I inquired about a job through indeeds for this temp service. Got a call from them next day for this job hiring 2 people. I was so excited, I went inside had paperwork done and drug test hoping to be hired just to be told the job has not been available for 3 months. This is disorganization at its finest. I am very disappointed in this company and there MAIN JOB to put people to work. This is so horrible and ridiculous they should be more organized than this when its there job.

Started working for them in January, the place I worked for was a decent job something just to get by. But the lady(Amir Woods) from Hire Dynamics was very rude and unprofessional on several occasions. Very ghetto to say the least and I was appalled that she is the person in charge. Although I would recommend HD I wouldn’t recommend this location and this person.

The experience on its own is very well but the coordination of the instructors needs to be more thought out with the blue shirts, they’re all over the place, I’ve noticed a few racial comments and rude behavior from volunteers directed towards a few of the associates. Overall I love the spirit in the building, it’s very joyful and the pace is consistent. But the instructors need to be more direct with their instructions and information and the volunteers need to be instructed to be more polite and patient with the associates wether they are veterans for this project or not. Other than that I’m very pleased with the environment. 3 stars
