When I first moved to Chubbuck, one of my first worries was finding a friendly but professional dentist in the area. It didnt take too long to find HANCOCK DENTAL since its almost in the neighborhood. So far, after 2 years of going there I dont have any complaints, only praises for them, for the quality of service, smiles and courtesies I always receive from every employee I come in contact with. I 100% recommend Dr. Hancock.

Friendly and nice. We are new patients, but the whole family has had a great experience so far. My wife needed a filling and said it was the best filling she’d ever had done, no pain at all.

I do not like dentists at all, due to a bad experience with one in my past. I was uncomfortable and not exactly happy to be there. However, the staff made me feel welcome, and comfortable. They made sure that I was doing ok the entire time. I actually, loved it. For the first time in my life I enjoyed going to the dentist. Best place ever.

Dr. Hancock does not like his patients to feel pain. He is very concerned about his patients and does not want them to be uncomfortable.

I had my wife’s wisdom teeth pulled there. Was told that my bill was paid on office for the surgery. About 6 months later I receive a bill for the 1000+ dollars and no one will return my call. You tell me that they are good and stand up to their prices.

I have had to have some extensive dental work done, and Hancock Dental has been amazing through the whole process. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, and they all bent over backwards to help me fit everything in my schedule. They got me in immediately when I had emergency work needed because of pain. The Dr. does amazing work, and is a great person. He guides you through every step of what he is doing while making your comfort his top priority. I highly recommend Hancock Dental, whether for routine cleaning or serious dental problems.

They used to be wonderful, but with that said, the new dental assistants are awful. The dentist is a great guy, just the rest of them are mean, self centered and seem to have no problem back-talking their other patients. If you want to feel like your inconveniencing them by going to the dentist then go there. Its been a long time since I dealt with people that rude. I do not recommend.

Ive gone to Dr. Hancocks office for 6-7 years, twice a year, and have always been pleased. The receptionists called me by name after going there once, and I appreciated the discount for paying upfront for services since I didnt have dental insurance. The hygenists were always super friendly and made a point to ask about things wed talked about the last time I was in. Dr. Hancock was always professional as well as personable. I appreciated that the hygenists and dentist were all thorough while being efficient and did not ever suggest unneeded procedures. The only reason Im changing dentists is because I live out of town and with my son starting school and myself not commuting for work anymore, its more feasible with my schedule to go to a local dentist. Id highly recommend Dr. Hancocks office to anyone looking for dental work!

Do not let this man perform a Root Canal! Make sure you go to a specialist Endodontist. Without going into a ton of details. Tad performed Root Canals on both myself and my wife during the time we saw him. He missed one entire canal on my tooth which resulted in the Loss of the tooth, and a massive infection, which in turn required facial surgery and bone grafts. With my wifes tooth he missed a full canal and only managed to to fill approximately 2/3 of the 3 canals he did find. Fortunately her tooth was saved by an Endodontist. Now dont get me wrong I understand everyone makes mistakes. However, a good dentist will inform you of ALL your options. I had no idea there was a specialist for Root Canals. These doctors get extensive training on how to find and access the interior passages of the tooth. Unless Tad has changed his tactics in recent years, its unlikely he will tell you there are Specialists that can better handle a procedure like this. Im hoping that I spare some of you our experience

Dr. Hancock and his staff were wonderful. I really hate going to the dentist, I usually always experience pain and discomfort. However, when I came to them to have a crack repaired and a crown put on one of my molars, Dr. Hancock really listened to my concerns and I experienced no pain or discomfort. It was the first time!
