My nail technician did a wonderful job. Took her time and really did an awesome job. I got Nexgen on my nails and it is beautiful. It is my first time there and I will continue to go there. Clean establishment with very nice, warm, and welcoming staff members.

My old nail salon didnt reopen after the shut down so I tried this place. Ann is awesome and the place is very clean. Ive been 3 times now and am very happy!!!

I went with my friend for pedicures. This establishment has roaches. 1st one I saw was on the floor cart next to my nail tech. 2nd, a bug was crawling on the nail techs arm. I had to tell her so she can knock it off. 3rd roach was crawling on the floor. I attempted to tell another nail tech. Seem like she was acting like she didn’t hear me. The whole time I kept looking around making sure none was on or around me. That store needs to close and do a real good cleaning and fogging.

Been going here for years. Have not been there since the new owner took over in the last month but I will be going this weekend so stay posted

Responding to the rude comment they left your prices you advertise are different than what you asked for! DONOT GO!! Unless you want to be WAY OVERCHARGED!!! Very disappointed!! They way overcharged me as well as my friend because they have no business do to the virus they have skyrocketed their prices, which fine but than they need to change the advertised prices. She was charged $125 for regular orange dip nails with no design or stones and a pedicure. Me $100 for acrylic nails normal length with gel polish + couple of stones and pedicure. They also told me they had no stones but they did and acted as if they didn’t want to do anything extra like designs etc... I used to go every 2 weeks here and I LOVED it. Now I’m finding somewhere else to go. I even asked if they raised the price and they lied and said no. I have been there soooo many times and NEVER paid that much for the exact same type of nails.

I have been going to the salon for years and I must say that they are amazing. Not only is the management and customer service great, but entertaining!They have a very large variety of color selection and do a fantastic job on dip application.I highly recommend the salon.

Great place to get nails and pedicure, excellent service, owner does a good job of accommodating walk-ins. He’s also good at managing the occasional nutty customer who can disrupt the experience for the real customers. Highly recommended.

I am super disappointed and dissatisfied with Ava Nails service. The completely trashed all my cuticles!!! The Manager refused to go with refund of money!! Beware this place!

Do not go here!!!Horrible experience.Totally messed up my eyebrows. I wasnt even going to get them done. It guy insisted they would look better. I told him keep them natural looking. He took over half my eyebrows off.And charged me for lip wax that I thought was included with the eyebrows. Refused to refund the entire wax

Ive been a customer for over 4 years and because of their excellent service I have no intentions of going elsewhere. Anytime someone compliments my nails, I am sure to say Ava Nails is the best.

I just got home from Ava and I have to say that I have never experienced a nail salon like this one. They were so friendly and made me feel right at home. Yuni (sorry if I misspelled her name) did an amazing job on my feet. I didnt feel one single ounce of pain. She took her time and did a fabulous job! Then Peter did that new nail system (I forgot what its called) and that came out fantastic. The same goes to him as well, no pain and a wonderful job. I highly recommend them! I will definitely continue to see them. Thank you Ava!

Dis good job great price

The people were very nice but the price is way too expensive just for both me and my mom to get a pedicure and manicure cost more than $95!! I have never spent as much money on our nails before. My normal place charges half the price! I would not recommend this if you are expecting to pay average pricing, they charge extra fees. Watch what you get ladies.

Its my second visit to Ava Nail Spa and I am pleased with their service and neatness of the place. I am very particular about shape, color and overall procedure, and Peter, a nail specialist, did a great job. Highly recommend to visit.

I had my back waxed there last week. The price listed was $35. They charged $50 after the fact. I suddenly broke out in blood blisters and severely infected pimples and had to see a doctor and go on antibiotics. I went there today to try and get my money back and was cussed out by the manager and threatened with violence into the parking lot. My friends say it was because of dirty wax. Thanks

It is so hard to find a decent nail salon that actually does the right thing. Ava goes beyond those expectations. They employees are always very friendly and offer me something to drink. I have been to so many nail salons for nexgen, and many of those establishments do a horrible job and put a gel overlay as the top coat instead of the nexgen top coat... BUT NOT AVA! They do all the steps that are suppose to take place. Prices are competitively priced, and I absolutely feel like I am getting my moneys worth.

I went there for the first time to get my eyebrows wax and it was the worse decision ever. Staff is friendly, place is clean but I will not go back there again. That lady messed up my eyebrows and acted like she was creating a work of art smh. Quality of service is horrible.

Very quiet, relaxing & the woman who havegiven me manicures & pedicures are excellent. I recommend them highly.

Last time I had my nails done I had a man my nails were cut to short squares even tho I said rounded my natural nails pedicure 1 1/2 months later a big toe fungus HORRIBLE never in 25 years a fungus I am sickened!!! Embarrassing we live in open toe shoes my toenails are so embarrassing. Don’t go here please

Love this place...super friendly and they do an amazing job.

Had my nails done yesterday and it was horrible. He was super rough, he yanked my feet and hands around to reposition them, he cut my finger tips with the cuticle cutter and continued even after I said he was hurting me, he cut my finger with the sander tool, my nails were crooked and he filed them super short. He never offered me water, he rushed through everything like a drill sergeant. And top it off, the prices have gone up. I used to pay $52 for nexgen and a pedicure, now its $60 + tip. Ive been coming here for over 2 years and Im sad to say things have gone downhill. The old Managers and staff (Peter, Anna, yuni, mary) were amazing and I wish they would come back. This will be my last time going to Ava unless something drastic changes.

They wanted to charge me 25 just for a longer length nothing crazy long just a tad....ridiculous Wanted to make more money on me because they was closed for so long...and had 0 people in there

Dont be fooled ...the original manager and his wife have left. They were Peter and AnnaThey were really great.and have wonderful service.but suddenly left and went back to Vietnam.The new manager is Rude and a HORRIBLE manager. He verbally abused me and I almost had to call the police because he followed me out to my car yelling at me.I was horrified by his demeanor and mistreatment.In addition they use unsanitary manicure tools, even though they pretend to use package ones.There polish selection is low and there polishes are old and dried out. They cant match hand and toe because they havent restocked colors.Its so unfortunate that the oringinal owners left because this USE To be good.

Peter and Anna are the best they are very reasonable and very professional I dont go anywhere else anymore and Stephanie is the best at pedi 😊
