This is a top-notch organization. Run like a good business should be. I was in visiting family from out of state and had car troubles. In the morning turned the car in. It was diagnosed mid-day and work completed late afternoon. Jeff called me himself after diagnosis to explain their findings, review measures to correct, review itemized costs and make himself available for questions. What Jeff understands is that he operates within a very dense senior population. What is one of the most essential things for people of this age more than any other age group? WORD OF MOUTH. The risk and fear of being taken advantage of is very real so word of mouth is critical for seniors. Jeffs service was great. As for the cost, I dont have anything to compare it to, as I have not had this type of car issue before. However, it definitely was not unreasonable or as high as I feared. I felt that they took care of what needed to be taken care of to correct the problem and didnt try (or use scare tactics) to perform (or charge for) unnecessary work. They know what they are doing and know where their bread is buttered. When you scroll down the reviews until you get tired and all are 5 star, that should tell you something. Refreshing experience, especially for this industry.

Very impressed with Amanda and Jeffs Auto Sales! I found this car using one of the on-line car search websites, but then reached out to Jeffs directly. I live over 500 miles away from Jeffs, so I was a bit hesitant to pursue it, but Amanda answered every one of my questions...even recording detailed videos of the interior and exterior of the car. She helped make the paperwork super easy through overnight deliveries, and even arranged for the car to be picked up for transit during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend! Hi I bought a Honda CR-V no long ago and first the bumper disintegrated the plastic under it. I took it back and Amanda told me there was nothing they could do. And that was a week after I bought it . Now the trunk gets full of water when it rains. . I am sure you will not help me because according to your daughter there is nothing you could do. Jeffs Auto Sales is the place to go if you need help with your car. Jeff saved me $$$ after I was told by another tire dealer that I needed all new brakes on my 2012 Mustang. I did not need brakes, however, the new tires I bought from Tires Plus on Kings Highway where not balanced correctly. After testing the tires on the balanced machine I saw how badly they were balanced. I gladly paid $ to have Jeff balance the tires correctly. I would recommend Jeffs to anyone. I feel I was treated with respect by honest people. You cant go wrong.

Ive heard of Jeffs Auto in the past, however only recently started going there. I am very impressed with the service they provide in their shop. My Jeep just went over its bumper to bumper warranty, and I have needed a couple of expected repairs. One repair specifically involved an issue with the radiator. I initially went to the Jeep dealership and was told they were unable to figure out what the issue was. This is when I decided to visit Jeff. Jeff personally looked at my vehicle, and solved the problem almost instantly. Jeff also sold my future fiance a new vehicle after her vehicle was submerged in water. The woman in charge of sales (Mandi), spent countless hours searching for the exact vehicle and color (2016 Chevy Malibu) my future fiance dreamed of having. Once she found it, she had it promptly delivered to their shop. On the day we went to pick it up the vehicle was cleaned, and had brand new tires put on. Jeffs Auto is a family owned dealership, and the staff treats their customers like family, making car buying easy to do!

In a world where there are so many out to take advantage of another.... I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences with Jeffs Auto... I took my car in today because I thought I needed brakes and to check engine light on.... I also knew I needed new tires and an alignment but I was going to have to put that on the back burner. Jeff called me and let me know that I did not need brakes and that the check engine light was an issue that was not going to cause my vehicle any problems. I can just not say enough about their honesty and integrity and just overall pleasure to work with... I would recommend anybody to go see them and trust them explicitly.... because of their honesty ...I was able to get the tires and the alignment and even restore my headlights which was a luxury

The service at Jeffs Auto Sales and Service was fantastic. I was next door with my children getting haircuts and I noticed that one of my tires went flat (the tire actually split on the tread making it unrepairable). Since I bought my truck used it obviously had the jack and spare tire arm not included. So I was stuck with a flat, no way to get the spare tire off and AAA was no use because I didnt have the tools to change the tire.They let me pull the truck in, they removed the flat, got the spare out and changed it on the spot. They were great because that would have taken me over an hour to do myself because I would have had someone bring me my tools to do it. Not only that I would have had 2 kids in the car making it even more difficult. Thanks for all the help.

When I purchased my 2010 Mazda 3 from Jeffs Auto back in March, it seemed like a pretty decent car. Two months and less than 10,000 miles later, its a complete hunk of junk. So far, Ive needed new brakes, front and back. My rotors need to be replaced, as do my bearings. The air conditioning went last week and my dash board was melted when I got it. Its okay though, the untrustworthy people at Jeffs Auto were sure to throw a dash mat on top and not tell me about it. If youre looking for a lemon, go to Jeffs Auto because thats all they honestly have to offer. I cant wait for Fuccillo to open up and put you guys out of business.
