Such cleanliness is unexpected especially in a place like a barbershop! Never been to a shop that has been kept this clean while being so busy! Not to mention they are fairly quick with their cuts considering how well of a job they do! Will def come back!!!

Both my boys came here for haircuts in the last couple of days. The facility is very clean, all the men are wearing masks and taking all the necessary precautions. Highly recommend them.

Steve’s barber shop is the best. I have lived in Port for 10 years. It is my go to place. Steve and his staff give the best shaves very close and very clean while NEVER cutting me. They also give great haircuts. They are super nice guys who I enjoy talking too. I consider them friends. If your in Port there’s only one Barber shop Steve’s on main st.

No better haircut around. My father and I started going here when Steve first opened up shop. We were one of his first customers. Steve gives a phenomenal hair cut and listens to everything I say and how I want it cut. As my style preferences have changed as Ive gotten older, Steve has accommodated all of them and I have yet to find a better haircut, even in the five years I lived away from Port Washington.Steve runs a great shop. I trust him and his judgment In cutting my hair. This is reflected in the barbers he hires as well. I highly recommend Steves.

Steve’s always provides great service. The haircut is always good, but the little things like the hot towels and shoulder massages at the end enhance the experience. Give them a try.

The price is great for the service. This is an old school barbershop but that is not a bad thing. I suggest you know what kind of haircut you want before you sit in the seat otherwise they are going to cut it the way they want.

Ive been going to Steves for seventeen years and have always gotten a great haircut. The barbers have changed over time but the high quality and superior service have remained the same. My son goes there now as well, as do many friends around town. I would definitely recommend Steves not just for a terrific haircut, but a relaxing place where you will come out feeling better.

It’s a very nice automosphere. There’s always nice music playing and a person to welcome you when you come in. Also, they give amazing haircuts for a great price. A lot of places rush through your haircut, but here they get to know their customers and treat them with respect and give them the exact perfect haircut they are looking for. Strongly suggest going here.

Highly recommend. Steve and David are great - amazing cut, neck shave, hot towel, massage, etc. full service. Very clean - unlike other places, you dont need to check that theyre using a clean razor and towel. Steve runs a tight ship and always takes a look at everyones cut before you you leave, even when he does it out of the corner of his eye...Great local business that Im happy to support.

Too little too late. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a barbershop.Called ahead and was told to come in immediately because they apparently werent busy. I walked in the door 5 min later and all chairs were filled, no one greeted me, i hung my coat up, read magazines for 5 to 10 minutes and still no one said a word to me.I continued to take my coat off the hanger and walk out and to my amazement 2 out of the 3 barbers started talking to me... this guy is almost done, you are next etc.... I continued to walk out.Too little too late. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a barbershop.

Steve and the crew are great. This is a classic Barber Shop (with some modern updates -- TVs at every station for example)where they treat your right....Hot towels, massage, and the classic straight razor shave -- cant beat this place. I have been a loyal fan for more than 10 years now!

Good cut. They take their time. Mostly cuts rather than simply pulling out the clippers. They also include a hot shave of neck and sideburns. Very impressive place.

I just moved to the area and am looking for a new barber. I called ahead to get the price for a simple fade of a .5 to 1. I was quoted 16 but after I got my bad haircut I was charged 18. I do not plan on returning and am still on the hunt for a barber in the area.
