I had a broken tooth, made an appointment, and then called to reschedule because of a monetary concern. The clinic called me and informed me that they would work with me, and told me that I could still go in if I wanted. So, I did. Smart move on my part ;) This is my second appointment and it is without a doubt the *most* comfortable I have *ever* been in a dentists chair. The staff is warm and accommodating, and Dr. George has a wonderful bedside manner. I cannot say enough good things about this place. A++++++

I havent been to the dentist in about 7 years so I was very nervous to be there. They did x-rays and evaluated my gums. Were very professional and kind. Even gave me laughing gas to calm me during the cleaning. I used the coupon I got in the mail which was such a affordable deal! Thank you for the amazing visit!

I was very nervous to go into the office for my first time as I knew I needed work done. During my exam I felt very relaxed as everyone there was so kind. With the work I needed done they did not make it a big deal and let me know that it was totally okay. I’m actually excited (for the first time ever) to fix up my teeth!!

I LOVED my experience at Comfort Care. They got me in for an urgent, same day appointment. Fixed my tooth and they were so nice! I have been shamed at dentists offices many times and there was none of that here. I also felt that their services were pretty affordable.

I have never been to a dentist who went out of their way to make you feel so comfortable. I felt like I was home on my couch watching TVI didnt feel a thing and they pulled two teeth! I would recommend this dentistry for anyone.

I haven’t had a better dental experience anywhere else honestly. Dr. Nathan George took time out of his weekend to see to my stubborn tooth. He also was able to fix my chipped front tooth. I have a prettier smile again. I have confidence again. I’m looking forward to - yes, looking forward to - going back Dr. George and getting my implant completed and having more work done. My husband, who is terrified of dentists, is comfortable with Comfort Care. I will be recommending Comfort Care to anyone in the area that needs dental care.

The service was great! They check me out told me what they recommended and showed me the cost too. They explained what I wanted and cost to go my way. Very accommodating for your situation. Definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I broke a Molar on the Friday morning before Memorial Day. I am from out of town and so, do not have a local Dentist. I called another National dental office because their advertisements say that they stay late, on weekends, etc to take care of emergency dental visits and was told that they were closing midday and could not see me until the following Tuesday. I continued my search and called Comfort Dental and was given an appointment same day and within less than two hours of my call. The Staff were very kind and friendly as was Dr. Mike George.As it turned out, I need a Crown on the broken tooth. Dr. George did a temporary fix and made an appointment for me on Tuesday for the Crown which will be completed at that appointment.I am extremely happy with the kindness and service that I have received.

I had a lot of pain in my tooth, I called Comfort Care and they got me in with in 10 minutes. My exam was thorough, they came to the decision I needed an immediate root canal. I have very high anxiety. They gave me an oral sedation and I slept right through the procedure. The next day, I had no pain, no injection site pain, and feel much better. What a great experience. I will return!

Had my first visit with Dr. George last week. Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and I felt very comfortable, like I was in good hands. America at the front desk, Whitney my dental hygienist and Dr. George work together very well. I would definitely recommend Comfort Care Dental to my family and friends.

I’m so grateful for Dr. Mike at Comfort Care Dental in Pocatello. I was in excruciating pain with an abscessed tooth on a Saturday night. My husband called them and he met us at the office within about 20 minutes and took care of me at 11 pm, and I wasn’t even one of their patients. I have a huge fear of the dentist, and he was gentle, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. My family will be switching to Comfort Care Dental! Thank you so much Dr. Mike!

I did zoom here for teeth whitening and honestly it was not worth the 500 dollars it cost me. They said they would make it right but only disrespected me by giving me a 3 dollar tube of peroxide to take home. I got better results at bringhurst dental here at pocatello and it was half the price.

Im 35 years old and have had fear of dentists and all they do for as long as I can remember... I avoid them like a vampire avoids the sunlight!!! After too long since my last appointment and some worrisome symptoms I reluctantly looked up Dentists near me and Comfort Dental had the best reviews so I went with them!! And I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! They were great!!!!! So professional and personal - the gas wasnt bad either - pretty sure I fell asleep towards the end of my intense water jet cleaning!!! Which should tell you how comfortable they make you in office because THATS INSANE!!!!! The staff was GREAT!!! The care was AMAZING!!! I was explained everything and given more then one option for care, they were pushy over anything and worked with me and my schedule for continuing dental care!! And it was reasonably priced as well!! They have several options for their patients regardless of insurance status!! I just might have found a place that I can be okay with going more then once every 10 years!!! Thank you to the team for helping this grown woman not have nightmares over dental care!!! My teeth thank you too!!!!!!!!

I have huge anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff including the dental hygienist and Dr. George made sure I was comfortable. They talked through every step with me and made sure I understood what was going on. I will be going back, and staying on schedule for my 6 month cleanings.

Oh wow where do I begin?! I called on Thursday the 20th around 3pm explaining that I have been having some tooth pain and that Id like to set up an appointment in the near future and the kind lady said they could get me in at 5pm same day! The promptness of the appointment set up was amazing. I get there and I get looked at and unfortunately I need to get a root canal but they explained the procedure and the cost up front. They were kind enough to set up payment plans. The genuine care and compassion these folks exhibited just put me in awe. Thank you. Full time traveler, broke tooth in half PANIC set in. Was able to get in quickly. Very nice clean, professional office. Staff wonderful. Dr. explained everything going on. Side note Ive had terrible experiences with dental procedures in the past, so I cry, cry, cry and its terrifying to me. All the staff was caring and sympathetic to this. I had options on the procedures and costs. Came up with what suited me, my time line and pocket book. Opted for half sedation kept me comfortable and rested for 48 hours. Great personnel, great treatment for a scared traveler.

I had a great experience. I can definitely see why they are called comfort care. They do a good job with transitions from one area to another for cleanings and such. Nice hand off from one person to another. Plus good education about the expenses from their financial person. With options.

My wife had a good experience. I, on the other hand, have not. First time spent four hours in a chair without treatment for a root canal. Then two weeks later, I took a day off of work to have the crown put on, all the while the temporary one keeps calling off. Then two hours before they cancelled the appointment.However the dentist personally called to apologize and explain the issue. Biggest issue I have seen is they have a call center that answers the calls and their schedule doesnt seem to match the office.Promised a few things that never came to be... Ever. A few treatments later. Again stuck waiting for nothing. Consolation prize after three or four horrible visits? A discount booklet for local places I dont even go. I even tried refusing it. Never made it out of the bag I threw in the back of the car.

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. They instantly put me and my dad at ease. Answered all our questions and didnt give us the run around on treatment options. They gave us several options on what we could do as well as an itemized price list. Tiffany was great! a big smile for my dad. My first time there. They showed me around the office. The cute girl who took care of me today has only been there a few months but is extremely knowledgeable. Everyone there seemed extremely knowledgeable and they knew what they were talking about. I had been going to a different dentist office, but I kept having to go back and get the one tooth fixed. Comfort care looked into the issue much deeper and come up with what should be a permanent solution. I am happy with the service and knowledge I have gotten from them so far.

Everyone is so friendly and attentive here. I went for my first appointment and was given a little tour of the office. I liked that they showed me where everything was and their cute wall with employee family pictures!I had some sensitivity on my teeth and they gave me some great recommendations to help out and they were very gentle on those areas when doing the cleaning. They were great about communicating to each other which made a great experience for me as well.

We had a great experience! Got us in quick, friendly, helpful staff up front. Then clear explanations and had the urgent procedures scheduled and completed painlessly by the pleasant dentist and hygienists! Thank you very much!

They’re amazing there. They truly do take care of they’re patients, and really do care about our well being. I needed quite a bit of work done and had anxiety about going to a new Dentist. The staff at Comfort Care are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Their use of sedation let me get all of my work done without feeling ANY pain. The billing and insurance processing is done correctly and they offer hours for those that cant be there until later in the afternoon. 10/10

I called when they opened for an emergency extraction and they were able to get me in the same day and it was affordable! Even better... Dr Mike George got done with the extraction and I didnt even feel anything! I was surprised he was done! All the staff is amazing! So clean and comfortable here!

Wonderful caring staff! Everyone was so kind. I had to have a tooth pulled they fit me right in. They talked to me about all my options for saving my tooth and the financial options they have. I cant stress enough what a great staff they have and how comfortable they made me feel .

I am very impressed with Comfort Care Dental! At my new patient exam they showed me around the office, told me about some of their technology and offerings, and made sure I was comfortable. I was most impressed with the financial aspect of things, as they had someone call and speak to my insurance while I was there so that I would know for sure what would be covered. It was pretty good for the first 2 hours of a bridge but after taking out a difficult tooth it went downHill from there. I was throwing up afterwards.

I recently moved to Pocatello from Salt Lake City and was in need of finding a local dentist. I am going to be honest, I was worried that I wasnt going to be able to find a facility that was up to par with the care that I was receiving down in Utah. Have been using Comfort Care in Pocatello for almost 6 years now. Yesterday I had a repair done for chips on my front teeth. No numbing needed, color and shape blends perfectly, and I was in and out 45 minutes.

Amazing customer service! I had a wisdom tooth that was giving me problems, they were able to get in that day and even got it pulled on a Friday evening. Everyone was super friendly.

They went out of there way to get me in for a emergency. The staff is conservative and outgoing. The dentist dr Mike is skilled and professional. Truly a nice place.

I was recently on a trip driving from SLC to Yellowstone. On my way from Florida, I experienced severe mouth/tooth pain. We decided to stop for dinner in this town, and came across Comfort Care Dental. I am so glad we did. Not only did they see me after hours and as they were packing up, they were so friendly and helpful. To top it off, they knew I didn’t have dental insurance and so they did not charge me. This type of kindness is unmatched. I left with tears in my eyes in gratitude of their care. If I lived in that area, I would have a new dentist.

Best dentists I have ever been to. The whole staff welcomes you, my first visit I got a personal tour of the entire facility. Beautiful and clean office with a great little place for your kids to play while you or they wait to be seen. Cupcakes and complimentary drinks while you wait also. I actually enjoy going to visits to chat with the amazing staff and have my teeth worked on. For those that dont do well with the dentist, they have sedation. My 6 year old daughter that needed a filling came out after getting a cavity filled, (no sedation, just local), and said she didnt even feel it. Now who can complain about that? We love them. Go there. Start to enjoy going to the dentist!

Everything was great. For first timers, they give you a tour of the building and tell you about the various services they provide. Then I had my X-rays taken, an exam by the dentist (no cavities), and my teeth cleaned. Everyone was very nice and the office was clean and modern. I scheduled my next appointment. I would recommend them to you!

Very nice staff, beautiful, relaxing waiting room. Had teeth cleaned. Liked that they used ultrasonic cleaner and carefully evaluated gums for disease.Could have used a little more nitrous. I like to really relax. I told them and they said they would make a note of it and adjust it next time. The hygienist answered my questions well. I alsoTalked to staff regarding dental Insurance.

I am very happy with the fact they were able to squeeze me in the same day for a root canal and crown. I love how informative everyone was, and how quick they got me in and out. I do recommend this dental office. The receptionist couldve had a little more customer service, but aside from that, it was a pleasant experience.

Comfort Dental went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a good experience with her wisdom teeth removal. They made sure she was completely comfortable pre procedure and post procedure. They gave her antibiotics prophylactically and steroids to ease the inflammation. She did way better than my other child did with her wisdom teeth removal 6 months prior at another facility. Im very happy with the service we received.

Dr. Mike and his team are incredible. Comfort Care is the right name. I had an old filling that was starting to bother me and they expertly removed the filling and replaced it. They suggested that in time this tooth would need a crown, but did not pressure me to up sale at the time.My experience was wonderful, caring, painless, and gentle.

I am terrified of the dentist. So much so that I would rather be in pain and have a horrible smile then actually go and get anything taken care of. But that not good or heathy. So we looked around and found comfort care dental. I cried the Whole time, hysterically. They were so sweet. I did not feel judged. I asked for no poking and there was none. They also got me in, less then a week away and are addressing all my concerns. Plus, had a great meeting with their finance lady, who was also super helpful. I will recommend anyone I can.
