I went to have a standard mani/pedi as a trial run before getting dip. Making an appointment was easy and I received a friendly greeting at the front desk, but that is where the positive experience ended. The manicure and pedicure were both done with the minimal amount of effort possible. $40 to do less than I do at home means no more visits here for me. They kept punching gels and I did notice those getting gel received full pedicure service and much more care. The woman who performed my services was not friendly and when my Pedicure was finished she lifted the arm on the chair… that was her full communication that we were done.. One day later and toe polish is lifting. Poor service all around.

I’ve never experienced a nail salon as professional as P.A nails. As soon as you walk through the door there’s a customer service representative to greet you and get you started on your service. My nail tech was Tam and he did my nails as I envisioned. I will definitely be back!! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Richard and Anne were very nice and did a great job on my nails. They took very good care of me, and I was very pleased with the work they did!! The place was nice, clean and relaxing with great soothing music! They go above and beyond to make sure you leave there shop happy. They also do a great job following the Co Vid rules and keeping everyone clean and safe. And the receptionist was very nice and booked Appts accordingly. You never have to wait. As soon as I walked in, I could tell the atmosphere of the nail salon was professional. I was very pleased with the way the receptionist answered the phone. I came back for a second time because my first set lasted so long with no lifting. They did my nails exactly how I asked and it’s positive vibes all throughout the salon.

UPDATE!!!! LOST A STAR!!!Third time here, first time walked in got mani pedi, no problem.Second time made an appt, but waited an HOUR!!!Today, Third time, called 10 times to make appt kept getting a message, so I drove over, told to wait, waited 50 minutes. Yes Friday, yes busy, owner stressed out. Clients waiting and getting upset. I had a nice and quick pedi by a nice female nail tech. Wont ever come back on a fri sat or Sunday.On the lookout for a new nail salon I tried PA nails. As a walk in, they were very accommodating very nice and did a good job the place was very clean and I was happy I just wasnt happy with the color I chose not their fault. The second time I went which was the other day I had an appointment and I had to wait a good 40 minutes which I wasnt too happy about but I didnt have anything else to do and it happens so not a big deal. I use Hannah to do my nails and she does a nice job

Made an appointment on a Tuesday only to be called Wednesday asking if I change my appointment time. Saying the guy would be able to do it at that time. First time and last time I coming here. Only to find out he was overbooked I guess.

I got a pedicure done but the nail tech missed a toe nail. I paid for a French and I didn’t like the quality of the pedicurist.... Tommy(the manager) handled the situation immediately.The shop is very clean. I would definitely recommend.

I asked the man to do coffin nails and he continued to give me square nails time. I showed him a picture and and asked why my nails cant be defined like this picture so i tell its coffin nails, i told him i didnt like it. And he told me to go somewhere else, if i am paying for something i deserve to get what i like not what they think.. never again will i give these people my hard working money. This is not the 1st time they have gave me attitude about MY nails that I am paying for

Bill, the replacement they had for Richard is terrible itIt hasn’t even been 2 weeks and 3 my nails are broken.Not once they called to let me know Richard couldn’t show up, I’ve been coming here 4+ years... instead they insisted I get it done with Bill. DONT DO IT! Sloppy job

Chris does my nails perfectly and I will say Im a very picky Cosmetologist. He is very precise and a perfectionist, like I am. I can count on him to get the same result or to give me what I want if its different. He is by far the best I have ever came across! If I was to ever have a nail that the nail polish has chipped; Chris or the salon staff has never gave me a problem to fix the issue. I have been his loyal customer for a year. Thanks Chris!

Let me tell you about this place, I was introduced to PA Nails by a good friend of mines who referred me to Richard. I am absolutely hooked. Everyone their is pleasant and polite. The front desk receptionist is ALWAYS helpful. My nails never break off. Richard does an amazing job. I would highly recommend this spot. SN: understand that everywhere you go you might wait a couple minutes if it’s extremely busy, be patient. I’ve never waited along time because they are up front and honest with you ahead of time letting you know if their is a wait or not. If you have a problem you can always speak to Richard and they will handle it. BEST NAIL PLACE EVER!!

Not a fan. Technician burnt my nail beds when filing down the newly applied acrylic. My nail beds were a reddish purple color in some areas.

Ive been going to the salon for years. Never once have I left unsatisfied. My nails are always beautiful and my pedicures are always on point. Prices are always Fair. I recommend Richard!

My first time going there i usually get regular polished because i usually get my nails done every two weeks. one of the workers convinced me to get gel nail polished so i gave him permission to do the gel because he told me all the benefits. he told me that the gel don’t chip or crack but the next day it chipped badly on two of my nails. I went at 7:00 because i don’t really have time to get there because i work and i’m at school. I tried to get my nails repainted only two nails. One of the workers told me they’re close. Mind you the worker convinced me that it’s a quick and easy process all i had to do was place my nails in a light and i’m done. The worker told me to go home and kept saying over and over that they’re closed 30 minutes till.... He told me that it was no one able to fix my nails because everyone was occupied which is understandable but he spoke to me like i didn’t spend 60.00 in his shop a couple days ago yelling GO HOME!! and he didn’t even try to see if anyone was finishing up another customers nails i’m never coming back there again they don’t know how to do gel nails they’re just trying to get a quick buck.

Only thing I liked is that my feet was smooth. But i have now have infections on my toes from the tools being dirty or something. This happened twice. The first time i had to have the corner of my nail removed professional. now its happening againIm going to stay with LS nails & spa. They do everything properly. & clean.

Best In Pompano. They always do a great job on nails and waxing services. Experienced staff and a very nice staff. The manager must be a great manager because the salon is ran perfectly every time I come. I no moved closer to Fort Lauderdale but I still come to Pompano just for this nail salon.

I went here for the first time today, as my regular nail salon was closed. First thing I noticed is that the chairs in the waiting area are old and nasty. I got a pedicure done first, which went fine, but THEN I got my nails done. That’s when something I could NOT make up happened... the lady doing my nails SERIOUSLY put her BARE FEET on me to communicate to me that she was cold 😑 she also finished up this lovely experience by cutting my finger. The finished product was fine and the prices are good, which is the only thing that prevented this from being a one star review. For me personally, however, I would much rather pay a bit more NOT to have someone put their FEET on me. Maybe that’s just me tho 🤷🏼‍♀️EDIT: I got dip nails and they began to chip off after only a couple of days. 😑

They give pretty good service and quality of work is also pretty good. The only thing Im not crazy about is the fact that they all speak in their native language(which is not English) to each other. You dont know what or who is being talked about . I find that to be a little unprofessional. They also are still using the cheese grater on your feet which is it illegal in the state of Florida and they get an attitude when you ask them not to.

Sam Is excellent, however every time I have came here for my appointment I have had to wait 30 plus minutes. Why schedule an appointment if your going let another client walk in and get service ten minutes before a customer appointment time. So unprofessional and will not be returning.

It was like a factory! Very crowded. The manicurist was not that good at speaking English. She really hurt my cuticles!

This is ridiculous! All they did was rush me, my toes were barely dried when I walked out! This was definitely by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to, way overpriced and messy, didn’t even listen to the way I wanted it, This was a total waste of $22, I will definitely not be returning!

I hated this place! It was my first time going and had a horrible experience. My sister did a gel manicure and it chipped after not even a full 24hrs of getting them done and there was spaces that had no polish. I did a full gel acrylic. a i showed them the picture i wanted and they said it could be done for $50. then they changed the price and said it would be $80 and then told me they wouldn’t be able to do it. I wanted stiletto shaped nails and walked out with eggplant shaped nails. It was the worst experience ever and i will never be returning ever. If i could i would give it negative 10 stars.

Average customer service but excellent work

This was truly the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I got my acrylics removed. They made me sit for 45 min. With my hands soaking in pure nail polish remover solution. Meanwhile they talk about everyone in another language in their face. My nails literally look terrible and the women who removed my acrylic nails didn’t seem to know anything about removing them. They used the drill on me and both nail tehhnicians made my skin bleed! I left with some of the acrylic nail stil on because I was so pissed.

Henry did a great job on my luxe pedicure. Im definitely coming back to him. My feet feel relaxed & look flawless. He took his time to clean my nails & scrub my feet properly. I have been to many nail salons in pompano and was never happy. Iwent to this nail salon and they did an excellent job. I dont know about anyone else but I like to get in and get out. So this nail salon works for me.

The colors are nice but my nail was peeling the first night they fixed it the next day but I’m convinced that’s not real gel polish because it peels very fast I didn’t even ask for gel don’t let anyone practice on your nails .

I just left. I went in for a fix. I got my nails done less then a week ago. Coffin nails. And yesterday one snapped in half. I go in and this guy took two minutes to take it off and finish. My nail is rectangle. Itsrey noticeable thay he didnt do the shape. He painted them horribly. And the whole ti93rdme he would stop to use his phone. Smfh m
