Luke has been cutting my hair for couple of years now. He is professional, friendly and does a quality job every single time. During the pandemic he has followed all the guidelines and made me feel safe going in for a haircut.

I’ve been getting my hair cut at DeRosso Bros for 6 years without deviation. The shop is comfortable and inviting. It’s a place you feel you belong. Plus the haircuts are always on point. DeRosso Bros is the definition of Barber shop.

I’ve been going to Luke for my haircut for a few years now and he’s fantastic. I have naturally curly hair and he’s cut it both natural and when I’ve straightened it. He’s honestly the only person I trust to cut my hair because as he’s cutting he asks for feedback and takes his time. Being a woman with very curly hair, the price is fantastic because most other places charge over $90 for my type of hair. Overall atmosphere is great & Luke is wonderful, HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

Took my son (11) to get his haircut with Luke and he did an awesome job. He was friendly, chill and all around great. Pricing was reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Five stars! Super accommodating; I waltzed in at noon without an appointment looking for a quick haircut and I was scheduled an actual appointment for just 90minutes later, no issues here. Super personable; easy-flowing conversation! Exceptional service; I was outta there within thirty minutes with exactly what I wanted in a quick cut, for a low-to-moderate price. Great experience! I used to go to Bishops and while I didnt have a problem with them, I wanted to give a real barber a try. Luke was very thorough and did a great job. My hair on the top of my head is starting to thin and I asked him if he had any ideas, and I am happy with what he was able to do. Apparently a neck shave by hand is standard for a barber, but Ive never had one at any other place. Also, with the current covid situation, I felt like he was operating very safely, making sure I was not sick beforehand, wearing a mask, only having one chair in the shop, and vacuuming up all of my hair quickly. I was very impressed overall and definitely found my new barber!

Luke did an awesome job with my son’s hair. I’m used to getting a 5 minute buzz and trim from other barbers because it’s “just a kid.” Luke took his time and even gave me some tips on at home styling. I’ve definitely found our new barber!!

He has introduced me to new products and techniques that I use to this day. His unique location is easy to find just off of Multnomah up the road from the beer store! Intimate setting assures you are getting his utmost attention.

After 3 days with the new cut, it looks even better than when it was first done and more compliments than ever. I really hate giving this review because it means I have to share this awesome service! Luke is an incredible barber, the enviornment is clean and chill with a pretty cool museum like vibe with his decore. There are always some good tunes playing and the conversation is great! As a barber Luke listens to what you are looking for, giving feedback to what is possible or even steering you away from something that may not work for your hair type. This is an over all great experience! I have been through several barbers over the last couple years and after I found Luke.....well there is just no need to look anywhere else! Oh and the location!!!! Get in early or stay a little late and hang out in the Village!

Ive always had hair that can pose a challenge to barbers due to how it grows and its rigidness.Luke spends ample effort to ensure that your cut/styling fits your needs and life.You cannot complain at all since his prices are the lowest in the city for the quality you receive.

I’ve been going to Luke for a few years now and I don’t plan on using anyone else to cut my hair. He’s very good at listening to what I want in terms of how my hair is cut and the times I let him have creative control he is amazing at making my hair look awesome!

Luke is the epitome of the modern, local, Barber. Great cut, every time. Knows your preferences and knows you. When we moved to The Village 5+ years ago, we tried another shop nearby and were so disappointed. Went to Luke the next time and never looked back. 3 boys in our family and we’re all monthly regulars. He even gave us a COVID “virtual cut” via FaceTime that helped our DIY cut look passable while we waited for the shop to reopen. I’ve recommended him to many neighbors and not one was disappointed. All are now regulars. Absolutely recommend Luke if you’re in the area.

The only time Ive had my hair cut somewhere else over all these years was when I didnt schedule out... and that was a mistake.I heard one time that there are three important men in a mans life - his father, his butcher and his barber... I have a great father, never landed on a butcher, but have one heck of a barber. Luke will give you a super clean cut and chat you up about everything from travel and literature, to whiskey and music.Im torn on writing a review - Lukes a fantastic barber and people oughta know about him... but at the same time I dont want you Mr. Review Reader to snag my spot in his chair. I had been searching for years for a barber that I could trust to give me a haircut I really liked every time I went.Aarons style of art is what had me decide to have him finish a cover up tattoo for me. I called up to make an appointment and Luke worked around my schedule (even on a Sunday!) The shop is super clean, tidy and classy. I was greeted and offered a refreshment when I arrived.Luke is a perfectionist, he made sure that everything was looking right and up to his standards. Aaron was fantastic to work with. He was great throughout the design process, very easy to get along with, had a great touch and was ridiculously efficient. The tattoo turned out exactly how I wanted it to and I cannot recommend him enough! I will go back to him if I ever want anything further.

Ive been seeing Luke for YEARS. This guy does such an incredible job every time. I wont see anyone else. Ive even started to bring my 2 year old to see him.
