Great service, great price! They where quick and efficient, without being rude! I went with a friend ( both female) and was a little scared that I would get taken advantage of, you hear the stories! I was sent to Grease Monkey to get a company vehicle serviced. Everyone was kind and the wait was short once the vehicle was prepped for service. Lines are long in the morning, but worth the wait. Prices are affordable.

Was shown a dirty air filter told it came off my car I drove down the street to replace it at the auto parts store cost me $17 and they wanted 29 only to come to find out that the air filter they showed me wasnt even the one off my car and the one off my card didnt need replaced so I wasted my money. Thats whats known as a bait and switch illegal in some places.

The only oil change service I use. Ive been taken by their competitors, its what brought me here. These people take care of their customers and it shows. Come early for faster service, they get busy.

Oil change for a Chevy Malibu cost $60 due to specialty oil and filter. Didnt think there was anything special about 5w-30 and a $6 filter. Went there cause many reviews stated they were a $20-$30 oil change and was charged double that

Great service, nice employees, and a honest business. Always willing to explain things, they dont try to get over on you. And they vacuum and wipe down your interior during oil changes. They also check other things on your car besides just the oil. 10/10 recommend this location.

My wife’s car needed a bulb replaced on her car that I could not reach without spending a bunch of my time as well as borrowing a floor jack. The guys a Grease Monkey got her car right in and we’re able to replace the bulb without removing the wheel. They did an awesome job at a great price and very fast. I’ll definitely be going back for all my oil changes when they are due. Thanks to the crew at Grease Monkey!

Also got in and out quickEdit: once I got back into my car I noticed they cleaned my windows and sprayed freshener. As a smoker it was very nice of them

Dangerous! If you do not understand oil change process then you will love this place otherwise you will hate them like me! My car takes 0W-20, their oil label says 10W-30, I told them I need 0W-20 but they were like their sticker is old and wrong but they are putting right oil, hope they are right. Not positive if my oil filter was changed and after I was done, I decided to check my oil dip stick when I got home and they put way more than recommended. I drained 1 qt oil (see pic) and then It reached between the dots (80%) on dipstick, that means they put about 5.1 qt oil when I needed 4.2. I was charged extra money when I used gift card to that clearly says 1 service but they were ready to argue that my car uses synthetic oil that this gift card doesnt include. Extremely unprofessional, pathetic service and still not sure how people give this place good rating. As per council bluffs store, my oil change cost was $54, I then called Omaha store and they said $71 for same oil change, that also explain their professionalism on how prices can be different. No one was wearning mask in this pandemic and they never did all 16 point inspection but still mentioned on my receipt that due to Covid19, no vaccum inside. Many other things werent done and I know it because I do all myself so totally fraud place. Im filling complaint to their head office on the same, still not sure how people like this place so much. If anyone do not care about the cost they charge and the quality of work, then I can see why people like this place. Beware from places like this!!!Update:- Next day I decided to change oil myself because I hate to rely on unprofessional people like Grease Money. Oil filter should be hand tight but I couldnt even remove using filter removal tool, extremely dangerous. After struggling for 15 min, I finally got it out and here it is their cheap filter. See photos showing Bosch recommended filter for my car along with their filter. Also oil was extremely dirty that I put in milk bottle, see the pictures. That milk bottle is in addition to what I drained yesterday, so that together was what was originally Grease Monkey fillied. Now I doubt if they even filled fresh oil, hope people can understand the quality of work and stay away from this place. I will be adding all evidence to support my case to their HQ. Now help me understand how people love to pay them $50+ for crapy oil change (non-fresh oil) and still give them good rating? Because PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND OIL Change process.I also thought about filling complaint on BBB that many people arent aware about and here is what I found: This organization is not BBB accredited. Auto Lube in Council Bluffs, IA, so that help me understand their crapy service. At this point I would never go back for oil change to this place even for a free service!

This is the only place to get you cars oil service done. Brad and his staff are friendly and fast. They have never pushed you to purchase items that you dont need. I have been a loyal customer since 1994. And now so are both of my youngest boys with their vehicles.

Took my car in for an oil change and replaced my led headlights and told the guy to save the box and bulbs. No they threw away the box and bulbs and still not working. I am out 120 bucks

Just left grease monkey a little bit ago and needed my coolant resevoir replaced. Did it extremely fast and went out of their calling parts stores trying to find it and then also picked it up for me. The process didn’t take long so decided not to charge labor. I was blown away with the service and not only that, I was walked through the process of what was fixed and was educated on what happened. I always judge a business on its service and this was top notch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Check in was smooth, quick, and the machanics were very attentive. I went in for a oil change and to check my brakes. No complaints. I got my fluids replaced and windows cleaned, that was included. My price?-41.99! Brake check was free. You get a full service for the battery(free), everything is checked and I need to go back to change the air filter( I never knew that).

Amazing service! We lucked out stopping here on our road trip from Los Angeles to Minneapolis. Apparently the previous owner of our car is a true Californian and decided wiper fluid could be water. They got us in right away and thawed the reservoir and fixed us up. They were also so kind and helpful. We were back in the road fast. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place!

A good price and a great job! Got my oil changed at Council Bluffs IA store they got me in and out super nice and smooth. So a few weeks later found out they did breaks as well. So i went in to get breaks done. They said they couldnt do it without an appointment (i get that). So we agreed on friday (2days later) at 830am. I explained friday i had a drs appointment at 1pm. They said i would be 1st in if i got there at 830. I wad there at 815. When they informed me they didnt have time to do my breaks. I stood there dumbfounded for a second. And said but u told me to be here at todat at 830. He said i know... But just dont have time. Then had the nerve to ask if i wanted to make an appointment for another day. I chuckled (out of anger) and so nope ill go somewhere else. Sad way to do business in my opinion. Very disappointed.
