Completely thinned out my kid’s long hair. Worst hair salon in Florida (her words)

They are very safety / health conscious: take temps of everyone & require masks of everyone. Linda is my nail lady & even gives you your own files etc to bring each visit.

My wife had her hair done with Beryl. Her grays werent all covered and her set was awful. I told my wife to come to my stylist. Thanks for listening.

Staff are all wonderful and if you walk in they always get to you quick!

Good friendly people. The owners treat the clients like family. Prices are fair and Jared who does my hair is the best at what he does. Plenty of parking.

Owner is false advertising price!!! Shellac nails do not include manicure she states $15 on window sign but then charged me extra $10 for manicure I couldve went somewhere and got glass of wine and massage for that price. SMH workers are nice but NOT THE OWNER!!!

Instyle wow. I saw Jody on Monday midday, and went to another salon early afternoon to have my hair evened out. This salon shouldnt even be there. The manicurist are out of date as well as the salon. The owner reminds me of a 1940 moviestar. This salon is a Joke. J

STAY AWAY .......Jody cut my hair uneven by 5 inches, one side longer then the other. When I said to the owner I want my money back they said they cant give my money but they will fix it if I come back, like Im going to let them mess up my hair even more over 25 dollars, I dont think so but I want others the know STAY AWAY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and Rude

A nail technician here at Instyles that I have been using for 5 months has just given me a bad foot fungus. when i asked where the sterilization cabinet is, she stated broken. This whole salon looks all pieced together and broken. josie

Disappointing...stopped in for a pedicure on the way home from running errands, was told there was no wait, but...the woman to do my pedicure wasnt there, shell be back in 2 minutes I was told. Pick your color and soak your feet I was told. 15 minutes later the woman (Melanie? I think, she never introduced herself) arrives, I guess she broke her shoe on the way there or something, Okay, she came in flustered, I asked if she was okay, yes, good. She sits down to start and while she is removing my old polish her phone rings. Well that was that, she stayed on her cell phone throughout the entire pedicure, not paying any attention to me, didnt sound like it was any kind of emergency or anything, never spoke to me, never asked if I wanted a manicure as well, never asked if I wanted to go under the dryer. It was the most rushed (20 minutes total), unprofessional service I have ever had. My usual place takes 45 minutes for a pedicure, this was so rushed and everything done with one hand because the other was on the phone, when I was done I just got up and walked away, I was so angry. I dont understand how people think, there is no work ethic anymore, I know I am lucky just to be able to go and have pedicures, I appreciate the service and am willing to pay/tip accordingly but I just dont feel that the service was worth the cost and I will not return.
