I wish I could give them zero stars as a rating. These people in this office have no idea on how to do there job must less set other people up with employment. First off if you come in the office dressed professional and with a resume in hand as I did all they will do is have you put the same information in the computer and scan your resume. Then will tell you all the jobs they have for you is general labor job which is only fit for mans. They have no jobs for any woman and they dont have anything for a person with a bachelors degree. I have walked in this building three times with my resume in hand and each person sitting at the desk doesnt do anything but act like they are looking over a resume then says I will give it to the manager. They will hand you the business card after that plan to NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN IN LIFE. Recently I tried to call about any job opens and got the runaway from a manager that has no idea what her staff does and just put blame on her blame. She didnt apologize for the situation or her staff and then started telling me how I should act on a phone. Im a customer and clearly the manager/stuff has no customer service. A good manager knows your staff is a regular of you and your training. CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME DOWN AND FIRE EVERYBODY IN THAT OFFICE ASAP. IF ANYBODY IS LOOKING FOR A GOOD TEMP AGENCY PLEASE CALL LABOR FINDERS AND ASK FOR MR.WILLY. HE WILL HELP YOU IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE DONT COME HERE ITS A TERRIBLE STAFF.

I worked for them a short period of time. I told them I wasnt being trained properly then they hired another temp so about a week after she started I was let go. They believe the company and not the employee. They also make promises they cant keep. It worked out for the best. I found me a permanent job that is great. Little do they know when I was leaving early or taking long lunches I was interviewing for my permanent job...joke on them. I see they only respond to the positive reviews and not the negative ones.

Worse temporary agency I ever work for .. Let go for cell phone use a supposed company policy I never signed or anyone else . And every single person uses their phone in this office. Some have full blown conversations while in office. Some people prefer to steal company time or sleep on company time or stand around talking about unrelated work conversations. I take my phone out when work is complete or when it is slow! But yet I was the only one singled out!This agency favor employees who comes to spill all their business to them! Employees that will tell anything they can use against others to keep them aboard! Supervisors who has personal agenda with others supervisors call you a side to figure out your motives because the said supervisors speaks to you! Surge staff helping people steal time or stands their while employees surge the web for unrelated work things! But when u mind your own business and wouldnt dare to mix business with pleasure you become a target all because you want to stay to yourself . I was bullied by a supervisor that I wouldnt have personal dealings with. & Many agrees! And he happens to be the one who got me fired! Ha! Been their since July 17 Never caused a problem hardly ever missed days work performance good! This bothers me so much def not for money but because people have become so vile people who are in charge takes advantage of their positions. People in general have become so filled with getting ahead they totally forget whats right and have no regards for the people who They think they eliminated.God has a better plan through! If I could give this company 0 stars I would thats what They deserve!!

I have never worked for or with a staffing agency before and this experience didn;t boost my confidence. I was offered employment but was not advised of the correct hours until after my interview & after the company wanted to hire me. I was not able to work the hours so i had to decline the offer. The 2nd job offer was a perfect fit, after being misinformed by not just one but two staffing employees then being ran around about my direct deposit, having to take the drug test on site while at work with the employee sitting in there with me. Then the employer was not held responsible for not properly going over policy with me, lied to me about the assignment ending. I tried all weekend to get to get someone on the phone in regards to what happened, they all told me Call me anytime you need me yet ignored all my calls. I then had to drive all the way to their office to be told why i was let go which was legit junk based on the EMPLOYERS negligence. I have now been without a job for over a month and the staffing agency apparently only has one job opening per employee and seeing as i had been let go from the one job they had available i have not heard a peep from them. I thought staffing places provided jobs and this place has absolutely nothing. Ever since I have came in contact with them its just been chaos and stress. They dont care about the people they employee only themselves.

Phenix city Surge has awful staffing management. They literally curse and use profanity while candidates are interviewing. Quote on quote slurs used against your work career based off how success you are in life? Thats deep dont you think. Promise after promise but no action I dont get it. Across a 3 year time span, ive been with Surge on several occasions and i have nothing but positive things to say about this staffing agency. From the help of Chelsea and a few others in that 3 year period, ive been allocated to jobsites relatively quickly depending on the needs of each client, and built up a resume at a young age with plenty of experience i can take with me into the future. They are by far the worst WORST temp agency eveeeer. I dont recommend nobody go their for employment however most people be having luck with them I guess just not me. I did a application there back in May of this year 2018 its now October and all I have been doing is calling in my availability walking in stating my availability EVERY Monday like you suppose to do and have got nothing no offers no placement nothing. All i get is “ okay I got you down “ or right now we dont have anything available not knowing that I have multiple friends who went through this same agency for employment same time I did and they got a placement either that same day they applied or a week later meanwhile im still waiting to get placed somewhere for work. A temporary agency job is too send workers too work and they have failed at that when it came too me. They all are liars and a waist of your time especially Melanie whatever her name is. If you haven’t received a job offer with them after a couple WEEKS of applying then you might as well stop trying. They get 1 star rating from me and thats just for answering the phone seems like thats all they know how to do. My opinions my experiences

I have called every week for the last 6 months its the samething every time we have nothing available.i find this hard to believe but you can go in there and they are all laughing carrying on with others who you pick up they are friends or family outside the company..is this why theres never any jobs for others because you have all your friends and family member working.i still havent taking tge test.whats up with all this mess.
