Better than Great clips. Almost like a real Barber shop, but a difference I didnt expect. All the barbers are female Latin American, but for one, the Male Latin American owner whose English is good. So their language skills arent great unless you know Spanish, of which I am so so. Other than that, they do a fine detailed cut. 10 dollars for seniors.

Do not go here, they dont listen to what you want at all. Ive been growing my hair out for the past 11 months to where I want it and none of that matters now. I had long curly hair and its all gone. I told her cut the split ends off the top and fade the sides,I want to still be able to put it up. Instead she cut the top very short, didnt talk or make sure with me the whole time. I do not recommend this place. Sure it sounds like I am being dramatic but my hair had became a part of my persona and one of my favorite things about me.

Yesterday was my First time and Joe’s Barbershop. This place is amazing! One of a kind, Luis gave me the best hair cut I’ve had in 20 years and the shop was like diving back into a 1920’s barber shop.

Came into the store and a lady sat my bf down. She started to give him an undercut fade and in the middle of the cut, she sneezed into her hand 3 times. She then proceeds to cut his hair and held onto his head with THAT HAND. she then had to sneeze more so she stopped cutting to sneeze into a napkin. She then started to go il nto the fade and was looking up at the tv multiple times. Then it looks like it may be the store manager, he yelled out loud who used the register last because there was a failed transaction on the register. The barbers ignored him and one said I do t know, figure it out. He then continues with well looks like that customer got a free cut. It seems that the staff appear to be unorganized..As for the cut, looks pretty clean. Though we wont be back.

Took my 13 month old son for his first haircut today. Rosa was very patient, very playful and gentle with my son. Though he is a very squirmy, curious little monster, she made this experience exactly what we hoped it would be! My son inherited his fathers horrible cowlicks, but Rosa seemed to have no problem with them.The wait time was minimal, even though they were very busy. The cost was 14 dollars.

Great haircut experience! Called after work to see if it was busy, they said there wasnt a wait, made it before closing and they cut everyone that was waiting staying til after closing time to finish. Such a reasonable price too, for a quality cut and neck shave. Will be going back for sure! All they need are cervezas for the wait!

Been going to this shop for awhile now and there is a sign in sheet for people to receive haircuts. Came into signed and sat down to wait like I always do and a chair opened up. The lady got on her phone sat in the back and refused to serve me. Another gentlemen walks in signs in and she skips me and immediately sits him down for a haircut. Some major racial profiling is at work in said barber shop. Wont be coming in this place ever again. Sorry for her I tip 70% plus. #whitelivesmattertoo

Worst Barber experience ever. The first tip off should have been that all the barbers had headphones in. Which I understand for working. But should not be acceptable for working with customers. So as I’m telling the barber what I want he’s looking down at his phone. I tell him to start with a 2 and do a mid fade. Then I ask if he can trim the sides of my beard. And take 1 1/2 inches off the top. He then blocked the bottom of my hairline and did not fade up at all! Then when he trims my beard he goes down to mid chin level on one side and then below the chin on the other side. Then makes it even on the first side. About 2 inches lower on my face than I wanted. Then asks if i want the tops of my beard on either side straightened up. Thinking he’s going to get a few stragglers and tighten up the top I say yes. He then proceeds to lower the beard line all the way down to chin level. Now I have a chin strap with a mustache and soul patch. Not what I wanted!! When he gives me the mirror to check the back I notice that the left half of my neckline is 1/2 further down than on the right. And he didn’t notice this before he handed me the mirror and asked what I thought. And I noticed it looking over my shoulder by a handheld mirror into a sink mirror 4 feet away. What?! So after he fixes that he rings me up to a total of $25 dollars. I’ve NEVER paid that much for a haircut and trim before. I gave him no tip, needless to say. I am not the type of person to be overly critical about service, but I couldn’t let this one slide. Worst experience in a barbershop ever. I will probably just shave my chinstrap and get a new cut from someone who knows what they’re doing. Hope thats not his day job.

I have been to this shop a few times and this last time I sat in their shop for 40 minutes after putting my name on the list. I found out that I had been crossed off the list. It seems that if youre Anglo you are not welcome.

I was visiting Prescott and I found Joes on google. I called and the folks that work here were very resptfull and extremely helpful.I got a fantastic haircut and two of my boys did as well. Everyone looks great and it was not at all expensiveThank you everyone for the great job you did on my family !

Allow me to describe each barber, and what they specialize in. Johan: Hes the owner, and tends to nail every style of haircut possible. Johan is a very nice man from south america, and my personal barber of 5 years. Next to him is Rosa: Great fade and taper work, best at short Drake style haircuts, but also does well with Old White Guy cuts. Next to her is JR: Wears earings and looks clean, with a headphone in usually. He does decent undercut work- good fades, and overall is pretty versatile. Tends to give everyone the classic minority barber shop fade but thats OK! Lastly, the 2 scrubs to the left of JR are Joe and another man. Neither works enough here to ever let them touch my hair. White guy on the end seems half asleep (bed head always). Joe seems nice but that only goes so far!OFFICIAL BARBER RANKINGS FYI:1.Johan 2. JR 3. Rosa 4. Joe 5. White Kid with bed head.Enjoy! Great cut but $20 for a buzz was pricey.

My first time there and I couldnt believe how busy they were. They are thorough in making certain all the stray hairs are shaved off. The ONLY drawback, and I didnt see it until I got to the car, is one sideburn was longer than the other. Nothing I cannot correct with a razor. Ill probably be back.

Worst haircut ever. Hair stylist did not speak English. DH does not speak Spanish. She didn’t even understand with gestures. Only cut the sides and did not even touch the top of his hair. He also asked for a beard trim and she completely ignored him. Wish I had been there.

Dont go here for the sake of your hair, show your hair mercy and dont go to this barber shop, more like a butcher shop, the so called barber messed up my husbands fade and also shaved half of his left eye brow off, yes thats right! He shaved half of it off, so now he has 1 1/2 eye brows! My husband asked for a line up and this is what i got! If i could rate lower i would, this shop doesnt even deserve one star. Worst place ever.

Fortunately hair grows back so recovery from the freaky cowlicks and uneven layers I have now is only a week or two.Unlikely I would ever return.Dont know the ladys name, or if they have more than one female barber, but unless you want your hair done the way she wants to do it, use one of the men or another shop.
