Everyone is always super friendly and always offer you a drink. Ive taken my husband and my daughter for manis/pedis and they never disappoint. Angela does my pedicures and she always does a phenomenal job in all aspects, including the massage.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Had a pedicure from Tammy - it was the milk and honey pedicure and she was really great. Hands down probably the best pedicure I have ever had!Lisa did my nails and did a great job - very patient and kind. At this salon, they really understand customer service. Having had nails over my own for nearly 20 years this was not my first rodeo but they really impressed me with their attention to detail and I actually left feeling relaxed instead of feeling like it was a chore to get my nails done.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!

Came in just before close time and still got treated like a king and queen. Feel 100 times better after, very clean, everything is fresh and use liners in the tubs precleaned. Good people and customers they are all friendly and talk across the isle. Worth the money and will be back.

The Stunning Nail Spa had amazing service. The staff was very friendly, mostly Lisa :)Lisa is very friendly and helpful. She does very good work on nails and eye lashes. Lisa takes her time to make you look good. The store was very clean and tidy. They had lots of options for you to choose from. Overall, this place is amazing! I will come again!

Brand new location.. Their service is top notch and environment is so relaxing.. Theres 16 excellent full back & neck massage chairs, as well as rooms in the back for facial and neck/shoulder massages. .Would recommend this location to everyone, and will definitely use them moving forward.. Overall happy with the look of my nails and the quality but dont think the bang for your buck is there. Specifically: no new or washed files or clean packed clippers everything was visibly not cleaned between clients and the waxing that happened while i was there the technician used the stick sitting in the wax for the customer, double dipped repeatedly, and then left the stick in the wax. Not willing to pay mid-high end pricing for luke-warm service and questionable hygiene practices.

The Stunning Manicure is extremely relaxing. Its a good treat, and would be a great after-work bonus. You get an exfoliating treatment, paraffin, an upper back, shoulder and neck massage and more, in your choice of scents. The manicurists are nice, but not talkative.

Ive been going to them for a few years. This place is one of my favorite spots for a date with your friends, yourself, or your significant other. No interruptions, great conversation, some pampering, and drinks. Thanks Steve for your hospitality! When I leave, my feet look amazing!

They did a very bad job. I got gel nails and by the time the lady finished there were little hairs sticking out of them (the nails) and only the middle of the nail was done. As she was painting she kept ripping off parts of my skin. The sides she just kept scraping off and trying to ‘fix’. On my middle finger she painted over some chunk of something and now there is a giant clump of something in my nail. I personally would not recommend this place.

They did a fantastic job, a little pricey, but then again I hadnt done my nails in 26 years, lol. I loved the end result.

An excellent experience! It looks like a hole-in-the-wall in the middle of a small shopping strip, but the salon is well equipped and the staff is very accommodating. Susan did my nexgen nails and Ha did my pedicure - both did a fabulous job. Not only do they have extended hours compared to most salons, they distinguish between sweet and non-sweet white wine, which if youve ever imbibed in nail salon wine, you will appreciate. Giveme a try!

This was my second time going here. The first time I came I got sns dip powder nails done by Nancy and they were really great! However here I am, 3 weeks later, and I come in to get them removed.The woman who removed my dip powder nails was distracted on the phone trying to ativate a visa gift card the entire time! She had the card on the table and kept reading the numbers to the person on the phone and not paying attention to my nails. In result of this, I have many nicks in my nails (one on my thumb nail that is particularly deep and painful) and she completely broke my ring finger nail. She did not clean off my nails all the way, and overall left my nails in condition worse than when I went to get them done a 3 weeks ago. I decided to not get my nails redone, not because of her but because I just didnt want new ones.My mom got her nails done by Tracy. and Tracy removed my moms sns powder nails with a lot more care, and then my mom got a new set. Tracy did really well, and my moms nails look great. My mom says she is willing to come back any day for Tracy to do her nails. And I also recommend Nancy because she did my nails really well the first time around.

Love this place!!! Ive been going to them since they first opened. Actually, even before they opened when Lisa was still at Collin Creek Mall. Excellent results in whatever you are having done. Nails, waxing, massage, eyelashes, EVERYTHING!! Drinks TOO!!!

At first I wasnt happy about the price of my nails because 1 Lady said they were 35 then another said they were 40. But in the end I was really happy with the nails they looked great & she did them so perfect. They are pricey but I do love their work.

They greet you like you are a long, lost friend each time you walk in the door. Everyone is extremely friendly. The spa is very clean and well kept. There is a wide selection of polishes available as well.

This salon is ok. . . Tracy work on my pedi, she nice and the tech on my hands was nice to. Only off-putting thing was I noticed they treat the black women differently. I wont be back.

This place was pretty average. They did not ask us if we wanted drinks. We had to ask for them. I wanted to pay for my friends pedicure for her birthday but they messed it up. She also wanted their signature package for both a manicure and pedicure but the technician started to not do it for the manicure and seemed put out when my friend reminded her.

Now listen, Im a man. A mans man. So I went here with my wife hesitantly. But I gotta say I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This place is nice, nice people, nice service. In a word: dope.

It was good. Good length, massage was good. My pedicurist kept walking away for long periods of time, at awkward times. It was not spectacular. Environment is fine. I would say over all it was passable.

Everything was going perfect....until the nail artist next to me was working on her client.all of a sudden the nail artist was taking off foil wraps from her client and throwing it in my pedicure bin like a trash can...as i was getting a pedicure . I was completly shocked at this behavior....to throw trash on you like you dont matter. i took a picture because it was just unbelievable..i dropped 200 dollars and moved on.

Enjoyed coming to this business several times, so naturally, I thought itd be a great place to go and relax on my birthday. NOT! My friend had been neglected for 1.5 hrs with her feet soaking in cold water. When I brought this to the manager/owners attention, he was completely defensive, arrogant, rude and unapologetic. He further commented to me say See man, you tripping! HORRIBLE Customer Service! Furthermore, owner was presented with another opportunity to apologize, when I gave an honest review on Yelp. Instead, he continued his rude arrogance.

I have been going to Steve for many many years. He is literally the only person that does my nails. If you want great service, efficiency, consistency, relaxation, fun and just a great time, then you want Stunning Nail Spa.

I have been going to Steve for about 8 years now. He is the best in the business! Not only is he the owner, he is a hands-on nail tech as well. I drive from McKinney to Plano every 2-3 weeks because he offers the best solar nails! My nails are always polished and shaped to perfection.Tammy delivers the best pedicures ever! When shes done, my feet are always baby butt soft...Ms. Lisa is always awesome with blinging out my lashes!As for any negative reviews, please consider the source. The person must of been having a bad day.In business, you cant always please every body. There will always be a jerk!As for Stunning Nail Spa, the name fits perfectly! The place is absolutely gorgeous. Its open and always very clean! There are TVs everywhere. Yes the beverages are always flowing. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!! I have never felt so cheated and lied to in my life!!!! I went to get my nails done at this place on this past Saturday. The lady asked me what I wanted done and I explained and also showed her a pic of what I wanted done...which is very popular right now..Ombre nails!!! Not to mention I came way in advance because my son had his first basketball game on that day and we were so excited. So she tells me yes sit at the nail booth and she has someone who knows how to do it and they would be with me in a few minutes that turned into 40min. Then she came and sat in front of me telling me now she is going to do it, come to find out she was the manager at the shop. I informed her that my son has a game and I need to be out by an hour or even an hour and 10min to get him to the game on time she said ok. She spent the entire time making orders and fixing problems around the shop and after about 40 min. only got to putting on the fake nails, then she wants to tell me ...this is new I will try it and see if you like it.....WHAT!!!!! Ok by this time I am not happy ...one I asked you if you could do it ...two you told me you could and now you want to reveal that hey no one here knows how to do it after I and my kids sat there patiently waiting that whole time when I could have went to someone else who knew how to do it. So now I have run out of options because it is now evening time and most shops will be closing soon and it was time for my sons game. So the manager tells me its ok I will take care of you and give you discount on your nails with the ombre and diamonds for $40 and will wait for you until you come back. My teen age kids just sat there looking with their mouth open because they heard her when we first came in and all this time telling me what she could do....my daughter said why didnt she just say she doesnt know how to do it.... So I had to tell my son I had to miss his game because this dang shop lied to me to get me to stay and get my nails done there instead of being honest...he was not happy at all...so here I go with big Freddy Krueger claws racing to the game to drop him off. So guess what ...when I get back 20min later ...is she waiting for me ...NO!!!!!!! I sit another 30min waiting and she sends someone else to do my nails and come to find out she cant do it either!!!!!!!! I am so upset but I sit there!!!! So I told the girl that was doing my nails Dena to ask the manager to make sure she is still giving me that discount of $40 for nails and diamonds as we discussed...she was being very vague but said yes...ok so I let her do my nails...well time to add the diamonds and Dena starts to tell me she didnt know I wanted diamonds!!!!!!!! WHAT?!!!!... So the manager comes over and starts this soft talking and lying and back tracker on what she agreed to after my nails are completely done!!!! I WAS LIVID!!!! I told her I wanted the owners number and their names...she went from $40 to $65 ...then when I threaten to want to talk to the owner ...oh I can give you $5 ... oh now its well since Dena is doing your nails its her fee and I cant change the price!!!!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!....Then the manager walks off and disappears for 10 minutes and brings the so called co-owner who I saw doing feet and not making orders all day.....really!!!! It listens to what I had to say and tells me its my fault that I missed my sons game and he cant honor the amount she gave me, but can take $5 off....We went around the world about him giving me the owners info to make a compliant...finally John he said his name was gave me the number, but would not give the manager name because he said the owner would know who I was talking about......yeah called that owner Tirng Nguyen several times and left voice mails no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT SURPRISED!!!!!!
