Checked at home to see if I could make an appointment online, and there were available spots, but I had to stop somewhere else 1st, so I decided to just walk in after that. One lady under the hair dryer, no one else waiting. The girl asks if I have an appointment & I said no. She said unfortunately we are booked. I said that I saw appointments available just a half hour ago & she said sometimes the online appointments dont link up. This is the same thing that happened last time, I dont know how they stay open. Never anyone in there getting haircuts, but they can never take a walk in. Pretty lame.

My husband got a haircut here, we tried the booking online didnt work but when we called they got him in fast.

Scheduled a hair appointment for 6:15. They close at 7. I showed up at 6:06. They were closed. They did not call me to tell me that they were closing early. Why not just call the customer to tell them you have to close early? You asked for the number at time of scheduling. Not cool.

I got chased out by a women for say I had a cold in the middle of a haircut (Literally). She told me if I didnt leave she was going to call the cops... a 7-year customer at this location, 10th day of being sick, and had confirmed negative for any other virus a week prior. Now I have half a haircut and Im super embarrassed and not happy. I would never recommend this place to anyone, that woman is extremely ignorant and crazy.

Went in at 4:15 To have my daughters haircut, just two or 3 inches off. Shouldve taken about 10-15 minutes at the most. The stylist came out of the back asked if we had an appointment, we did not. She said that she wasnt able to service us becauseShe had an appointment scheduled at 4:30. Its a bit frustrating because this is not the first time its happened the Stylist seem to be sitting in the back or just not wanting to take clients

I made an appointment a couple days in advance to have my hair styled on my wedding day. I arrived on time but had to wait about 20 minutes which was a little stressful since it was a jam-packed day for me. The stylist was nice and tried to calm my wedding day nerves. I like how she styled my hair. I told her my eyes are very sensitive to hairspray so she very was careful when applying it. After she finished spraying my hair, she told me she used glitter hairspray. I was surprised. I wish she had told me beforehand because I am not a fan of glitter & I was worried it would look like dandruff in the wedding photos. (It kind of did in some cell phone photos.) I can understand why some brides would like glitter in their hair but it is just not me. Had it not been my wedding day, I probably wouldn’t have cared much. Overall, it was a good experience.

I highly recommend Cassandra! My father got a haircut by her a few weeks ago and he was very pleased with his cut. So while we were here on vacation, my sister needed a trim & my daughter wanted to go shorter so we decided Cassandra was who we were going too! She was professional, very sweet, listened to our needs & she did the cuts EXACTLY how we wanted. I was so pleased with the results that a made an appt for myself a few hours later! We all walked out with beautiful haircuts! Very happy!

Unprofessional staff.I made and appointment for son so hed have a fresh haircut for the first day of school. We show up for the 4 oclock appointment, only be told that they cant cut his hair because they took walk-ins instead, and they are going home after they are done.We offered to wait if they would still cut his hair, even if they couldnt keep the appointment. No luck; no service.

Had one of the absolute best haircuts/fades ever. Walter really knows how to cut hair and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your hair cut. Found my new barber. About time Prescott gets a real fader in town.

Great job on my wifes hair

I had my hair done there a week ago and it did not turn out great at all. I sent a email a few nights later and got a call the next day by someone telling I could go back in and get it fix for free. She was very nice and understanding. I went back in today and had my hair fixed by Lauren, I think her name was red hair with freckles. She did a amazing job. She fixed everything that was wrong with my hair from the first time and double checked to make sure it was all done right. Her and Casey where the ones in there and they where amazing. If youre thinking about getting your hair done here Lauren and Casey are the ones to go to without a doubt.

I made an appointment online like it asked to went in talked to the manager who asked bot one single qualifier as to why I was there or even for a name told me she would be with me in a min and had me sit off to the side for over half an hour after my appointment time the walk ins that came in after me were all helped immediately.

Haircut was good. But the cost was not what is posted. She itemized everything done. Instead of the cut and style menu deals. It cost me over 100.00. Not a bargain. Talk price first.

My hair was cut to less than half the length I asked for because Lauren spent too much time talking and didnt ask for my opinion until it was too late. I asked for a simple trim with scissors, and my hair ended up as short as something with a low guard on clippers. I will be asking for a refund and wont be going back.

I never knew cost cutters could be such a good idea, so when I moved to Prescott that was kind of my only affordable option...and after a few different hair stylists,my forever stylist has become cassandra,my daughter and I go to her and shes a life saver,she always does exactly what I want, and she works with my schedule...love her,to say the least!!

I went there with 5 pictures of what I wanted. I explained the kind of hair I have, they are frizzy and curly and why I wanted my bangs to be a certain length and all.I came out with something totally different, that looks ugly on me and I waited 5 months just to have the right length for that particular haircut. I immediately stopped talking when I realized what she did. I just wanted to cry.Laura did a horrible job, I have to just put my hair in a bum and use bobby pins for my ridiculous bang.I wish I never had her as a hairstylist. She shouldnt work since she doesnt have any clue of what she is doing.

Do not let the new blonde girl touch your hair!! Especially if ur a guy wanting a simple fade.. i couldnt imagine what other kind of damage she could do. Had to ask the other girl what to do the whole time and completely butchered my poor finances hair. The other girl knew how bad it was she even voided the cut before this girl was even finished! Dont even get me started on the horrible customer service to follow.. when we said someone needs to fix it the girl who seemed to know a little more about hair cutting said we would have to wait for everyone else to be done 1st when we had already been there for over an hour. She replied to us well what do you want me to do about it when we asked for it to be fixed. Stay far away from this place and go to the cost cutters on hwy 69 by Target if you insist on a cheap hair cut.. itll atleast be decent
