Is this just a poor skill or did she intentionally do this after I didn’t buy their $75 hair product from Japan? Is this merely unprofessional or is it mean-spirited? I was furious after my family and friends took close-up pictures to show me.

I literally walked in, no appointment and took a chance. They were so nice and accommodating. I decided I want to cut off all my VERY long hair & I was amazed by the skill&precision of my stylist Jessica. I showed her a picture of me 7 years ago with a super short pixie cut and she literally replicated it in 20 minutes. I have found my new go-to stylist in Port.

Brand new salon opening in early November 2020! Was walking by the shop when they were renovating and it caught my eye. I havent cut my hair since the pandemic started and badly needed a trim. Not looking for anything fancy - all Im looking for is a good simple cut in a clean setting at a decent price + K One delivered. Im really concerned with cleanliness with the pandemic - everyone is wearing a mask and they require everyone to wear a mask, everything is clean and newly renovated. The day I went was nice weather so the door was opened and I sat next to the door. Quick haircut - around 10 min and it looks great! Just went for a simple cut with a little bit of bangs. (Note: I actually washed my hair before I came because I didnt want to spend too long inside due to the pandemic). The staff is nice and friendly; I had the female stylist. Theyre running lots of promotions right now including $10 wash and blow. I haircut was $25 and I tipped another $5.I usually go to Manhattan for my haircuts so Im super happy I found a place nearby and local.

Wow! Everything about my experience was perfect! Walked in early and they took me right away. Got my hair washed and I was in heaven! He scrubbed, massaged and let me relax. The sink has a ledge on it so your head doesn’t flop backwards!! It made it so much more relaxing. Blow out was perfect! He took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted. $20 lager, I left VERY happy!!!
