What can I say other than AMAZING!The pricing was very reasonably and the staff was really great .Brought my daughter here for her birthday and she requested a design she found online and the nail tech did an amazing job!!Found our new favorite nail place I highly recommend to others.

Ive been a happy customer for many years! My nails are always beautiful and last a full 3 weeks! Their pedicures are awesome! The staff are always wonderful! Ive been to many other nail salons and have always been disappointed as no one can do my nails as good as Miami!

I’m a cosmetologist and sometimes I like to go to other salons just to treat myself and check out what they have to offer and I was pretty disappointed. They were using the same files and buffers on everyone instead of using a new one with each client (gross), using tools not allowed per the MN Board of Cosmetology because they’re proven to increase your chance of getting an infection, their inspection report was hidden by a plant (its supposed to be visible), they weren’t cleaning the pedicure basins properly, employees constantly pulling down masks, the list things against the Board of Cosmetology goes on and on. To lessen your chance of infection just don’t go here.

Didnt do the shape I asked for or the color pattern I asked for . D cided that whats best for his liking not customers request. The man was very obnoxious and makes you feel uncomfortable when I want to go relax its not relaxing. The ladies are all so wonderful and great with children as well.

Fantastic day with a party of “8”. 3 mom’s and the rest kiddos. Mani-pedi were fantastic. Pumpkin did dips on my pre teen and they turned out beautiful.Well priced - easy to get in with an appointment and I greatly enjoyed that you could pay with paypal or venmo.We will definitely be going back again.

Their gel polish lasts me, at least, 3 weeks!! 💅 I went somewhere else ONE time and it didnt even last 2 weeks!! Never again, Ill wait an extra week if I have to, just to go to Miami Nails!!! 💅

Came in for a fill. Very friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Everyone looked to be doing a great job. The only downfall was that there wasn’t really a wide variety of color options. Overall a very nice salon and am very happy with the work they did. Would go back again

I can honestly say that you will not find another nail salon as amazing as Miami Nails!!! Their work is excellent!!! They will customize what ever you would like! And there gel nails are stronger and better than anywhere! Not to mention the personalized designs they paint on for you! They always make time to fit into their schedule if at all possible, even staying late if necessary to work you in! And their personalities are out of this world! No worth going to. Unless you are a regular they stick you with horrible nail techs. The last 2 times I have went there I have gotten a pedicure and BOTH times my toe has gotten INFECTED!!!! Also my gel nails peeled hours later!! I have talked to many people and they all agree that you have to be a regular to get anyone good to do your nails! So you pay 75 dollars to get a mani and pedi and then an additional hospital bill... NOT WORTH IT!!Look through most of the 5 star reviews...... they are REGULARS!!

Ive had my nails done a few times there & have really liked the job they had done up until this last time. It wasnt like he rushed doing my nails because there were more customers waiting. There wasnt anyone waiting. My nails are so thick that they look horrible & all I went in for was to have my artificial nails shortened and a color change and one repaired. Very disappointed with this last visit. My husband doesnt like them either. What a waste of hard earned money. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else to get them fixed.

Great place. They speak Spanish there. And the girl speaks english. Nails chipped off though. Otherwise it was good.

I got a gel manicure. I asked the girl to just even out one nail because Im super anal about the shape of my nails, and she continued to file other nails and I had to stop bee because she totally messed up the shape. So that was annoying, but not uncommon. I feel like no one can ever get the shape right. However its been a week, Ive filed them down myself and they are holding up wonderfully! Im pleased because more often than not gel nails dont last as long as they promise.

I really do like Miami nails and the owner is very nice. He is the only one that really tries to be sure to greet people when they walk in and strives to create a positive/fun atmosphere....even when its busy. The other nail techs, not so much. Usually I have a pretty good experience when going. However, there are times where you are WAY too rushed through. What I mean is I dont think it is worth the money/tip when you feel so rushed because your nail tech is so rushed that all they can think about is getting you done to get another customer in the chair for more money. Sometimes I notice they take on too much business which makes people like me (who makes an appointment) a little bitter.I usually tip very well but I just couldnt do it the last time I went in... I still feel bad about it. When I went to pay, the owners fiancé kept saying You pay with cash or check over and over. I only had enough cash for a tip and I didnt think I had my check book with me so I told her I would need to pay with a card. Her response was You pay with cash or check next time then and went on to telling the current customer that she was helping, that the machine used for the credit cards cost money and they try to save.I totally get that, BUT IT IS 2015...people use plastic all of the time. How about saying Thank you for coming, we would appreciate it if you could pay next time with cash or check. I did end up finding my check book so I could pay the way they wanted. The nail tech who did my nails sat and watched as I wrote by check for the amount and turned through my cash to see what I wanted to tip her....Dont people usually turn around kind of awkwardly when customers are doing this to give a little privacy? Just saying... I laid down my payment and tip which was immediately picked up and she walked away...Im SO SO SORRY Miami Nails for inconveniencing all of YOU yesterday... venting done.

I had the absolute worse experience here. I came here to get my nails and toes done because I was in a wedding The following day. Normally I do them myself, and I wish I wouldve.My nails- I got jewels on one of my fingers and gel polish/ no fake nails. An hour later the jewels started to come off. Also, I didnt get asked how short I want my nails cut or how I wanted them done. I had worked really hard to grow them out for this wedding for a good two months. What does she do? Chops my nails off shorter than Ive ever had them before. SO mad. And on top of that my nails werent filed completely and they were different sizes. Nonetheless, I had to go home and redo my nails myself.My toes- those were better but how do you mess those up? However I wasnt very happy since I wasnt given a price when asked to put jewels on. And there was left over polish around my toe nails that they couldnt even take off...I basically paid $80 for me to have to go home and redo my own nails. Good thing I had my own jewels and polish so I could fix them before the wedding the following day. I will never recommend anyone going here and Ill be sure to let everyone know my experience, unless convinced otherwise.

The guy doing my nails was not friendly at all.I wanted love on my ring finger and it looks as if my 3 year old wrote it.Im not one to ever get my nails done, so I asked for some advice. He just looked at my like I was dumb.

Not one to rate businesses, but LISTEN to the low ratings! I went in to this salon specifically due to the height ratings and unfortunately left very disappointed! Wanting a fill the lady suggested I get a full new set which I was fine with - but sitting there for an hour and fourty-five minutes to leave hating my nails was not worth it! Horrible experience - they were too thick, the shape (coffin) was not the shape at all, and my nail polish was wrinkled!!! Not only that the guy who works there was funny at first singing and being loud but it turned into being obnoxious and singing about “if you don’t like your nails I’ll punch you in the face”..... NOT OKAY! I go get my nails done wanting some me time and relaxation and that was not the case what so ever! What ended up being a $45 full set ended up being a total of $65 not including tip because I called a different place right away to get them fixed.

Hands down the absolute BEST around.Amazing technicians and great atmosphere!!Love this place

The ladies doing my nails, my daughters nails and the lady next to me were apparently too busy with their phones to concentrate on the task at hand. Mt lady went outside halfway through to make a phone call. Will not return there again.
