAIN and wasted money... (Start paying attention!!!)

I got acrylic done on Saturday. At first I was impressed with how fast the service was. By the next day I realized why. They are so poorly done. They are falling off after 4 days. They are bumpy and uneven. And Im not sure why gel polish was used on French tip...

They did an Amazing job on my girlfriends nails, as they always do, and it wasnt that expensive.

The only great thing about this place is you can walk in and get your nails done without waiting. I had shellac with a color put on my nails very limited color selection. Asked for shellac only. Very dirty work area, seemed very unsanitary, couldnt wait to wash my hands and arms. My nails are not very smooth and there was extra product over lapping the side of both my pinky fingers. Then I got a hand massage, when I asked for only shellac and got charged for a manicure. Go figure.

This honestly is the worst place to get your nails done. I went in and yeah I got in really fast, however the guy took like 10 minutes on my nails. I got acrylic and the guy didnt even cover all of my nail and they were popping off that same day. I called and they told me to come in to get them fixed and they were so mean that I had called. When I left after the second time my nails were bleeding, talk about awful service. They charge too much, for the terrible job and service they do. I would just Recommend NEVER going to this nail salon again, unless you want to have your nails look crappy.

I got a manicure here and the technician made half of my nails bleed pretty bad by cutting my cuticles too low. She also only spent about ten seconds pushing my cuticles back and 20 seconds filing my nails. She used a gel topcoat even though I got regular color, which was nice. I will not be returning. Days later my cuticles are still red and painful.

I don’t recommend - they only take walk ins and sometimes there are a lot of others (4-6) in front of you. They are understaffed. The quality of acrylic nails are not the best. But if you’re in desperate need of a pedicure, they are ok for last resorts.

So Im a regular costumer there but this time they messed up bad and not just on me. my fill was all crappy and the lady was rude. My cousins nail was all bumpy and the guy didnt even ask what shape she wanted. When he was done doing her nails he left before she could look at them and couldnt get them fixed.

This is a very unprofessional business. I called ahead to make an appointment and he said he only takes walk ins. When I arrived I was turned away because my acrylic nails were too long. Ive NEVER been turned away in the last 4 yrs Ive been getting my acrylic nails done at various locations. I was very disappointed this is so unprofessional.

I had an ok experience I felt like the lady was rushing and she did ok on the acrylic nail part but she didn’t paint my nails very well and I have had to go to many salons cause they dont do a good job and I would go back but I wouldn’t get a fill I would just get a set !

This place was HORRIBLE!! The store was not clean, the pedicure chairs and tubs were filthy along with their nail stations. They did not use clean tools and did not clean the stations in between customers. The staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate and did a horrible job on both manicures and pedicures for the three people I was with. The ladies refused to do the color I requested and instead did pink, which I repeatedly told her I did not want! Save your time and money and go anywhere besides this place!! I dont know how they are still in business but I will definitely be reporting the disgusting state of their store!

Not very good definitely a one-star Ive had good now and even for quick-service and for being overcharged for a service that I felt like I was being played in the end when I asked for a full set and I was charged for gel and we clearly had a conversation on different topics for the whole session so it was a little bit trained as well I dont like being played but I guess when times are tough you dont really care who your customers are and youll just go through him as fast as you can and overpriced them so youll never get repeat customers definitely something that I would go to if it was worst and last case scenario!

I usually always look up Google reviews before trying a new place but I didnt this time and wish I did. They dont even deserve 1 star. All I needed was my nails painted but decided to get a Manicure also. HUGE MISTAKE COMING HERE!!! They were not busy at all. An older man did my nails and lets just say I could have done a better job with my eyes closed. He rushed through it and then didnt even cover my nails with the polish. He said it was the color I was using. Seriously? He took it off and tried again. They didnt look any better but i was just ready to get out of that place. Im shocked this place is even in business. Trust me, you dont want to go here even if their prices are cheap, which they are not and they charge you and extra $.50 to use a credit card to pay. This place is a joke!

I had gotten a set of acrylics for my birthday by my best friend. the old guy that did my nails where rough, he cut me 7+ times, and I got them done on 5/9/14, and already they are chipping, and the nail is separating badly! 5/15/14. If you value your nails, do NOT go here!

I came here and got my nails done a while back, the guy was wearing glasses and couldnt see. He did nails on me like it was his first time. They were awful . I had gotten my nails done plenty of times before this and this was my first time at this place. I had to play 45 for a crappy pair of nails that I had to go home and fix. Never going again

Went here for a quick manicure while at the mall, nothing fancy (no gel, no french mani, just a color and file). The place was so dirty, there was a limited color selection, and I had a little bit of nail polish left on my nails when I went in and the guy just scraped it off every nail with his fingernail since his nail polish remover wasnt removing it (just Seche Vite topcoat, my one dollar nail polish remover takes it off with no problem). They charged $16 for a simple mani (not even OPI, just a non-brand color) that chipped away at the tips in less than a couple days. I have paid less for gel french manicures that lasted for weeks and I am quite disappointed and shocked. I thought it would be around $7, $12 at the most like other nail salons. If you do go here, ask up front about costs. I wouldnt be so unhappy about a $16 manicure if it was done nicely, but he touched the mani on two nails before it was dry and it marred it. Expensive lesson learned: Dont go here.

Terrible... bought my wife a mani/pedi for mothers day, she reported the water was cold for pedi (shes pretty sure it was the previous persons water too), no massage, no choice for nail color... mani was VERY painful and led to bleeding 20 minutes later... the whole mani/pedi took 20 minutes total!!! Good thing i bought her another gift as well. Very upset. Run from this place!!!

I went here one time because they were the only place open on a Sunday and I felt like I had a nail emergency. I was one of two people in the store and they rushed through my nails and the gel I got looked all bumpy and crappy. I should have waited to go somewhere else on Monday. Tell everyone you know, this is the worst nail place in all of Utah County, go anywhere else but here!
