This place is awesome! Never do I feel like they are trying to sell me something I do not need. I trust this repair shop and have been coming here for several years. They are truly good at what they do.

I brought my car in because the dealer told me I needed a new alternator. I had friends who got new alternators at Veterans Auto and been happy with their service. Turns out my alternator is fine. They could have put a new alternator in and I wouldnt have known any better. I got the oil change I needed (at a great price!), and I was good to go. I saved hundreds of dollars and trust coming back to Veterans Auto for any service needs in the future.

The service was quick and efficient. They diagnosed and resolved the issue immediately and with low cost. I was very happy about that. I did have to leave the office as it smells very strongly of cigarettes which triggered my asthma pretty badly.

Awesome, knowledgeable and honest. Took my Cadillac in for a brake problem, Troy looked at it and said the brake pads are fine but I needed new rotors. Within 45 minutes it was done and the low price shocked me. I will go there for all my car repairs.

Awesome experience with my Honda CRV. Dealership told me I needed front brakes and lug nuts were stripped, est $450 repair. Not only did Veterans say my lugs were not stripped, but my brake pads were good for another 10-15,000 miles and rotated my tires free of charge. They have my business from now on and anyone else I can refer to them, thank you!

Troy is a one in a million guy, a real diamond. He looks after my car and doesnt charge an arm and a leg, neither does he try to rip you off with extras. He gives you the best quote for your fix and gets you back on the road asap.Id recommend him to anyone.2008 Chevy Trailblazer.

Worst place Ive ever been. Troy had my vehicle for just over 2 months due to his screw ups and lack of professionalism. Went in for a head gasket replacement, came out with a bad knock. Then he told me to drive it for awhile so the rings could seat themselves and the knock would go away...what a joke. Ended up blowing the motor. They broke the front grill off the hood from using it as a prop to lean against when hood was up, tried gluing it on, but it fell off and they ran it over on a test run only to glue it on again and not tell me about it. Floor mats and carpet full of grease as well as a couple spots on the seat. Engine bay was a mess and missing plastic dress covers, windshield wiper assembly wasnt put back together right after they took it apart for access to the motor for rear cylinder head. What was supposed to be 2 weeks turned into 2 months. 2 months of paying for a rental out of pocket with no help from Troy, and thousands lost after I got a car with a bad knock that wouldnt stay running when they were done. Worse than back yard mechanics.

Love this place! Honest and very knowledgeable. I had a starter issue that was a bad connection to battery and only cost $20...They could have lied and charged me for a new starter but didnt. I live in sarasota now and will drive the 50 minutes to keep going there.

These guys did a great job with my car. I had already had 2 people work on this same problem and the car still wasnt running right. Veterans auto figured it out quick! My car hasnt run this good in months. I wish I had brought it to them first! Next time I will. 1 week after I wrote this, the same check engine light came back on. I tried repeatedly to call them, but no one would answer the phone. I left message after message and they would not call me back. So I guess they are not so great as I first thought
