Cant say enough from the Customer Service desk to the guys that worked in our car. These guys are amazing. They didnt only took us in a busy Saturday, without scheduling ahead to check/replace a flat tire.They didnt only checked, but repared the tire with no charge. It is good to know that we have someone honest and trustworthy to take care of our cars and also our friends. Super recommend it.God Bless You All!

Had a slow leak in my tire. And I had bought the tires from tire Kingdom about 3 years ago. Not only did they find the leak and plugged it up, they didnt charge me for it. Which is crazy customer service! LOVE IT.

Excellent customer service!! I was on a time crunch and getting ready to drive from Englewood to Orlando when I realized there was a large bolt in my tire - and of course when we removed it, the tire immediately went flat. I called the Tire Kingdom in Englewood and let the phone ring for over 7 minutes and no one bothered to answer. I called this location in Port Charlotte and they told me that they could get me in immediately if I could get over there. We got the spare on my car and I got to the location in 25 minutes. They immediately took my car and in less than 30 minutes repaired the issue, got the tire back on and I was on my way. I was only an hour behind schedule. And they didnt charge me a dime - they were wonderful. Will definitely be using them again. THANK YOU!!

Update: I reached out to them as they asked through their contact us on their web page and provide additional details. I never heard back from them. Its been 2 weeks. Sadly, they dont seem to care about their customers.I first started visiting Tire Kingdom because a friend of mine managed a NTB which is affiliated with TK. I have visited shops in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Cape Coral, Englewood and Port Charlotte. In the last three years I have spent over 10K dollars on tires and services on various vehicles we own- all at these shops. The shop in Englewood was by far the best, followed by the one in Cape Coral. Sadly, the one in Port Charlotte is not even close to being the best. I came in to this shop to get tires (4 Michelin Defender LTX MS) and saw they had a special on struts/shocks: buy 2 get 2 free. I have a Chevy Suburban with MagneRide. Cost for the shocks and struts at Gettel dealership in Punta Gorda is $658 list each. (You can also order them online from another dealer for 45% off) I was charged over $1200 each at this shop and told one would br free of course. The reality is however that its NOT really a special is it- not really buy 2 get 2 free. You are really paying for all four. When I confronted them about this all they would do was charge me the $658 per shock/strut but would NOT honor the buy 2 get 2 free offer. Sad isnt it?By the way, I also had my oil changed, an alignment, plugs and wires replaced and brakes serviced.I think this shop has now lost my business. Service people are very friendly though- especially Bill and Mo.

I made an appointment 10 days in advance to drop off my car to have an Oil change and general check for Saturday 12/19. My previous appt. indicated to check the brakes. I was told by the man who checked me in that they would call me if I needed additional work besides the oil change. I dropped my car off at 10:00am and said I would be back after 4:00pm for pickup! I never received a call so when I arrived at at Tire Kingdom at 5:10pm I expected my car didnt need additional work. Upon arrival at 5:10pm 7 hours later, I was was told my car hadnt even been seen yet! This is totally unacceptable and no excuse! Why wasnt it done? What if I needed extra work, then I would had to make another appointment. I dont live in PC so that is why I Scheduled a drop off time and pick up. I do not know the mans name who checked me in but he was the same person that said my car hadnt been even looked at yet! No reason and definitely no explanation. Not even an apology!!!Unfortunately this was the worse customer service I had ever experienced. and there is NO excuse to treat someone this way.

Very disappointed in the service I received! I had a 4pm appointment to replace 4 tires and did not leave until 6:30pm.I understand that situations can cause you to run behind, but it might be a good idea to let the customer know that it will be a 2.5hr wait.Then to add insult to injury, I was leaving the parking lot and all four tires were reading low pressure by 20 p.s.i. I went back in and let them know the pressure was low and the manager stated that the pressure would go up while driving. The pressure did not go back up so I had to pull out my air compressor and fill my new tires up with the correct air pressure.Again, if you are going to make someone wait that long the least you can do is to make sure they are driving off the lot with the correct pressure. Its the little things that count.

I needed tires and they were able to get me in the same day I called them even though they already had a booked schedule. This was a relief to us because we have a limited schedule that allows us to be out of a vehicle to be serviced. I also appreciate how they offer additional services and warranties but do not push it on you if you decline. I have bought tires for both of my vehicles and will continue to purchase them with this company.

Even with an appointment, it took them one hour to confirm that they could not plug a hole in my tire. I then asked for a quote for four new tires. They scribbled my number on a piece of paper and I never heard from them again. There are so many other tire places in the world who would love to have my money…

They have a good selection of tires and they have good hours but I would not trust them for regular maintenance. They quoted some work was needed on my car that totaled well over a thousand dollars, I get a second opinion from my local mechanic and he says that’s not true at all, and I got what I needed fixed for $130. I would still go for batteries or tires if I needed one on the weekend but make sure to decline all other services they offer and find a local mechanic you trust who will tell you the truth.Edit: here I am almost a year later and my car is fine. Didn’t need all the shocks and shocks replaced like your shop told me. You tried to get nearly $1,500 from me for no reason. I use a local mechanic and he showed me underneath my car and there are and still are no leaks like you told me. I’m not going to respond to the generic reply from the owner. I’m putting this review out there to people that I want to warn you they will try to sell you services for your vehicle that you don’t need. Don’t be afraid to say no and get a second opinion from a trustworthy mechanic.

Dropped my truck off to get some after market rims put on. They had the correct hole pattern but would not fit over the front bearing housing. Lesson learned. Guys at the shop we’re all very helpful and knowledgeable this is where I’ll take my business to for my future needs

This has to be the most ridiculous Tire Kingdom in the State of Florida.I dropped my F350 Ford Dually off at 8:30am to have a tire patched only due to a screw being in the tire. Waited all day for a phone call to let me know it’s ready. At about 5:15pm still no phone call. I call and was told by the so called Manager Bill oh yeah it’s ready. I arrive as they are closing. My truck was up on a lift and they were getting ready to lock up.This is not the first bad experience I’ve had. I only went there because I purchased tires there and wanted the tire repaired.I would not recommend this so called establishment to my worst enemy.To freaking make it worse they put the tire on BACKWARDS unreal.Warning DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

Our tire was unrepairable... When we called and explain that we need a stock tire as soon as possible because we had a flight to catch... Logan the sales associate was very helpful and the nice lady that promptly changed the tire helped us to go on our way. DAH that describes Service. If I could give a minus I WOULD. Would never STOP for service again. Went to Sarasota branch for many years but this one is different. I went in for 2 new tires to be put on back and move back to the front.I requested tires be balanced and an alignment. They only balanced the back and not the front . DAH....customer care is to ask and double check to insure the vehicle is done properly. Lack of care, but DAH I guess they can only do so much at a time. I cant TRUST this location.

I had a problem with my car. I called and spoke to Daniel the service manager and described what was going on. He told me to bring it in, I took in the same day and Daniel took it in right as soon as I arrived. I needed a new radiator, mine had a small crack that he discovered, Daniel was able to get a new one sent in within a half hour and Daniel and his service tech Chris stayed late on a Saturday night after hours to get the job done for me so I’d have a car to drive. I’m so grateful to Daniel, Chris and Tire Kingdom in Port Charlotte, they really care and gave me tremendous peace of mind and saved me a much bigger problem with my engine by catching this tiny hairline crack.I’m very grateful, Thank you Daniel and Chris for taking such great care of me. Biggest plus they had my tires in stock which after going to a couple of other retailers realize none of the larger chain stores that have tire departments had them. Wanting to change my all my tires and not wanting to wait for a them to get ordered. As soon as I walked in they attended me and didnt try to over sell me anything. It was a surprisingly great experience. I thought it was wonderful that I could go to any of their locations if I had any problems with my tires. Mainly going on a road trip the following week this gave me peace of mind. Thanks

The worst experience ever. Bought tires on their recommendation with a 70,000 mile warranty and bought alignment package. We went to have car aligned at 28,000 as we we taking a trip north they never said the tires were going bad. We drove another 4000 miles, when we were up north we noticed bad wear on inside tread. We took it in when we returned and they realigned again never said anything to my husband. I went in later that day as I was upset that they let us drive on dangerous tires and the person at the desk checked and agreed that the cord was coming through tires and they were feathering. he stated that It was possible that the put the wrong size tires on my car. He said he’d call the company and work out something. When I called Back he was no longer there and we have been getting the run around. They offered me a deal. Buy one tire get one tire, what a joke as That is the special they are offering. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF STANDING BEHIND THE WARRANTY I MAINTAIN my car do regular oil changes and tire rotations they stated that alignment had to be done every 7500 miles. Been driving for a while and I was in The car industry. Never heard of such a thing. And all 4 tires are bad not just one STAY AWAY from Tire Kingdom. Even customer service gives you the run around.

Called to ask if they had time at around 2 of 230 on a Sunday to look at a tire that we were having trouble with. Explained we were in our RV traveling through town. He said I dont have time today but you can drop it off and we can look at it in the morning. Ummm cant drop our house off to be looked at in the morning. Went to the firestone down the road and it was a simple valve stem that didnt take them but 15 minutes to fix.

Started with a phone call, they were extremely knowledgeable. So I brought my truck in. Tires are mounted and balanced perfectly & since my truck is raised, they are hard to align, but it is pretty close to perfect. Will definitely do business with you guys again.

So it started when I needed my tires balanced I had an appointment that was scheduled but they didn’t have a area/ lift for my car even though I had an appointment. So they balanced them and made it worse. when I left I called back and said that it is driving worse than before the person at the desk told me it’s probably because I had dirt/mud on my rim and to go wash the rims. Ummmm ok then I go the following week for them to fix the balance job and an alignment I left and came back for them to tell me that I need new lower control arms that would cost 900 just for parts 2100for the whole job by the way I ordered my parts myself and paid 80 buck a piece for the both so this is just a warning ⚠️ don’t go here. Stay far away. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming to this joke of a place.

The people at Tire Kingdom were very pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, when I had a tire replaced, the tires were incorrectly mounted on my 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. The car uses a smaller size tire on the front axle and a larger size on the rear. Your technician mounted one of each size on the front and on the rear axles!!!An acquaintance noticed the error and brought t to my attention. I doubt that I would have figured it out and obviously it would not have been good for the tires in general. The Tire Kingdom personnel corrected the error but it made question their knowledge.M.B. They are hands down the most professional, and best priced around. If your looking for the best and fair deal they are the ones to go to. When me and my fiance were trying to get tires and level for our 2011 Toyota Tundra we literally called every person in town. the first place we went was literally across the street from tire kingdom and they quoted us $1100.00 more than what tire kingdom did for the same exact tires and level. all the other places were just as much or more and that wasnt even with any warranty on the tires. tire kingdom gave the 1 yr warranty on all tire components. Not only were they giving us the best deal but they did all the work in just a couple hours when everyone else wanted to charge me over 800$ for just install. and everyones excuse was but its a Toyota so they are harder to work on. When this was discussed with tire kingdom they were professional and answered all questions honestly. they didnt try to take make a tone of money off me and because of that alone i will never go any where else besides them. i wont even risk getting ripped off by one of the other local shops.

Scheduled an appointment for my car online last night 04/21. Pretty convenient. So Took my car in today 4/22 at my scheduled time for brake service and a coolant change. 5 hours later go back to pick it up and the *fantastic customer service woman says your oil change and tire rotation is done! I looked puzzled and thought for a brief second she was joking. Nope, incompetent customer service and maintenance employees did what they wanted and not what I scheduled the service for. The older guy who took the keys and wrote down what I asked to be done this morning needs to go. The service is terrible and the lies were worse. After trying to keep myself from not being upset about another error this place has cost me, I asked if they were going to be able to resolve this issue today. Nope, sorry you wasted your day but thats what the old guy wrote down for your car to be done today and we cant, wont fix it. They also stated they cannot see what you made an appt. for when you do it online. Whats the sense of making an appointment than? Avoid this place at all cost!! To top it all off, I get in the car and check the computer to see if they reset the oil info, nope! So who knows if they actually did anything to my car. These idiots changed the oil and rotated my tires less than a month ago and no one questioned why I would be needing an oil change for less than 300 miles driven since the last change.Do not use this service station unless you want something done to your vehicle you did not order. Again, stay clear of this mess!!

If you have custom or nice wheels I would advise you to go some where else. Ive had them do all my work but l recently had them mount and balance 3 tires.I was very disappointed, when I waited an extra hour after they said they would be done.The manager said it was due to them taking there time and being careful due to me having nice custom wheels.After they were done I inspected my rims and there where several nicks in all three of the rims.After further inspection at home I found more nicks.There was obviously an amatuer doing the tires.This isnt my first go around with big rims and big tires Ive had them on all my trucks for years and this was the first time someone damaged my wheels.

Tire Kingdom did a great job replacing the two front tires on my Class C Motorhome. Bill (the manager) and Logan were very helpful and explained to me why my tires were wearing out. They got me in at my appointed time and the turn around was quick. The cost was reasonable given the type of work.I buy a lot of tires every year, this time I was out of town and needed a new set of tires. I was concerned about getting gouged as I was not a normal customer from the area and needed a quick turn around. They had the Michelin tires I needed in stock, which none of the other shops I called had the tires, and the price was the same as what I paid back home a few years ago. They did not push up sales on other items.

Made an appointment to have an oil change, and alignment done on a mercedes benz. When I picked my vehicle first thing that I noticed was that my back bumper was damaged, and they claim that it was like that. I know for a fact that my bumper was not damaged. Second when I checked my oil filter it was still dirty and not changed. The alignment was not done properly. Fourth my battery was dead and they informed me that I had a bad battery, yet before I brought my vehicle to Tired Kingdom my battery had no issues. I have experience as a mechanic and know when a shop does shady job. I did go back and they did admit that the oil filter was not changed. My wife had to file a claim for the bumper. Unfortunately, I will never bring any of my vehicles for any services to this location or any Tire kingdom. From a business owners perspective you do not run a business by having your employees cut corners.

Whether on appointment or walk-in, the management and techs are always courteous and professional. They provide a comprehensive inspection checklist at every oil change to ensure my vehicles safety. I had an appointment scheduled at 1 pm .I arrived at 1230 pm .I went to have an alignment and balance four tires on my pick up truck. I finally left there at 445 pm. How long does it take to balance 4 tires? And do an alignment I have used tire Kingdom a lot not at the store I have use the tire Kingdom on Tamiami Trail just south of Harbor Boulevard it is a smaller store very nice people and they get the job done a timely manner. The tire Kingdom on Tamiami Trail just north of veterans Boulevard or 776 is one of the worst customer service tire king and I have ever been to I was talking to some customers that were in there and they were in there 2 to 4 hours also I will never ever go back to that tire Kingdom again and advise you if you have work that needs to be done at tire Kingdom. Go to a different tire Kingdom anywhere but that store thank you

I had THE best experience here!! The staff at the front desk was super friendly, had a smile on their faces the whole time, and they were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of my car, even coordinating with safelite (whom I had an appointment with same day) to get my car worked on start to finish IN MY ABSENCE. I rode my horses all day long and they handled all the work, and then dropped the car off at safelite for me. WOW. Now THAT is great service. Little things like that are SUCH big things when you have a busy day! THANK YOU!!!!! I wish I had gotten their names, and I feel awful that my memory is so poor, but if you would please thank the gentleman and the lady who helped the scatterbrain (that’s me!) on February 27 around 10am who needed tire pressures checked, a tire pressure light fixed, and bought windshield wipers, I would greatly appreciate it!! They are FANTASTIC people :)

My insurance used Anthonys Touch of Class which sent my BRAND NEW vehicle w/ bad tire to this Tire Kingdom. They took 2 weeks to order and install a 6y/o tire. (Born on year on tire 2010) Dry rot inside. Had small pin hole. Had to come back a few days later to get it patched. Scratched and paint chipped my rim. Lost my brand new factory valve stem cap. Bad customer service. Manager is a horrible person, no customer service skills, no idea how to talk to people. No answers, constantly makes excuses with incorrect facts, has no idea what he is doing or saying and LIES!! Also lied that they would order new tire and valve stem cap and call me. Never did. Had to go to a real tire place. Stay away at all costs!! Now I have a good tire(thx to another shop), scratched rim and missing valve stem cap. On my BRAND NEW vehicle (less than 10k miles) F you very much Tire Kingdom!

I was in there to get 2 new tires mounted and balanced. When i got home i noticed 1 tire didnt have a weight. I called them to let them know and they said some tires dont need wieghts but if i have vibrations to call back. I noticed some shaken on the side the tire with no weight was so i made another appt for them to rebalance. They didnt charge me but they said it did need a weight, so they probly didnt balance it in the first place. I know the day i was in there it was super busy with a line to the door of people waiting to make an appt so maybe they forgot or didnt want to do it. So after the second time of rebalancing with them i keeped driven and still notice my steering wheel shake bad. So went to ford to repay another balance with someone i trust. They said it was out of balance. So in the end i paid twice for a job and had to make 3 appts which is hard for me cause i have many jobs and time is something i dont have which is very annoying. Its probly been a month and ahalf ago this happened. We are new to the area and needed tires & an oil change. Made online appointment for 1pm. Didnt get outta there until 4:15!!! They never gave a heads up on how long it would be or explanation of why it was taking so long. Despite the$25 off your next oil change We will never go back there.

Terrible. They never order my part on Thursday so they could not install the tire sensor on Friday. So I told them I would be there first thing saturday morning cuz I wanted to Miami today since its the first weekend I have had off since October 2018. They told me to leave my car there and they would get it done this afternoon. I just left so dissappointing.

Very Overpriced !! Got an estimate to mount and balance 4 new tires and rims I already had off the vehicle, and switch over the TPS sensors. Tire Kingdom quoted me a price of $269. Went around the corner to a small local tire store (Above the Rim) and they charge me $100 to do it all and did a Great Job !! Gave the guy doing the tires a $20 tip and still saved over Half Price of T.K. !! Will never use the big chain tire stores again !!

I AM BEYOND UPSET......Up until January 7th 2019 we had no issues with tire kingdom. As a matter of fact we brought all our tire business to them. We had some really bad luck with our tires and we kept getting flats. So we went to tire kingdom to get the first one fixed. I was extremely happy with the service and the price and the warranty wasn’t bad at all. We ended up overall having to replace all four of our tires within a couple months. Due to nails screws old tire it sucked, but they always got us in and helped us and gave us a good price and warranty. Well today January 7th 2019 we had a nail/or screw in the tire my fiancé had to work all day so he made a apt at 4:30 to get it taken care of. We had already replaced this tire with them and got warranty so he figured we would be all set. After working all day as a roofer he sat at tire kingdom for 2hrs or more in the waiting room. They waited till everything was done to inform him we had a fee not a real bad fee but a fee. We live literally .7 miles away so not even a whole mile. they would not let him use our vehicle to go quickly get the money because he left all his money at home in a rush this morning. Now mind you they wait till they’re completely done and he has been sitting in the waiting room 2hrs to say we need the fee. It wasn’t a huge fee it was 4$ 4 freaking dollars are you kidding me. And after being in the hot sun and heat on roofs all day u couldn’t let him use the vehicle to drive .7 miles after we replaced all our tires with them and did warranty r u serious. Even if they didn’t want him to use our vehicle to come grab the cash they could of at least said something from the start not let him sit in the waiting room for 2hrs.

Ive gone to the Tamiami Tire Kingdom by Sonnys at least three times in the last five years, the last time was three days ago. They have always treated me well. I bought an unusually large tire from them and it was cheaper than anywhere else and they mounted it with no problem. I chose NOT to go to them for mounting Ferrari tires and instead had the car towed to Palm Harbor to the Ferrari dealer who scratched all four VERY expensive alloy wheels. I had four tires on a Prius balanced at TK and it was done well and fast. Three days ago I had a check engine light come on and they checked and cleared it quickly, courteously and for free. I have no complaints with these guys at all.

First off, I understand when a place is busy and having to wait. I set up an appointment online on Friday for a 5pm appointment the following Monday. I get in and let the guy behind the desk know that I need an oil change and a tire replacement (it was also on the appointment sheet I filled out online). Made it to the appointment 15 minutes early thought ok Ill be out of here in roughly 30-40 minutes. Nope, sat for about an hour and 15 minutes before my car went back. 30 more minutes go by and Im asked to go out in the shop. Mechanic says Do you see this wear here? Looks like you need a tire. Well you dont say. Go back in the shop 10 minutes later he comes in and says we dont have any tires in stock, but I can get you some here by tomorrow. Really!?!?!? The first thing you should have done was look the work order over and noticed that I needed tires to begin with. Second thing you should have done was look and see if you had the tire in stock that way Im not sitting in the lobby for over 2 hours for you to tell me we cant help you with the tire today. Again, I understand when a place is busy and that place is busy all the time. The guy behind the desk was really nice and tried the best he could. But your customers shouldnt have to wait 2 hours past their appointment time to hear that they cant be helped today.

My wife dropped her car off for an oil change, asked for semi synthetic. When she went to pick the car up Corey tried to c harge 75.00 for a 40.00 oil cgange. Told her they used full synthetic by mistake and she would have to pay for it. When she asked to speak to a manager Corey told her none worked today and she had to pay 75.00. When i called to question him, he refused to call a supervisor, told me he did not have contact info to do so, then checked the history and saw we only had semi synthetic oil changes on her car and still would not fix the mistake they made. I gave him the option of correcting the invoice or i would call the supervisors myself, he then hung up on me. Makes sense to me, Corey tried to bully my wife into paying for their mistake, got frustrated when confronted and of course due to lack of proper people skills training hung up on me. Good job Tire Kingdom, train your front line people to bully a woman.......

The single worst experience Ive ever had with an automobile service company in my life. I had to jump my truck to get there. So i thought i needed a battery. I pulled intelling them that I needed a new battery. The nice young lady begind the counter explained that there wiuld be a long wait. I get that. I didnt havenan appointment so cool. She explained that a serv texh would jump it real fast so i could move it.So far so good.So this is where it all takes a terrible turn. I was in the restroom washing my hands from the previous jump.As I exited the shoo and got to the car, the service tech was walking away from the truck with his jump machine. He said that its the starter because the machine didnt get it to start. When i asked what the difference between him using his jump machine and me using another cars battery, the jerk walked away yelling at me if youre just going to argue with me, fine *f it. I was just trying to help you. He left and dis not return.At this point I knew i was dealing with a company who:A: Does not vet their employees well, hires trash who cuses out customersB: Doesnt at all traon employees on how to communicateC: Doesnt train service techs.It turns out that this jerk who thought that my starter was bad was wrong. So was I. It was a key issue.I didnt want to leave my truck in the hands of this clown so i called a tow truck to take it to a dealer.It was the tow truck driver that discovered the issue.Ill never go back. Consequently, I will be making it my mission to spread the gospel of how terrible this place is.

I got here at 8:15am in the morning to have them put on 4 new tires, Which I got from them buy 3 get 1 free great price btw. And of course you need a alignment, so I included a set of front brakes, Why not right since Im here..lol I was in the Bay by 900am..yes I thought to myself I will be out of here by 12 oclock at the latest..3 hours is plenty of time To do front brakes, Which takes about one hour maybe 1hr 1/2 According to the sales Represented A Alignment it which takes 20 minutes tops, According to the sales representative And to put on for new tires And balance them..Another hour and a 1/2 So i around it up to 4 hours was my total time..Not bad right..So maybe someone could tell me why I left at 4:45pm.I got a sorry it took so long..aftef 8 hours I should get more than a Im sorry It took so long.How about a discount on my bill which was $877.21 which was never Offered..My time is very valuable to me..And I will show you how valuable both my time an money is by not returning, If you tell a customer it would be no more than 4 hours, To complete all of the work..A discount should be apply every hour after that, You can call it a inconvenience fee after all you do charge your customers by the hour right..Return some of the hourly money back to the customer..For excessive wait times..
