Champs offers great cuts at a decent price. Theyre quick, too. After plopping down in the chair and being offered a drink from the fridge, theyd get to work, offer up a nice little chat, and wed typically just about wrap up as I was getting towards the bottom of my can. Loved this place. Definitely going to miss it.Oh, and walk-ins are welcome.

I have been there twice in two weeks...yes Im beginning my weekly haircut process. Absolutely fantastic no frills barber shop and you can get a beverage ranging from Diet Coke to Rainer in a can!! Oh and the prices are the best in town. SOLD!!!

I keep wondering if Id get a better hair cut from the expensive new barbers that have popped up in St. Johns and I always come running back to Champs. Justin cares about your time and money, and most of all, your haircut. You leave with a hot-shaved neck line, cleaned of clipped hair and ready to go out - your individual needs are met at a great price. All are welcome and I really dig that.

The “cool guy”barber shops were all full(hey not their fault) so stopped into Champs and I was seated immediately and Tish(Trish? I’m horrible with names) gave me an awesome haircut with very little direction. I said “please fix this mess” and she did just that. Would suggest, will go back. Oh, they 10 dollars cheaper than all the other shops in the area and they also do straight razor shave on your neck.

Justin has been my barber since 2003. Every cut is exactly how I want it - every time. Great guy, nice shop. If youre thinking about giving him a try, stop thinking and go!
