What an incredible salon! The artists are friendly and perfectionists. Both my daughter and I had our nails and toes done, both were perfect. There’s nothing to complain about in the slightest, any imperfections were caught by the tech before I even had a chance to notice.They earned every star and then some!!

Moon and Denise are awesome (being a Denise myself) before they even did my service they made me feel so welcome. Cant wait to become a regular. Awesome service!

I got my nails done here a couple weeks ago, went back for a full and that was the worse decision ever. Upon arriving I asked can the young lady who did my nails prior do my fill as (she did a great job. The lady at the desk advised me she couldn’t cause she was busy I told her fine I can wait that’s not a problem. Then she comes back an state she won’t be able to see me at all so I said okay what about a pedicure the lady then stated I would have to wait 30 minutes only because I wouldn’t allow anyone else to do my fill. So I then agreed to get my fill. I had a mail missing so they replaced it I advised the guy hey my nails were not even he said oh I’ll fix it tried, tried, tried failed couldn’t do anything snout it. At this point I’m frustrated an I showed the lady how uneven my nails were she didn’t even care or bothered to assist with fixing it she just told me my price and didn’t ask no other question. She did not care how it looked all she cared was making sure I paid. I will never ever recommend this place or go back terrible!!!!!

Fell in love with Velvet Rose after one visit! Professional, clean, fast and ALWAYS ON POINT 😍 Highly recommend ! They offer wine, what more could you ask for.

I have been going here for more than a year and I will continue coming here!!! They are so friendly and welcoming. My nails always last 3+ weeks. No breaks or splits. I have been to a couple nail places in Springs and Coconut Creek and Velvet Rose is the place to go. I usually get the Dip powder. I alternate between acrylic gel as well. Never a disappointment. My only regret is not posting a review sooner.

I felt the nails looked too short I wanted them to appear more natural on thumbs part on side you able to see my own nail not good I wish they were more thinner when I look at them 👀 to fake my first and last time 😩

They really did a very nice job. They took their time to take care of your nails and treat you as if you are just another dollar get them in and right back out looking for the next dollar.

Amazing experience. I had the gentleman do my full set. He listened to everything I wanted and delivered. Then, I had the pleasure to have one of the women do my pedi and it was so relaxing. Will be coming back! 💕

I was told by the technician that my services were $25.00. When I got my statement the amount I was charges was $45.00! He asked me if I wanted a receipt and I stupidly said “no”. Be very careful with your payment at this salon and ALWAYS take your receipt.

I have been going here for years now. Denise is my girl and she makes me laugh every time I’m there. She knows me and knows how I like my nails without having to even ask me. She constantly has a smile on her face and always has jokes. She does an incredible job on my nails and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Every day I come in, before my butt hits the chair she’s asking if I want a bottle of water. A+ quality customer service here. You will not regret coming!!

Velvet Rose Nails always gives me and my nieces the best nail care ever... I would refer them out to everyone who needs there nails done, they are always aiming to please their clients and are 200% on satisfaction... I personally am OCD when it comes to my nails being perfect, clean all the way around without the excess polish around the finger nails and honestly their superb service is always great... so ladies go for it....

Ive been coming here for 2 years now. In my opinion, its the best nail salon in my area. They are very attentive to their clientele. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Most importantly, they are very clean and follow all sanitary requirements.Although they take walk-ins, because of their loyal clients, making an appointment is suggested.

I like this salon. I’ve been searching for one in the area for a while and all have fallen short. Sadly, I have to keep looking and as much as I like velvet rose, I prefer being straightforward and getting straightforward. Before my first visit I called to find out the fill price and was told $15. That was for my mom. I opted for the more expensive pedicure and was pleased. No problem. The next time my mom went they added 3$ for drilling down a little. It isn’t even about the 3$ for me. Had I called and been told 18 from the get then it wouldn’t even be a thing. Customers want transparency. They told her it was a first time customer thing even but after the fact. It isn’t right. As much as I like this salon, I won’t return but they will be fine I’m sure as they seem popular in reviews and have to make appts to get in. Congrats you gained $3 extra dollars but lost the hundreds my mother and I would have spent there.

Been there a few times, it’s a wonderful atmosphere where I can laugh and talk to all the employees. Best technician I’ve ever had is Tom, ASK FOR HIM! He will do you good.

Horrible service. I had an appointment at 2:30 and didnt start getting worked on till 3:30. The male technician does a horrible job. Paid $27 for an uneven crappy looking manicure. None of my nails match. Theres cuts in my fingers because he doesnt know how to use the equipment. The guy was rude, when he messed up my nail with his hand twice, he would noticeably shake his head at me like it was my fault. When I complained, the manager offered me to fix my nails with the same guy, whos obviously not trained well, obviously I said no. She offered me to come back the next day, which I replied that they should be done correct the first time and I dont have another 3 hours to sit on the nail salon. I got my nails done for my birthday and really just wanted them to look cute. She offered me a $5 coupon but I dont want to spend another second of my time in this salon. Will not be coming back ever again. Manager was rude laughing and smiling in my face, at that point I just walked out.

I came here in November. I was in the area and needed my nails done for a wedding. They did not know how to do dip nails properly. I went to this wedding with my nails looking terribly embarrassing. Zero stars if possible.

Avoid coming to this place. The staff is completely unprofessional. My friend came here to get her nails done for her birthday and her acrylics were so uneven in length and width. After we expressed our dissatisfaction with the MANAGER she continued to laugh and smile about how the ONLY thing she can do is offer a $5 discount for a future appointment which by the way, take 2 hours for completion. 1 hour in waiting and 1 hour for a crappy job to be done for your nails. We dont complain unless its legitimately a bad job. Generally leave nail salons happy, but this manager really doesnt know how to 1) run a business by Maintaining happy customers 2) train their staff efficiently in their ONLY job.Also be aware your fingers will have cuts on them and uneven nails when you leave here in 2+ hours.

I just moved here from MD. Unfimilar with the area, I figured I would try Velvet Rose Nail Spa since it was close to home.Upon my first time entering, I see a nail tech standing right in front of the business smoking. I think to myself gross, please dont let this be my nail tech... of course it was. Already uneasy before even entering the building, I walk in for my 10 am appointment and I am being rushed immediatley. First, I am rushed to pick out a color. Second, my nail tech did not give me any options such as using gel or if I would like my nails painted full, half, etc. Third, it was as if I didnt make an appointment because I started with one nail tech and ended with another. The worst part of it all is both of the techs failed to do a decent job. I left with many crooked acrylic nails.This place was a complete disappointment. As a first time customer, you should want your clients coming back for more. Unfortunately you failed to do that. I have taken my business elsewhere and I am treated as I client rather than just another number walking through the doors.
