They close at 8 pm and have “walk ins welcome” posted everywhere. Despite coming in at 6:15 pm and there being only two other people there they refused to help me saying they were booked for the night. I explained I was in a pinch and would really appreciate if they could help out…..but nope.

Took my 16 yr old son there, showed Emily a video of the hair style he wanted and she did an amazing job! No missed hairs on the area where she had to use clippers either. Abs it was only $22 plus her tip.

This place should be sued for fraud for being a Lady Jane’s and not Great Clips- absolutely clear they do not understand their own concept or market. All I’ll say here, but if you are looking for a Lady Jane’s experience, avoid this one at all costs. Waited well past my appointment time. Literal absolute waste of my time.

The lady didn’t even ask the length I wanted off the top showed her a picture and everything then she flippenend hacked all my hair!!!! Worst hair cut I’ve ever had

She did a decent job on my hair but didnt say a word to me durring the haircut. Another strange thing is that she called my name so I stood up and walked towards the counter then she just walked passed me without saying anything, then said I should sit down and wait. It was a very awkward interaction.

Jessica there is super professional, seen a gentlemen walk in acting a complete jerk to the girls and she handled it very professionally. Would highly recommend visiting this place. If you are looking for a great place to get a haircut then come check this place out.

I walked in to the this place, looked the lady in the eyes and said don’t cut any of the hair off the top of my head. I asked for a 1 to 2 fade on the sides, which she did fine on. She then brought the sides about an inch too far up and cuts about 4 inches of the top, while leaving the middle the same length. I now look like a character out of veggie tales and won’t ever be returning. And have told me friends to never go there.My mom could have cut my hair better.

Went in to get a haircut for my son. I asked for a low fade. The person took a half guard all the up beyond his temple. We basically ended up with an undesired mohawk or a wicked high undercut. I think most of the staff seems talented enough to do a good haircut. They just need to take their time. The person that cut my son was done in 10 minutes.

This place has absolutely no management at all! I get my hair cut at a lot of places, but by far this was the most disrespectful and lied about the price. They are running two books there. Just watch the “employees” they charge you for a hair wash and multiple different lies. I can’t wait until COVID is over and I can get in touch with the BBB!!!!!

Friendly, clean, great with my short hair style. I especially love Emily because shes amazing at cutting hair but also has a great personality and i never have to tell her how to cut my hair because she always remembers and does the best every time.

I asked for a certain haircut on my son, then was asked to leave bcuz of their covid-19 protocols. Which is all fine except for the fact that my son ended up with a high top fade (eraser head) rather than the faux hawk I asked for...

Can do any cut great facials and awesome Kings treatment she is a cut above the rest. She also has a great personal and fun loving small talk. If u go here definitely ask for her u won’t regret it.

Autumn is hands down the best human being that has ever lived. You may have heard stories about other people being better and living a better life but they were wrong. My haircut was the equivalent of a unicorn wearing those shoes from back to the future that lace themselves with a tyrannosaurus wearing that sweet Marty mcfly vest driving a time machine. Point is it was fantastic. Go there. Ask for Autumn. Tell her the hyena sent you. Popcorn.

Sherri is one of the most skilled barber/stylists I have been to in almost 22 years. Transplanted from LA to the Midwest this was a tough one to find. I’ve had ok haircuts and lineups then ... I walked into Lady Janes after having breakfast one morning and WOW.... I look amazing. My hair is literally perfect. The salon is clean and the staff are on point with customer service.

The haircut itself was great. However, the service was poor.No one was at the desk to welcome customers. No one even acknowledged customers as they came in. During the cut the stylist didnt say a word. I dont expect full conversation, but silence made me feel like I was bothering them by showing up.At the end although the sign said a simple haircut is $16, I was charged $18.

No better place, and trust me Ive tried them all. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. If you really want to look and feel extraordinary, ask for Natalia. She is purely phenomenal. She is the epitome of customer service at it best. She diffently goes out her way to make the clients feel special. Never going anywhere else ever again...Natalia made sure of that.

Rachel with brunette hair, gives the best haircut out of any franchise haircut place in the area, I have been getting my haircut at a salon for 15 years and Rachel is just as good or better than getting a cut at the salon. She actually takes pride in her haircutting ability and doesnt just try get a big tip with her looks or by flirting. I give her a good tip because she gives a damn good haircut and quality company

This morning was one of the most stressful days of my life personally. I was in the car for 4 hours total and decided to get my hair cut on a whim. When I called to schedule my cut, the lady was professional, polite, and made me smile. She said I would be with Jess who I had never met at this was my first visit. I was there for an hour and it felt like 15 minutes. Jess made me relax and enjoy being in the moment for the first time in a long time. She made it more than a haircut and more like a spa. I would pay her much more for the same service. Lady Janes and Ms. Giant Redbull (Jess) earned a client for life. 10 STARS

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes after signing in. Watched several people who signed in after me without appointments get taken before me. I left and went to Great Clips across the street. Got in right away and got a great cut for half the cost. Very disappointed.

Just waited a hour for the stylist I had chosen when I checked in to tell me she had a appointment and I could have next available after 3 people came in and had cuts with no appointment. If you have a appointment and know someone is waiting for you then you should advise them you have a appointment not wait til last minute

Had a great experience on a Saturday morning. Did not wait for more than 10 minutes before I was seated and she did a wonderful job cutting my hair. Sherri was particularly amazing. I have gone to this location for a while now and never disappointed.

NOT HAPPY! Can you give negative stars? My son came in for a haircut a week ago they barely started cutting his hair when they CUT HIS EAR we had to rush to the emergency room to receive STITCHES. So now he has half a haircut and a medical bill. Been trying to get ahold of them because I think Lady Jane’s should pay for the medical bill, so far nothing. I do not recommend this place, cut your hair at home or GO TO A BETTER SALON. That’s what I’ll be doing.

I guess walk ins are not welcome. I went here once before and thought I would try again. I signed in, selected 1st available and sat down. Not one person even said a word to me. I watched several stylists finishing clients then disappearing to the back for 15-20 minutes and re-emerging when an appointment came in. Four people came in after me who had appointments. One girl was sitting behind the counter and walking around. I assumed she was just a receptionist but when another guy walked in asking for her she said she didnt have any appointments until 7pm. I had been waiting for 40 minutes at this point, the whole time she was doing nothing. After 2 more girls joined her behind the counter after finishing cuts I waited another 10 minutes while they sat there chit-chatting, thinking that I would be next. Another 5 minutes and I walked out. Terrible customer service. What was really funny is when I looked them up on Google, it said they were usually not busy at that time of day (3pm). I guess they are not interested in making money or gaining repeat customers.

Consistently excellent service and experience. Its busy at times, but I always make an appointment. The stylist I see always is ready on time and does a great job. Have been here 10+ times and am consistently happy with the service received here.

They show no acknowledgement to new clients It was our first time there and I wasnt aware we had to sign in to a computer to be seen, a lady was sitting right at desk didnt say a word as I was stranding there. My son was finally seen and the stylist said she could not do a taper fade in the back she said because my son didnt have dark hair or the right hair texture, then another stylist came over agreeing that she couldnt do it.I know for a fact that it can be done on his hair so instead of just admitting that she just didnt know how to do it she came up with those lame excuses.Sorry but we wont be back.

I went to Lady Jane’s today and she cut my sons ear and he needed 3 stitches. My son sit nicely and doesn’t move and watches tv. Poor child will probably never be able to get his hair cut again. I have to say I am scared to take him any where to get his hair cut. It is not fun taking your child to emergency room and explaining that he was getting his hair cut and the cut his ear. Poor kid! Lady Janes didn’t say anything. Sad poor management!
