Very rude and careless! The worst treatment I’ve ever received at any nail Solon ... ever!

Not hygienic ... they reused clearly old files, the tubs werent lined, the instruments didnt seem clean. Heres hoping I dont catch nail fungus! Also, the family owners seemed to strongly dislike us and were not welcoming. We popped in to check availability and pick colors before leaving to get coffee, and when we came back in 5 mins they hadnt prepped stations for us, even though no one else was there.We wouldve left, but it was supposed to be a fun outing with my goddaughter, so I didnt want to embarrass her. Ill admit that my nails do look great.

Nice enough place with nice ladies. Somewhat impersonal. But overall really clean and nice.

First and last time using this salon. Owners argued that I didn’t have ingrown/sore toes and didn’t get the ingrowns out. The man was grinding on my daughters toes and then handed the Dremel tool right over to the lady to use on my feet - Gross!!! They also spoke in Vietnamese the entire time and were very unfriendly. We were out in less than 30 minutes. Very disappointing : (

I went with some family. They did my brothers feet which needed it badly. A very thorough pedicure. They take walk-ins. They prefer you to pay in cash but can take cards. There is a small language barrier, but they were all understandable. Will be going back again.

It was my first time going to them because i was in the area and needed a full set. They were always in conversations on the phone. They refused to do the nail style i wanted. So i asked for a stilleto style long length with gel instead.....they charged me 100 for a full set with gel plus the length of nail... I could have went else where and paid 100 for a mani and pedi plus eyebrow waxing for 90. I WAS COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF! They add their own tip. Be careful.

The best place. Hands down the best quality and craftsmanship. Over 20 years of going here and never been disappointed once. Excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience here! They got me in quickly as a walk-in on a Saturday in Spring (a busy time for pedicures). The pedicure was lovely and so relaxing. The basic, $25 pedicure lasted almost an hour. My feet feel fantastic. I highly recommend this business. Be sure to bring cash, they only accept cash.

My friend needed someone to go with her so i agreed but wasnt looking forward to another nail job from another place that sucked. But i was so wrong!!! They dont suck! They are amazing! Im a mechanics wife normally after 1 week ive lost at least 3 nails. Its been a week and they are still strong!! My friend said hers last over a month!

I paid $80 for a pedi and Mani with gel, the polish on my nails didnt even last! By the 3rd day I could see through my nail tips and by 5 days the polish was wearing from the tips of my nails. Iv had my nails done before and never ever have I had this happen!

Called them to see if they had any walk-ins available they said they did. So my friend and I went when we got there they did not have a receptionist person, just the worker who was working on somebodies hands and so they couldnt look up to address us and welcome us in. Then we had to wait a long time until we saw somebody. I dont feel like they got my calluses good enough and they did not trim down my big toe nails short enough. The paint job was good though. Overall a very long time spent for a very underwhelming experience.

They don’t take appointments so bring a book to read in case there’s a wait. They’re worth the wait! The manicures and pedicures last longer than anywhere else I’ve been. They do a beautiful job!

They do pretty good work, but poor customer service. They kind of harass you if you pay by credit card and actually I think have a sign up saying no credit cards received which is ridiculous. Also several of the people there dont have a great bedside manner.

Absolutely worst manicure that I have ever gotten. She messed up on my dipping powder nails and then to try and fix it she added a bunch of layers of gel on top so now they are super thick. She refused to lower the price. No welcome when we walked in, and they were extremely slow. Unless you want unevenly thick nails: Do. Not. Go. Here.

I was very impressed. There were three in our group. We waited for a while but waiting with my feet soaking and in a massage chair was no problem at all. They really took their time with our nails and they all look fantastic. I will absolutely go back in the future.

Came in with three people to do two pedicures and one manicure. The three of us were the only ones in the salon. We were not greeted with a welcome. All three of the people working on us were NOT focused on us, rather they were watching a soap opera in another language the whole time while they were doing our feet and hands.Extremely unfriendly place when it’s supposed to be a relaxing experience.Don’t waste your money!!

I have had my nails and toes done here for 18 years. I am incredibly picky!!!! They take quality time on your nails. They are perfectionists. Be prepared to wait if you need too. If your time is limited, call in for an appointment. It’s well worth it! I know a lady who drives all the way from Las Vegas, just to get her nails done here. WOW. No one has done as good a job as them EVER! They are ALL very talented!!They are fair and honest, and very kind. I am amazed at the price for your money 💵. BEST price in town. They have never asked for a tip, I’m just so grateful I always give a tip. The salon is also very, very clean and beautiful, with new message chairs. 🌺

Went there last night with my sister got there at 6:30, they were with two other ladies, told us to sit down. We waited no lie, 2 hours until they got to us. Ended up getting serviced at 8, when they close. If you like your nails long it’s an up charge of 5$ and if you want them filed in a different shape it’s another 5$. Guy is more friendly than the lady, the lady has a face like she’s super annoyed all the time at everything you do, they’re really cold not much for talkative and if they’re tv show is on they will stop what they’re doing on you just to watch, they were on their phones all during the process and it’s a “CASH ONLY” store, lady made me grab the cash out of my purse and when I went to dry my nails I left my phone and money on the nail counter and she grabbed it and just rang us up herself. You feel as if your walking on eggshells the whole time there, not worth the time

Im very pleased with my nails, Ive been there twice and came home happy. The man has a talent. I told him that he is an artist, which to me is true. He does a detail work. I highly recommend this place.

My go to place for Pedicures! It’s such a clean salon. For some reason the color stays on so much longer than any other place. The people here aren’t all “fake” nice, they are so friendly and I love the family atmosphere. I’ve been coming here for years.

Awesome experience. I dont think anyone has ever scrubbed my feet as good as they did. And they did an amazing job painting my toes after. Perfect! Ill definitely be back! :)

The only reason I’m putting one star is because I have to. Every time I go there 1. I have to wait such a long time. 2. They charge you to fix your broken nails (when all other nail salons will fix them for free.) 3. They’re rude. They stop working on your nails to watch tv or have a conversation amongst themselves. 4. They change the price nearly every time I’ve gone. One day my fill is $25 while the next it’s $27. 5. They only accept cash, when they really need to get with the times. A lot of people only have their cards on them most of the time. Last time I went the lady made me feel so awful for not having cash even though I told her to charge more than 30% of a tip for the inconvenience. Honestly just don’t go there.

Even though the wait might be a little long the result is worth it. They are consistently good at what they do. I have never been let down.

One of the girls cut my skin and made me bleed and then painted my nails after with fresh blood on my nail. she didnt even clean up my nails after too so there was nail polish on my skin and they are already chipping after 2 days. not worth $35 and not worth your time! never going back again

Backfill pricing on sign says $15 & up. Mine cost $40!!!!! Thats the cost Ive paid at other shops for a full set. Wont be going back! Guy was ok but lady was extremely rude and beligerant when my friend asked her to fix her nail and put another coat on. I could tell from her attitude she would mess up on purpose just to prove her point and sure enough she messed up. Then acted like my friend was asking to much of her who was the so called professional. Guess they have enough business without us and we will spend our money elsewhere and be treated right. Hey lady...now you will have time to watch your tv show you were upset you couldnt watch because we came in.

I had to wait a little for my fill but it was only like 10 mins. I love my nails so much and the guy who did then was so soft and respectful.

The staff usually do quality work, but if it gets too busy, with too many people waiting, they tend to just rush and not try to ensure they do as good of job as they could if they took their time. Ive had my nails look amazing and last a very long time, but Ive also had them start to fall off or come apart the next day.

The staff was really pushy and demanding.. I went in wanting to get a full set and a pedicure done. They told me to sit down in the chair the moment they heard pedicure and then got mad because I hadn’t picked a color.. I wasn’t happy with the pedicure, they sort of rushed it and hurt me multiple times. When it was time to get the full set they wanted me to step on the floor with my bare feet (something they NEVER make me do anywhere else). Comparing to other places I’ve been it looked less sanitary as well when it came do how they did the pedicure. By seeing their pedicure job I decided to not get my nails done and go to another place instead. I definitely don’t plan on coming back and can tell why they weren’t busy like other places.

*stay away* Had a mani and gel set for $30 that cracked 4 days later..not to mention the crappy manicure * see pic*waited an hour after they look right at you and lie saying 20 minutes.A teenager did my pedicure, his massage was 3 seconds long and he couldnt even paint them.

I have been going to Royal nails for 13 years. They are far and above the best nail salon in the valley in terms of quality products and workmanship. Its apparent that they take pride in their work. Dont go if you want a rush job, they do it right every time!

The only reason I can give this place even one star is because it was clean. The service was the worst. The staff was rude and bordered on hostile. She practically threw my purse across the room as I was rushed out the door, even though there were no customers waiting though. DO NOT go to this salon. DO NOT waste your money. Go anywhere else. Where to start. Prices too high! Then cash only, which I just dont carry. So when they sneak in extras I was not prepared. Maybe that is on me. Here is what is on them. The whole time they were watching their soap operas and clearly distracted. My daughter and I kept looking at each other during out full sets when they were staring at the tv while doing our nails. I would then try to strike up a conversation, they didnt want to talk. They would talk to each other about what seemed to be the tv show, I wouldnt know....none of it was in english. This is not a comment about their origin, just most places try to cater more to the client in the chair. Felt like it took so long because we were not talked to, couldnt understand they show, and they were distracted. We wont be going back.

Got a pedicure done here 3 years ago and still suffer the consequences. I contracted a fungus and my nail is still ugly, rough, and dead. To make matters worse, treating it doesn’t allow me to paint it and try and hide it. I have tried over the counter stuff and even saw a podiatrist and I still have the fungus! Won’t ever go back!! The friend I went with got one too!

Walked in asked for a pedicure and manicure with shellac asked how long. They said pick a c olor we can take all 3 now ( plenty of empty seats and they cant even put us together).We wait about 15 minutes in water. They start on my daughter then my mother. My mom moves on to manicure, my daughter moves on to manicure. Im still waiting, not even started on my feet. My mom is now finished and daughter is still waiting. An hour goes by and I finally get my feet done. Daughter finally gets attention. They rushed the manicure and did a horrible job not even touching the cuticle. Charged us $55 each. 2 1/2 hours later Im done. Would not have left a tip but considering the lady who helped us most of the time was about ready to go into labor, we did. Oh and the kid who did my daughters pedi was maybe 15 years old. Very poor service. Its no wonder why they wasnt more people there. Glad there is so many salons out there we will never need to waste our time and money.

Terrible customer service. My massage chair wasnt working so I asked if it could be fixed or if they could show me what to do. The lady came over, pushed a few buttons, asked if it was fixed, I said No, then she just walked away. I finally requested to move chairs, which they accommodated but they asked me to not move until they brought me a towel for my feet. They brought a towel and told me to wipe my own feet dry! Im 39 weeks pregnant...I then proceeded to wait in my new chair for 30 minutes to get a pedicure. Will never come here again.

They are the best! I was fighting to stay awake because everything just felt so good and relaxing.

I got there with my little sister, this was our first time there. There was absolutely no people which kinda through me off because nail salons are usually full. One of the lady’s who worked there told me to pick a color and rushed me right over to a chair.. which didn’t give me much time to choose one. I noticed that she didn’t place a bag over the tub. She rushed me the whole time and did not put scrub when they usually do. I wanted a matte top coat which they did not have. When she was finished she told me to walk across the salon to dry my toes with out any of their foam sandals that they usually provide after getting a pedicure. The place was not sanitary at all. After having such a bad experience I did not want to get a fill anymore. I waited for my sister to finish up her nails and one of them were crooked and asked if she could fix it and the employee refused. I asked another lady that worked there if she could fix it and did it in a unpleasant mood. I do not recommend this place it was not something I ever experienced. Will not go back.

My wife came here to get her nails done. We waited over 2 hours to just be seen. They made my wife walk far which didnt help her injured back. They wouldnt accommodate her. What she got she didnt like. She told the guy what she wanted. Then the guy and lady switched and the woman was like yaya. Like she understood what my wife wanted. They were very rude. My wife asked them to make her nails the way she wanted and they told her that they could do it but she would still have to pay for the wrong nails. If you disagree with them they kick you out and still make you pay. They suck at customer service and charge for horrible service. Worst place ever. Shouldnt be allowed to have a place here in utah.

GO TO PARADISE NAILS ON STATE STREET. they greet you with a smile and a bottle of water, then they make you comfortable and provide you with information on their services. they charge $30 for a set (and dont demand a tip) and their set includes gel. this place charges $38, (and they demand a $5 tip) for a set that is only coated with a single coat of polish. not to mention, paradise nails is cheaper and they do 10000% better job that this piece of crap establishment.this place ripped my finger nail off, and he continued to apply the acrylic nails to my skin. ive never experienced so much pain in my life. he literally totally disregarded the blood dripping from my finger and painted my nails with one coat. he then demanded a $5 tip as i paid at the door.

My fiancé went here and had the absolute worst experience. Customer service was awful and very rude yelling at her to not move. He got nail polish all over the tops of her hands. And had her sit under the lamp for 20 MINUTES!!! It is supposed to be no longer than 3 minutes. Her hand now has a blister from being under there and getting burnt from it. Never going back there and telling everyone we know to go somewhere else. Wish I could give less than 1 star.Also just found out this about the experience. My fiancé went with her friend and they didnt have a worker available because a couple ladies were getting pedicures. No problem there except for the fact that no one ever helped her friend. The pedicures were still going after they had finished my fiancés nails and so her friend never got any help she was basically ignored the whole time they were there.

The guy was doing my nails was paying attention to watching tv then doing my nails!!! Took almost 2 hrs to do my nails if he didnt watch tv then my nails would have been done by less! So annoying

Did not give good service. Were yelling at me from across the shop asking me what service I wanted and had the employees children in the front watching super inappropriate videos.

These people are horrible, they have the worst customer service! They cut my skin off when I was getting a manicure. Which bleed non stop. And on top of that they made me pay! They dont deserve one star! They deserve nothing!

I went here with my mom, aunt and grandma to get mani/pedis for my wedding in 2 days. The staff were so grumpy. No one smiled the whole time. I had 3 people work on my pedicure at different times and then they didnt cut my toenails right to get a French tip so I had to get color instead. There was some national geographic show about elephants playing and then they changed the channel to some obnoxious car auction. They tried to bully us into getting gel when we told them we didnt want it. Absolutely horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE.

Terrible Experience! Do NOT go here!I called in and made two appointments for pedicures. When we got there:-no one acknowledged us for 5 minutes-the water was cold-I was ignored for 35 minutes while sitting in the cold water before a man came over-My friend was ignored for 50 minutes before deciding to leave-unfiendly environment and the workers talked in their native tongue the whole time
