It was my second time there and what I great services I got there. Lindete who does was and facial is amazing. She does wax and I didn’t get hurt at all... I feel so clean... also she recommended Zana to do my eyebrows, I loved it... all crew are Brazilian so if you go there, please be patient because most of their customers are Brazilian too... Any suggestions or complain talk directly with Ana, the owner, she is amazing.

I was running late for an appointment and stopped in quickly for a wax as it was on my way. They accommodated me quickly as a walk-in and were very friendly. The technique that they used for a lip wax was less torturous than what I’m used to as they used a roll on wax and peel rather than paper or cloth strips. She took her time to ensure a good job and even gave me a few skin care tips afterward. She only spoke Portuguese, however, another staff member stayed in the room for translation purposes and they were both very nice. The salon was nice and clean. Will definitely be going back for future services.

I am from out of town, and stopped here to have my nails done. I wanted dip powder. I left. Not only did it take over 30 minutes for the lady to find nail tips that were the correct size for my fingers, there were air bubbles in the glue on 8 of 10 fingers. We didnt even get far enough to do the dip powder, I told her to soak off the tips. They didnt charge me for what they did, thankfully. But it was a wasted trip. The lady that took over and soaked off my nails was really nice though. I was just not happy at all with the quality. If I had let them continue I would have paid $35 for nails that would have lifted in just a few days. The ladies are very nice, but Im glad I spoke up and left.

When I first visited this place a couple of years ago, I wasnt impressed at all. But now that its under a new management, I gave it a shot and boy, was I surprised? They not only hired some of the best manicures in town, but are also offering great facial treatment services. They also hired a superb makeup artist! I was so happy with the results that I decided to revamp both my professional and social profile photos to show off that amazing look for my 70yo b-day! I highly recommend the services of The Esmalteria crew.

I was exited to come to this place since I read a few reviews, and the pictures looked great. I came with my mother and oh boy! What a disappointment.Unfortunately, they only speak Portuguese so it was really hard to communicate. No one could translate not even the receptionist. I ended up filing my nails because my tech could not do a square nail. I was expecting soo much more from a 40 regular manicure and pedicure. I will definitely not come back or recommend this place. This is a waste of money you can probably do a better job.

I made an appointment online with one of the nail technicians who had availability during my lunch break. When I arrived for my appointment, on time, I was told the nail technician I scheduled the appointment with was not there. I was told to have a seat and wait.After waiting 10 minutes and not being addressed, I asked about the status of my appointment. Being that the receptionist could not speak much English (apparently everyone there only spoke Portuguese), she was not able to explain anything to me. She proceeded to call someone on a cell phone who spoke English and gave me the phone. The woman on the phone explained that my pedi would begin soon when one of the nail technicians finished with a client and also that the woman on the phone was on her way to do my mani. I advised her that I was on a schedule and if someone couldnt see me within the next 10 minutes, I would have to leave. I waited an additional 15 minutes. None of the nail technicians started on my pedi and the woman on the phone didnt show up. At that point, I had to leave.This experience was extremely disappointing. Based on the reviews, the photos, and the website, it seemed to be a clean and professional business. The main reason I chose this nail salon over others in the area was because I was able to schedule an appointment online and seemingly stick to a schedule. What is the point of having the ability to book online if youre not going to keep up with it or assure its accuracy? It was a complete waste of my time and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would like to leave my memento, I made my nails with Helena, I was very disappointed. I searched the enamel because I believed I would have excellent professionals, after all I paid for That. She did very badly done. I do not go back anymore.Nem The fingernails she took. Im disappointed, because Ill have to do it again. I do not go back anymore.

I had my manicure last week. Friendly staff and clean place, a little overpriced but the girl was very careful with my nails. I would recommend.

I absolutely recommend this place, They have extremely good prices, I drive from Hallandale Beach that is 40 min away a least just to get a pedicure with Luciana or Janaina + the new owner is a sweet heart
