The male who did my nails cut the sides of my toe which became sensitive and broke off 3 days later. I paid for gel and it started peeling 2 days later . To put the cherry on top the eyebrow lady burned my eyebrows and put oil on it to try and hide it. This is ridiculous!

Everything was great. But the picture on the left is what I got. Picture on the right is what I wanted. The lines aren’t straight and centered & theyre wideeeee like hotdogs. Will be going in tomorrow for it to be fixed. My hands & nails look like the practice mannequin.

Bump everything else. MY NAILS ARE ON POINT. And the man who did them did it quick too.

This place is just a no I came in since they open to get a pedicure and a nail fix the pedicure was quick and good but however it took them over 2 to 3 hours just to do a nails fix I was honestly in shocked I was super kind but no they want to Treat me bad for no reason just for a nail fix. This place needs better management and actually needs to do better I was so In shocked I didn’t even want to pay for the pedicure it was ridiculous. They took another people before me when I was waiting for them since they open I didn’t complain but this place needs to step it up.horrible customer service and management.

I went this morning the day before Thanksgiving it was packed waited along time as expected the ladies in there kept everyone entertain. Vee is the best doing eyebrow wax,tint and lashes. It was worth the wait. I would recommend. Love this shop.

If you want a full pedicure do not come here!!! Pedicure prices as well as acrylic on your toes do not include cuticle clean up so don’t waste your time or money!!!!

So today I had an appointment with my usual nail tech Mimi like I always do call and scheduled only to get there on time and was told oh Mimi leave very unprofessional service to anyone no worries at all because I have other options funny how u can be treated when spending your money but I am one sister that will take my hard earned money else where!!! Don’t look for Tammy once y’all income tax costumers stop coming once they run out of funds👌🤣

I went in at 3:19 pm on a Sunday at Star nails and showed tony the images of how I want my nails he said ok . They did not have the color that’ I asked for which was a dark brown nude he used instead a pink nude with out informing me . I asked to walk out side to google another image that they may have the color for . That’s another thing there cellular service is so bad inside. I walked back in and showed The Haitian lady that greets customers when coming in another image of a set of nails that I would like apparently you have to be scheduled with a nail tech in order to have any designs done which I was unaware of . She then says “we close at 4 sooo “and “the nails tech are tired” .Which the website says they close at 5 on Sunday. I drove all the way from boca just to be asked to book an appointment from a company I thought was good . And tony didn’t even want to take off the nail he applied on my hands so I left and Lucky happy nails was down the street.

I got my nails done by Lee and omg he snapped. His personality was A1 and my nails came out beautiful 😭😍. Because of him I’m coming in back for a fill in for sure. I’ve also gotten mink eyelashes put on, my eyebrows waxed, and a gel pedicure and I loved them. I literally would try other walk in nail salons in the pompano area but they could never compare in those departments. I added my photos to the photo part so you guys can see. I normally dont do reviews. However, this is needed. IM BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY LAST EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. The place is clean. They do good brows and lashes. Raymond does good nails. I called and spoke directly with him and scheduled my now third appt with him for when they open at 11 on Sunday. I thought I found my new nail home. I get there on time and someone else is in his chair. He hadnt even started her nails. He ask can he help me. I said yes I have an appt with you. He says oh and was just looking lost. He could have very well forgot. However, he didnt even apologize for the mixup if thats even what it was. He proceeded with the lady whose nails he hadnt even started. Since I was also scheduled for a pedi a lady staff member set me up and I went ahead and got that. I really wanted to just leave because I was totally turned off, but didnt have time to go looking for another nail shop at this point. After he finished the lady nails he went to another lady 2 chairs from my pedi chair and was doing something to her nails when he shouldve been doing mine. I was there first for an appt. After my pedi, he was doing my nails at his table and stopped twice while doing my nails and went over to do something on the lady nails that was still in the pedi chair. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer at a nail shop. All the time I was there I never received an apology and the customer service went from bad to worst. That really turned me off and I will not return. PLEASE WRITE DOWN THE APPTS AND WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Ive been going here for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, I used to sit in the front while I waited for my mom to finish getting her eyebrows done. As I got older, I started getting pedicures and my eyebrows waxed and Ive never had a bad experience there. The staff is so friendly and theyre almost like a second family to me.

I got my nails done May 26,2020 and it’s July 4,2020 and my nails are still on, I called asked what type of glue did they use because I soaked my nails in acetone and they’re not budging. I asked to speak to a manager and he said I don’t know what I’m doing and that I don’t know how to soak my nails ; I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 Nd I’m 23 now. What bothers me is that he still won’t tell me what glue it was or how we can fix the problem and my nails are still on with no lifting :/ I can’t even get a refill even if I wanted too because of the nails that are on.

I can said she did an excellent job cleaning and doing the pedicure an manicure, didnt like about the hygiene on the tools, she used the same she did my pedicure for my manicure, clients should feel confident on going in a place and see there is hygiene, overall everything good. They just need to fix that. Like to have my nails done nicely but also feel safe!

Came for the first time today honestly shocked at how blatantly bad service was I had a male tech and I showed him how my nails were mishapen and I just wanted a quick file he proceeded to tell me my fingers were uneven and that is why my nails were crooked I have never had any issue with techs saying this I didnt want them to be perfect they just looked like they were tilted and I wanted a file down I guess you get what you pay for. Ladies were nice but never coming back again.

I had to ask for disinfectant tablet to be added to my foot bath. This should be routine sanitation practice. I was just given plain water until I asked and when I did ask, my tech spoke no English. Another tech had to intervene. Non English speaking persons should not be providing this type of procedure in which proper sanitation in crucial. I wonder if this was a licensed technician as required by the State of Florida. Many people performing pedicures in Florida are not licensed and these salons need frequent inspection.

Fee does an amazing job waxing eyebrows! She truly is an artist.

Been going here for a few months. Started off good then the last 2 times horrible. Gel peels off after 1 week, and nails break. Last time my nails was left lumpy. 1 person doing nails and 5 people for pedicure so u wait 2 hours to get your nails done...never going here again.

In town from Denver, loved that they could get me in day off. Very kind and quick getting my daughter and my nails done fir my birthday dinner :)

Horrible experience here. They do only good pedicures. They are NOT sanitary. My reaal nails turned green. Always want a tip. But cannot lay acrylic properly and they don’t care about their customers. All they care for is money.

I am very disappointed in this place I will not be returning back  me and a friend came in just to get a pedicure but my feet dont feel or look any different besides adding nail polishes my friend started getting her toes done before me I sat down like 5 mins after and finished before her the young lady was rushing to do my toes and was very rough I couldnt even enjoy getting my toes done like I dont really care what they look like afterward but I at least want to make sure they feel good thats the whole point you guys need to slow it down and stop rushing and I would like a refund because it was not worth it at all

I’ve been going here since 2009 and I’ve never been disappointed. The establishment is always clean, well-ventilated, air conditioned and the wait has never been long. I have been to two different nail shops across the way which are always packed but I don’t think they’re as organized. I get in and I get out here. They take they’re time to provide me with the services I ask for in a timely-fashion and I’m always satisfied. I also appreciate the atmosphere. I’m not a fan of loud, ignorant customers and this location is convenient, accessible, well-lit, has great parking, reasonable prices and it’s not overcrowded. I will always be a customer. The staff are welcoming, they always turn the massage chair on for me, adjust my chair and assist me out of the chair so I don’t ruin my polish. In a sense they wait on me hand and foot (no pun intended). No matter where else I go for specialties I always come back to Happy Nails for their overall 5-star service. They only thing that’s missing from this experience is tea (all smiles).
