AMAZING!!! The best nail salon I have ever visited. The staff is so wonderful and talented.

I’m usually super skeptical about trying out a new nail salon but this place was awesome!!! I was astonished at how amazing Kenny did my nails, he’s a total perfectionist too. I will definitely be coming back and am so glad I decided to go here!

Very disappointed today with this salon. I have been coming here for years. I always make appointment in advance because I often go between jobs. I had an appointment today for 5:30pm and still had not been seen when I got up and left 30 minutes later. If you are going to schedule appointments,then make sure there is someone to provide service outside of your walk in clients. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This has happened the last two times I was in. Unacceptable and bad customer service.

I absolutely love this salon! Kevin does an incredible job especially on custom nails! I had a fabulous pedicure today too unfortunately I didnt get the girls name. I honestly like all the employees though. They also do great waxing jobs. A health inspector came in while I was there today. They couldnt find a single thing wrong. It was completely clean! That says a lot about the company. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

Update: several months later and I am still a fan! KC is amazing, and I wont go anywhere else!Original post: I popped in on Sunday afternoon and asked for an experienced tech to replace my grown-out manicure. By the time I had a color picked out (Ive never seen so many brands & colors of dipping powder in one place!), KC was ready for me. He gently removed the old tips and powder and gave me the most perfect dipping-powder nails Ive ever experienced! Such clean work! Theyre the perfect thickness, and they look great. Im super picky about stuff on my nails. If there is any slight imperfection, I tend to pick at it. I have never walked out of a nail salon without having a bit here or there under a nail or around the cuticle that bugged me...until now. I am definitely a fan, and look forward to coming back! I liked this place because I don’t get my nails done often and they weren’t pushy about upgrading me or adding more services. I was surprised that after I told them what I wanted they suggested a cheaper service.

I’m only giving one star because one hand was okay (the hand done by a different tech). When we started, a guy began to do the acrylic and it was way too runny so he wasn’t able to make it thick enough but I didn’t realize that this would be the outcome after ONE WEEK. The acrylic is cracking in the middle of my nails causing them to bleed. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. 🚮

I have been coming here for years! Kevin and Hannah are my main go tos, however, all the nail techs here are superb!

They are too expensive! $85 because I asked for a design.. very poor quality of work and they are very slow. I’ve spent 3 hrs at the Salon. I asked the lady if she can do a marble nail color and she said yes sure! But she didn’t know how to do it and called the guy who works there to do it he said yes, he couldn’t do it as well and wiped it off maybe 4 times and gave up!I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it.

I went there for gel pedicure and dip powder. They served me mimosas when I enjoyed and relaxed with massage and hot pack on my shoulder. They filed my nails and toes carefully to get good shape and smooth. The staffs were caring and friendly they took time and paid attention on my nails and toes. I highly recommend Gloss since I have got great services .

Its always the same when I go to get a manicure and a pedicure I love it its a beautiful and relaxing experience

They also offer dip powders.My nail tech was thorough yet speedy, with fine attention to detail. He was also very friendly and easy to chat with.Would return again if ever in the area

It was okay. It asked for ombre nexgen but was wayyyy too expensive. I got coffin shape and he filed down one pinkie too skinny. And how are you gonna call yourself a nail bar without offering drinks?! Prob wont be back.

A $42 pedicure became a $68 pedicure because they added a powder. They knew ahead of time that I was not happy with it being $42 and they snuck some extra services in them and turned it into a $68 pedicure. Not acceptable. Not honest

Omg love this place! Its super close to my house which is great! I went in on a whim because I needed some me time after being at home with my newborn all week and I was on the hunt for a new nail salon when my old one was taken over by new management and the quality of work was not the same. I walked into Gloss and was seen immediately. I went on a Wednesday when services are 10% off! Nancy did my gel french manicure and she was amazing! She was fast and she paid attention to every single detail. I am in awe at how perfect she did my French manicure. I will definitely go back and see Nancy when my nails grow out. The salon is clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Love it - my new nail place!

Pricing is higher than most I’ve been to. $40 for dip, 32 for pedi that does not include callus work and they charge $6 more for it. With that aside they are friendly, offered me something to drink, the place is beautifully done, and I’m happy with the work they did.

I love this place. I have been coming to them for almost a year and I leave so happy every time! Be, Tee, and Nancy are so sweet and make sure my nails are perfect before I walk out the door.

This place is legit, possibly the best pedicure that Ive ever had. Went by recommendation from Yelp and they are the best in the Allen area. Prices are very reasonable and they are very attentive to your needs. Im from out of town but when I come back I will most definitely be back here. Everyone needs to try this place if your in the area!!!!!!

I had two nail services a dip and manicure. A few days later one of my nails came off. I went back to fix after sitting for almost an hour. I was told too bad so sorry we can not do today. They were doubled up on one customer and it would have taken a few minutes. As my time and dollars are equally as important I have found another salon that values me as a customer.

I’ve been here several times and each time is great! All the technicians have been very careful and caring and make sure you’ll be happy with the final product. Even when my pedicure was messed up overnight, they happily fixed it free of charge! The only issue I’ve had is that once my tip extensions weren’t glued on completely which left a gap.

Wonderful service, great pricing. Nancy always does such a great job on my nails when I get a gel manicure. I would highly recommend this place!

I’m still here and I just have to give 5 stars now. This place is so professional it’s amazing. What looks like to be the person in charge, she is unbelievably kind and really cares about everything. She let me know all my options before I had to think and that is exactly what I look for. She looked very professional and I will definitely be back. I’m not from Allen, but this place is definitely worth the drive. Thank you Tina for doing such a good job and being very careful with my stupid ingrown! I didn’t feel a thing since she took care of it immediately.

Im still here and had to write my review right now. I was really impressed with this little nail place. I had a basic manicure and pedicure so I cant speak to artificial nails and all that but the techs took such great care with my hands and feet. They were not overly aggressive with my cuticles (my past few experiences at a couple of other local places left me with at least one sore as I left) and were gentle in all respects. There was great attention to detail with my manicure and pedicure...it didnt feel rushed or sloppy and they gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back!

I called to see if they had any openings the young lady took my name and told me to come now . Very pleasant the guy gave me a full set of nails dipped I luv them will be back in 2 weeks great service thank you .

My wife went there for a $10 waxing (got burned on her face) and left a $2 tip. The next day, they refunded her the $12 on the card. 15 days later, they charged her $15 instead without her consent! Completely illegal. Apparently a 20% tip is not enough for them and instead decided to take a larger tip by force? Everything about this screams SCAM. Even the Credit company agreed this was illegal. DO NOT go here. Worst business practice I have seen in years.

I get my eyebrows waxed here all the time and theyre always amazing. My manicures and pedicures are always amazing and not rushed. I highly recommend it to anyone.

This establishment is under new management now and after my experience today I will not be returning. I’ve been a customer for 2+ years because I love John and Hannah’s work. Today I showed up to my 10am Mani and Pedi appointment and unfortunately John and Hannah were out of town. I was the first customer to arrive and service at first was prompt, they started on my pedicure and another tech started taking off my Nexgen. Another customer arrived right after me without an appointment for a mani and pedi and was serviced by two techs as well. As soon as the tech taking off my Nexgen was about to start on my manicure, two other customers walked in without an appointment wanting to get their nails done. So before my tech could even start on my manicure, the new manager called him over to start working on the two new customers that just walked in. No one took over his place to come and finish my nails. By the time my pedicure was completed, the customer that arrived right after me was done with her mani and pedi (she had no appointment) and her tech came over to finish my manicure. At that point I didn’t have more time to sit for a manicure. The entire point of setting an appointment is to get the services completed at the same time and be a priority before walk-ins. I have never had this issue until today. The manager intentionally took my nail tech away in order to make more money to be able to accommodate the two walk-ins. Then at the end, the manager had the nerve to try and apologize saying that it’s hard to get two nail techs at the same time. I’m so sad I won’t be able to get my nails done by Hannah and John anymore because they were AWESOME, but I will not support new management that doesn’t take care of their loyal customers.

Usually I was going so far to get my nails done, cause I really hate when my nails look too tick or glue stuck between nail and skin, so i never was satisfied by other places, except one near north park... But its so faaaar. 1 year ago i decided to give a shot to this place, and omg!!!... they are so good, all of them are so professional. You basically can trust anyone who works there, personally I like one lady there, because she gives me best nail shape, but quality is good with any master there. So i was so happy to find this place 5 min away from my home! my favorite services is deeping powder and $45 special pedicure with lavander)))

I got acrylic and in the first week i had 3 broken nails, they popped off, its ridiculous they shouldnt break that easy, theyre good but ive known for them to do way better!
