First experience, first impression was the place is dirty and I waited like an hr w my hands in the bowl of acetone they were busy I don’t blame them but I was uncomfortable… the second impression is when I met a lady named Sam she was very nice and polite and did my nails they turned out really nice, which is why I gave 5 stars she did a really good job the only con I wanted something from a picture and she couldn’t do it but I’d say this result is pretty damn close

Clearly from the photos my nails are way past due for a refill but I’ve had these sets on for about 3 weeks now . The girl that does my nails is named Vivian ONLY ONE I LET TOUCH THEM!! But she does great every time she also does my eyebrows !

I have been coming here for years. Sadly as time goes the professionalism is trash. The owner Kim very rude and speaks to people any kind of way . There is no system of work for time sake. Be ready to spend hours waiting for a simple service it’s as if they are doing your a favor and not a paid service. Got to do better with treating the people that keep your business running

Ive been a customer of Kay for 11 years. Today I had appr for 3pm. Got there at 245 she tells me it was 1pm not 3. Tired of the bullshot I will never go back. She just lost a long time customer.

I had an appointment at 5pm, arrived at 4:58. I was told she did not make appointments, I stated it was her who I spoke to. She didnt acknowledge or deny it was her. The she is the manager/receptionist, she is horrible. Nor do they practice CDC guidelines, horrible service

First timer, went on a recommendation from my sister in law. The place is small and a bit crowded. I went because I had gotten acrylic nails the day before (first time) and hated them. They where big and chunky and my cuticles where murdered. I was welcomed and even though they where busy, fit me in for a removal and NexGen. I am so in love with my nails and so happy I didnt have to deal with the first set anymore. The place is very busy but Its well worth it, be ready to wait. Ill definitely come back and maybe even try acrylics one more time but with this salon only. Very happy 🥳

I called the day before to make an appointment for daughter and I and I forgot to ask for someone specific which was Ms. Lia i called back the second time and she hung up the phone. Once we got there she screamed at us and told us to go because we wanted to do our pedicure with another lady No Ms.Lia. When we didnt want and asked to wait for Ms Lia she was extremely rude and stated you can go. She should not be running a place.

Horrible to begin with the owner.. (I’m assuming) treated my mom and I horrible. We had an appointment at 2 p.m and my mom wanted with someone specifically and we told her twice we wanted her to do our pedicures with her. She told us to sit down and wait in the chairs but she sent someone else to do my toe-nails. We then told her no we wanted Lía (I think was her name) she told us we had told her something differently when we got there and then screamed at my mom and told us to GO screaming at her. So unprofessional, unethical, rude.. I can go on and on. She should not be a managing a nail salon and let alone have clients. Unfortunately because of that we could not do our nails with Ms.Lia... but she should not be running a business with that kind of attitude. There’s so many salons 10x better that know how to treat a CUSTOMER..

Getting to know the crew has made the experience so much more enjoyable and great They keep up with all the latest in nail trends, great eyebrow services and relaxing pedicures. They know my likes and dislikes and always go above and beyond to please me.

HORRIBLE!! I was just there the women with reading glasses should be FIRED!! She has no manners, talked to me horrible in front of everyone!!! And if she is the owner she needs to be kicked out!! Rude as heck!! Rushing through customers because she has little time. Inspections should be there to make sure that women is using clean equipment, such rush that she kicks you out!

First off Id like to say I have been coming here for the last 19 years. The staff is friendly and funny. Its easy to find a nail salon but I would prefer talent as well. My personal go to nail guy would be Lee and of course he is available upon request and you can call and schedule an appointment for your convenience. They are a very busy salon which sometimes comes with a wait but whenever I see people leave they say it was worth the wait.

I love Kay at the front desk. She is always smiling and laughing. My nails are amazing when she is done with them. Always puts beautiful designs on them as well. They last very long. All the girls & guys there are so friendly. Been going there a long time and never once had a problem. Thank you all for being so kind!

Ive been getting my nails done here for over 15 years. The service is awesome. My favorite nail tech in van. Shes does the best pedicures and she keeps my eyebrows looking awesome.

I used to always go here, moved away and came back.... lets just say I wont let anyone else do my nails!! Each time I go I am greeted with love and there may be a wait but its ever so worth it! My nail tech is so creative, I tell her what colors n let her do her thing, never have I been disappointed.

K (nail tech) is the first person you see to your left when you walk in and she is just full of smiles and good energy! She does an amazing job and i love the way she cares for you like family and shes always willing to try new things!! Definitely worth it!!!

I couldnt be more impressed with the service I got at Angel Nails. I wish I knew the name of the technician that did my manicure and pedicure, but she took her time on me even though the place was extremely busy. All of the instruments she used were pulled out of sterilized pouches. The place wasnt necessarily clean, but everything she used on me was. I will 100% return again and recommend this place to others. My nails and toes look perfect!! Thank you!

This is a horrible place to go. I got there at 11:45 am and she kept taking people who came after me who did not have any appointments. I then asked her a question if it is on a first come first served basis, she went off and said that this is her business and she operates it the way she wants and if I didnt like it to get out. I was referred to this place as a first time customer and this is the way I was treated.. while I was there, she was also rude to a black old man who wanted a manicure. Why do we still allow people to disrespect us and still bring our hard earned money to them. She feels that she has too many customers. Therefore, customers do not deserve to be treated with respect. We should boycott this place for a week and see how she is going to pay her bills.

Peter does my nails and in the past Ive always had a problem w/lifting. Since going to Peter Ive never had any issues. He always makes time to get my appts when I need them and everyone there is sweet and funny! Its not the best looking salon but he does such great work that I can overlook the area. The manager/owner is very rude. They speak Vietnamese and have no respect for clients. They should open a salon in Vietnam and get the hell out of the USA. They think people owe them when in reality I have not ever seen one Vietnamese client there paying for their services. So if you Don’t want your business to go down get with the program there are many salons such as Bleu Nails and LS Nails where they treat you right. And you may be asking why I’m here? Hi everyone I went to get pedicure and manicure on New Year’s Eve it was normal day not so .busy.Well I been coming to get service on the regular daysI never had any problem but, it happened to be in the holiday that one of the lady gave me service she was little rude . I know pretty much all the workers there I think this lady is new I never seen her there beforeWhen she got to my cuticles was very ruff I asked her to stop digging to much she didn’t listen . Ever since Tommy left this Nail Salon has gone down the drain!! The New owner Kay is BEYOND RUDE to customers. Why pay Good Money to get treated poorly?! My first experience was great. My gel nails (manicure) were done amazingly by a lady with red hair. Two weeks later, I went to get a mani and pedi, and the owner was my technician and started on my nails. The owner is quite bossy and did a horrible job on my nails. I felt that I had no say in what I wanted. They were over filed, and the gel was applied extremely messy and skimpy. The primer/basecoat leaked all around my cuticles and hardened, the gel was applied so thin, my nails were sharp at the tips and rough on the sides, filed them crooked, the color and everything was a complete mess. My pedicure, was also done in a rush, the clear shiny coat was applied sloppy and Im disappointed in their service. I went to the nail salon by my house and had my fingers redone. I will never return to Angel Nails again, the place is definitely a mess. Definitely find a good nail tech, and dont change it. Stick to the same person.

I walked in there with my sister at 2:15 pm and the woman at the front table told us to come back tomorrow because they are full. She didnt even look up at us the first time she said it. You dont turn away, but dont worry about it because we WONT be back.

I came here for over a year and a half but I never will again. They told me they couldn’t make me an appointment for later in the evening so I said okay any other time is fine (this was at 12pm btw) just let me know. They said “no” and just hung up. You’re not that busy for seven hours straight, just put me on the waiting list and I could be there in 15 minutes. Also they don’t do the gel all the way to the edge of your nail so after three days you already need a fill. Go to LUXE NAILS IN POMPANO BY ZONA FRESCO it is so much better.

This place is horrible. I had to stop going here for so many reasons. I gave them a chance after chance. My nails always came off or listed up almost three days later after getting them done. The chick that sits at the first table next to her baby daddy. Would get mad when my hand tense up and would twist my wrist hard enough for it to hurt. I would tell her I have really bad carpal tunnel and my hand will freeze up if it stay in one position to long. She didnt care. Then they would get mad when I ask if this is gel powder why did the woman before me get regular acrylic and u USE the same little jar for me when I ask for gel powder. AND charge 25 for fill in on it. They get mad. Then the pedicure part I use to really love. Til I noticing inconsistent charging. I thought it was $22 for it. But its $20 the lady I always went to would charge card $22 every time. Went to someone else one day and she say bunny no it $20 dollar. Waited one day for the next tech. She called to the table and leaves me there for a good 45 minutes. Im like where the hell is the lady. And Kim or whatever her name is(manager) say on she take her lunch. Why Even call me to the table IG u not ready to do my nails. Worse place ever. They use really cheap products. You will need a fill in in less than a week Cuz the nail would come off, lift up. The place I go to now my nails last a month before I need a fill in.

Lack of skills and professionalism. Just had what seemed like the owner do my acrylic fills, and was too worried about walk-ins and delegating everyone else, that she seemed extremely pre-occupied and now my nails are suffering! I have lifting the day after and the edges of my nails are missing paint. Hire a salon manager! The french paint she did was atrocious as well. You also notice she and fellow employess are speaking negatively about you or other customers, seems like for no reason other than boredom. Constantly staring at you after speaking in their native tongue. Such a bad vibe. Would NOT reccomend. But if you must, Steven is great at fills for acrylics and painting nail polish.

I have been going here for 15 years. Cleanliness can improve however there work speaks for themselves.

These people are dirty and nasty. Had a pedicure dont there for the first time, and i got cut, and a had a small infection. They dont wash their tools after use, nor do they wash the foot tub. I witness this after i got my pedicure done I will never ever go back to them again. I cant believe these people are still opens

This place is very racist against black people. I walked in this morning and I stated in want a fullset and pedi and when several other whites walled in the lady at the front desk took them before me and told them to sit down and have a set. The owner is very rude I walked out and going to file a compliant to the Better Business Bureau. Someone needs to close this place down or change management. Blacks stay far away from this mail salon as Ive heard of many simaliar complaints.

Ive been here a handful of times thinking each time theyll prove me wrong. Today was the icing on the cake and I wouldnt reccomend anybody with kids to go there. Upon walking in i told whoever the lady was what I wanted done and she told me bc I had my daughter they cant do my nails.lets not forget about the fungus I got from them. Ill stick to driving an hour or more to get my nails done. Would never reccomend them to anybody. Terrible customer service and dirty.

The worst salon in Pompano Beach. All the Vietnamese there should go back to Vietnam. They treat customer very bad, insult them and tell them they dont care cause they keep getting clients. They treated my 80 year old mother very bad and I am pressing charges against them for bad business practice and reporting them to the BBB. places like these should be shut down and not allowed to conduct business.
