3 hours from our Florida home, on our way to a vacation, on hwy 75, at 70mph, we started experiencing a vibration from the rear or our SUV. Concerned about my wife and daughter in tow, I pulled onto the next exit and came across this business, to have it checked out. As soon as Dave put it on the stand, it was clear the rear tire was coming apart! Dave was doubtful he had any tire that would fit and was skeptical of any tire shop open on Sat. afternoon. He thought of a discount tire shop open til 2:00pm (it was 1:30). He called ahead and made sure they would stay open until we got there. We limped down the road (20min away) and pulled into their parking lot. They had a couple of tires that would fit, installed them in 10 minutes and were courteous and thorough. Thanks to Dave our vacation was successful. Thanks out to Dave, and his above and beyond concern.

Outstanding service with honest input and reasonable rates. Had bought brake pads for the front of my 2009 Honda CR-V. Just didn’t have any place to install them. Called for an appointment and got in the next morning. In at 8 am and out by 8:30 with labor under a hundred dollars. Would recommend them to anyone.

We panicked when our car started making noise on the highway a half hour from home, but we lucked out that this shop was at the closest exit! They lifted the SUV within twenty minutes of our unexpected arrival, and 90 minutes later, we were back on the road. Its definitely worth the half hour drive to go there the next time we have car trouble. Great service, quick, and most importantly, they didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need!

They found out I really needed to leave the next day to head North to Michigan and within 2 1/2 hrs he got my Lincoln fixed with a new battery and alternator with the added bonus of an oil change for he saw I was long over due. He has consistently given good service and prices in the past and now he really save us. Really happy!!!!!

I dont usually write reviews... but these guys are wonderful. Highly recommend!!!! Omar is probably the fairest auto mechanic Ive ever met. My sons car was overheating. I had it at other shops where they replaced the radiator, the water pump, the thermostat, on and on. Omar found the real problem where the type of thermostat install created bubbles in the water lines that led to this same thing over and over. We ended up just removing the thermostat altogether. In florida, you really dont need it. Anyway, he spent two days with it and found the problem. Best thing of all... for all the time and effort, he only charged me $375.

Very good customer service and good prices

Previous owner was good. New owner quoted me 400 or so, honestly dont remember, for a set of 4 brakes. They charged $250, I thought I got a discount since I brought my own pads or and rotors or something. I got home and realized they only did the rear. Went back and they did the front but said they had to charge me another $250 since they had to put it back up again. So I in total I paid $500 for a job I was quoted $400 for.Few months later I bring my wifes car in there as she had a tire pressure issue. They said they couldnt fix the TPMS but they put a regular valve stem in and then we could get the TPMS fixed when ever we wanted somewhere else. I take it over to get the TPMS actually fixed, and they show me that the TPMS sensor was still in the tire and it rolled around and banged up the whole inside of the tire and tore apart the inside of the tire. The inside of the tire had little notches all torn out of it and I had to replace the whole tire and the TPMS. I wouldnt bring my car here, the old management used to be great.

The location was good. By arriving late in the afternoon on a weekday I did not have to wait for service. The repairs were made promptly. Having used their service several time I found the prices to be within line.

This place is amazing I wish I lived in the area to make this shop as my own “go to” mechanic shop I was traveling down to Miami last weekend with my friends when our car started shaking and making loud noises we were lucky enough to get off the exit and reach this place they took us in right away even tho it was on a weekend and had a lot goin on but we told them it was in a emergency and were not from the area they got us back on the road in a hour I highly recommend this place to anyone, perfect price and excellent service thank you guys a lot !!!😃

Kings Express did me good. Was on I75 north and got a low tire indicator. I watched my tire pressure go from 14 to 6 in 1 mile. We quickly Googled tire repair near me and Kings Express came up. I called them and they told me pull right into the bay. 15 minutes later we were back on the road with and interior patch. Cant say enough about their service.

Car needed a tune up. Took it in. Omar said $159 for a tune up and oil change. Ended up being 245.71. Got home to check the engine, pulled on the interior hood latch pull and it came off in my hand with super glue. Up to you to use this place. I feel they are riding the good reviews from the previous owner.

Had oil change, tire rotation, and brakes done. All done well. We asked about an estimate for a timing belt and they said they would check and call. They never called, oh well.

Tremendous experience. I took my truck there without an appointment and they looked at it right away. Within 30 minutes they had fixed the problem and when I went to pay, the sales clerk did not even charge me and told me just to tip the gentlemen who fixed my truck on the way out. By far the most honest and friendliest auto-service I have received.

Recently, I had car trouble on a long trip to Key West and found myself at the first place off Exit 170, A Plus Oil Change. I decided to leave my car with them while I continued on my vacation and hoped for the best (they were not even open yet and offered to help while they set up). Nick was in contact with me through the entire trip and told me just to enjoy my trip and they would do what they could. This is an extremely scary place to be in as many shops have a reputation for taking advantage of people in vulnerable positions. Well, the problem ended up only being a sensor that needed replacing and he had my car ready for me on my way back only 3 days later. I am so grateful of the amazing customer service and honesty that I received throughout the entire process. I would recommend anyone visit this auto shop because I have not ran across an auto shop that took such good care of me in a long time. Thank you again A Plus for making my trip that much better!

My husband and I came in for an oil change, and they asked if we wanted synthetic or conventional oil. We said conventional please. Sat down, waited, 45 minutes later we were done. As we went to pay, our bill was double what they had told us originally. When we questioned it, he said well your car recommended synthetic so thats what we put in. We were very frustrated that they couldnt have even come in and asked if that was okay to put it in, Esp since we specifically said conventional oil. Needless to say, wouldnt recommend. Felt scammed and he didnt even seem to care that we were upset.

Rude and unprofessional brought my car in to be fixed and they certainly did the opposite of that now I have to pay even more money to fix a problem that they caused elsewhere of course.

I went back here because I use to go when it was A Plus Auto luckily I found Brian and Randy but my experience with office wasnt good at all its obvious Omar is not a mechanic and his customer service is lacking very badly his appearance is not something I want to see they make belts, I will go back as long as Brian and Randy are there but if they ever leave so will I!!!!
