Love how my nails came out I got so many compliments

I did not have a positive experience. I went in for a simple polish change because I was not due for another mani-pedi, but I wanted different polish colors for vacation. I arrived at 4:45 p.m., and they close at 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. I assumed that because of the time they rushed me to select a color, did not offer me a drink, and rushed me to pay while I was sitting in the chair waiting for my toes to dry. Fortunately, I had cash because otherwise I wouldn’t have felt comfortable having the employee handle my card out of my line of sight.A few customers arrived after me and were pleasantly greeted and engaged the entire time. The overall quality was just “meh”. The gel polish has a couple of streaks that I didn’t notice until I got home. I will not return simply because of the climate of the establishment.Update: I changed my rating to one star because my polish chipped less than 17 hours later.

Wonderful service and impeccable work every time. They have always been very quick to fix if there was ever an issue or wasnt happy with how something turned out.

Did a walkin waxing, pedicure and manicure. I was greeted by an amazing and welcoming staff. Jennifer was a wonderful and social specialist who took care of all my pampering. It was heaven. She did such an amazing job on all aspects. Very meticulous and precise. My pedicure was so relaxing as well as my manicure. The waxing was spectacular everything was so clean and smooth. Love this place and will make this my premier spot for all my services needed. Reccomend Jennifer always. Thank you so so much Jennifer. Awesome.

Pedicure came out great, full set was not what I wanted, I showed the nail tech a picture got the base coat right but didn’t have the color for the design, so I settled for a black color for the design which was a simple line the nail tech tried 2 times then gave up. I paid $107 fir my services and left disappointed

They really need focus on customers not on their talking, the ladies constantly talking their language while giving you service and you dont get a relief . they all work without paying attention to their clients!

The employees were nice but after two days of having my full set Im not sure the service I paid for was actually done because the color has already started fading. I paid $50 plus tip for something that isnt even lasting.

Ive been here many times over the years for pedicures. Now Ive found Nancy. Shes amazing. The amount of skin she gets off my feet is both disturbing and satisfying. I just do the basic pedi and its so self pampering!

Poor management, horrible customer service, bad job doing nails, there is a guy at the front desk he is so unprofessional and talk disrespectfully it seems he does not know anything about customer service I did my nails at this location Polo nails in Plano and a week after that two of my nails broke easily I went back there if they can fix it but no one was listening they were doing other things the whole time and act like they dont hear me, The worst thing happened was The guy at the front pointed his finger to me yelling and threatening me so I had to leave the salon, I do not recommend this place to anyone I have never seen such a bad customer service.

This is the best nail salon Ive been to yet. The staff was extremely nice and caring, especially the owner. I got dip nails done and they turned out very neat and pretty, especially compared to a lot of other places Ive been to. I would definitely come back here.

Pretty bad manicure. Top coat left random splotches all over my nails and when I asked for it to be fixed the man was rude. Only fixed half of the nails, too.

The nail technicians are sooo nice! My nails turned out beautifully. I recommend the $45 pedicure. You get your toe nails done, leg massage and a hot towel treatment. Theres a nail place less than a minute from me but I make the 20 minute drive instead, theyre that wonderful!!! Wish there were more than 5 stars!

This salon is incredible! Tiffany is best but everyone is so good and it’s always CLEAN! They can do any nail trend you want and happy to see you walk in. This is the best salon in Plano, hands down!

The quality of service is OK but they don’t treat all the customers the same, I noticed they didn’t offer any of their African-American customers anything to drink as they did the Caucasians customers.🧐 It was a very rushed job I like to be in a environment with equal service and kindness. The nail tech who did my pedicure was very nice but she was not very experienced at doing nail repairs. She did not know how to properly shape the acrylic nail putty. The nail that she attempted to repair looks very squared and lopsided. I told her that it didnt look right but she brushed me off and said that it will look better after she files the nail. She messed up the repair so bad that it was beyond correction. I dont think they had anyone available to properly do the repair but they didnt want to turn my business away. If you have a nail that needs to be repaired then this is not the place to go to.

Horrible customer service! The young woman at the front desk got frustrated while explaining the prices to me. I didn’t understand why the price went from $35 to $45 because my natural nails are slightly long. Nowhere near as long as most acrylic nails. She walked off mid-conversation two separate times before I decided to leave. I am highly disappointed in the treatment and service I received. I would never recommend this establishment.

This was my first visit. The manicure by Linda and pedicure by Vivian were both pretty good. I will visit again in the future.

I have gone here off and on over the last 8 years. For the most part, the staff is friendly. On multiple occasions, I have noticed that certain clients get more friendlier service (longer massage time, beverages, etc.). I choose the pedicure with exfoliating mask and hot towels and they speed through it in less than 45 minutes. I would like the same service and enthusiasm as these special clients get. It is usually very clean, however, this past weekend it was not so. The guy who did my manicure butchered my cuticles, even today, they look horrible and its only been 2 days. No need to continue giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Go somewhere else! I will not go back! There is an amazing spa just around the corner and they give excellent pedicures with extra long massage time...to everyone.

Ive been coming here for about 6 years now and this is the place I refer all my family and friends too. Im not sure why others havent felt that they received good service, ive never received anything but great service and the staff is so friendly. I go to Tracy to get my nails done and she always gives me exactly what I want and I have no complaints. The salon is extremely clean and neat, the worst is going to a dirty salon! The chairs are comfortable and new and they do everything they can to make you comfortable!

Worst service on the face of this earth. The polish was sloppy on both my hands and feet. The manicurist was asked to fix the sloppy work but I still didnt see a difference. A guy did my nails and a woman did my feet. Both horribly done. I wish I knew there names because I would post it so people can be aware. I will never go to this again. Please dont waste your time and money.

My first experience was great, also had Kevin, but this last Friday I went in, I had a girl working on my pedicure and a guy on my hands. I told the girl, when she started, if she should please trim the side of my big toe nail, she continued to not only rip the nail and DIG into the side of the nail, but she ripped the skin off and when I asked her to stop from the pain she was inflicting, she continued to try and go back to it, saying I almost have it. I was even bleeding. And she was annoyed at me because I was wincing in pain. And THEN she tried to pour alcohol on it. OMG! She was AWFUL!!! Sorry didnt get her name. The guy that did my manicure was OK, but he left my manicure to go SMOKE which STUNK when he got back, and was very distracted during the entire manicure. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Kevin was good the first time, but this last experience was so horrible, I would never trust them again. My toe is still raw from her pedicure and attempt to trim the sides of my nail... :(

I was a customer in 2006 and 2007. Moved away from this part of town and now am back in 2016. So happy to see sweet Cathy and Anna are still working at the same location after all these years and that the salon has gotten a remodel. Very clean salon with the new owners. Spacious and spread out with soothing colors throughout. Great nail polish selection. Air flow is excellent and you dont feel like you are inhaling chemicals which can happen at smaller salons if the ventilation is not monitored. Got a french gel mani by Anna and pedi by Lisa last night. Very happy with the service and I look forward to going back!

Im super surprised anyone gave this place a bad review. The staff is extremely kind and courteous. I get gel or nexgen powder and it always lasts at least 2 weeks, Ive had my current color on now for nearly 3 weeks. I havent seen any obvious health/cleanliness issues and they always pull tools from sanitary packages. Ive never used any of their other services, but for quality manicures, I definitely recommend Polo!

This place is pretty gross. My manicure wasnt relaxing at all. My nails dont look good and I had to point out a few mistakes when she finished. My pinky cuticle started to bleed during the mani. Dont worry - she didnt apologize or even acknowledge that she hurt me.There was food (bags of chips, wrappers, sodas) everywhere - so much that you have to wonder how the business passed any sort of health inspection. Oh, and the lady doing my nails was talking on the phone for the first 5 minutes.Not cool. Im certain Ill never go back. You should save your money too.

This nail salon used to be me and my friends go-to salon, we absolutely loved it! It has slowly been going down hill and all the regular nail techs quit! The last time I went the pedicurist has absolutely no idea what she was doing and cut my toes in multiple places which made them bleed. The next day I noticed my toe was infected where it had been cut. Thank goodness it heeled in the next few days, but that it scary business! They charged me way too much money for my gel manicure and kept arguing with me about it also, just ridiculous. We have never gone back since and never will.

Aweful!!!! When we first came they were super nice. As we kept coming the quality of their nails became worse and worse. They refused to fix are nails. Then they got sugar scrub on my $250 uggs and he paid us most of it and then kicked us out. They kept making are nails bumpy and not smooth. They couldn’t and refused to do design. There nail polish is old. They are not up to date with new nail techniques. They kept telling us that they couldn’t do a design that was simple and then one of their technicians could and we were there for four hours. I wish I could give them zero stars. I never want to go back to them . They even raised theit voice at us. They were completely and utterly rude.

I had been going to my main nail establishment religiously for Nexgen for a year but decided to try out Polo Nails since it was close to work and much cheaper. Prior to Polo I have never had any nail issues and prided myself on having long healthy natural nails thanks to Nexgen. My first service with Polo was decent and the tech shaped my nails well however they did use the drill a bit more then I would usually like. Also when I asked to have my cuticles pushed back they didnt even use a tool to push them back or cuticle scissors, instead the tech used his own nail to push back my cuticle. My nails are pretty long and almond shaped so since he did a decent job on the shape I decided to try a second set with Polo. During my second service, I got the same tech I had previously by random luck. When he removed the previous set I noticed a spot on one of my finger nails and when I inquired about it, he as well as another tech next to him assured me it was not fungus but caused by water that had gotten trapped under my nail (not sure what that even means). Again, I have never had an issue with my nails before so I assumed it was safe to trust the professionals so they proceeded to assure me it was fine to reapply a new Nexgen set and take my money. Fast forward to present day, something told me to not risk going back, I had given two chances which were enough for me so I went back to where I normally get my nails done where she confirmed that I do in fact have nail fungus that is now showing as spots on multiple finger nails. Luckily we caught it early so it hasnt done much damage yet but this has resulted in me having to cut down all my nails very short to start from scratch and can have nothing on my nails for weeks until the fungus clears up. Just be careful.

Worst service EVER!They used to be so good but the new management has ruined it very BAD :(I keep giving them another chance but they are the worst nail salon EVER.My gel keeps coming off a day after I get my nails done. They advertise free wifi and have no wifi. Restarted modem twice. Made an excuse that too many employees were logged in; had them log out. Still nothing. Im a student. I look for salons with wifi so that I may be productive as a pamper my feet.Second, the woman who was doing my pedicure insinuated I couldnt afford chosen (high priced )pedicure. Asks me twice if I was sure. Then pointed at menu. Again I said yes. Then she asks, you know its $50/60 (cant remember which)?Really?My toes were great though. And she apologized after I set her straight. So they got 2 stars.Oh!! I did receive a massage. It was on point!!

My girls and i love to go to Polo every few weeks, if possible. Personally I love Kennys pedis! He does an amazing job and my friends are always jealous. As well, one of my friends always gets Kim for her pedis . She swears by her as well. I usually get a mani as well but do not pick a certain person. It always come out good except my last one done by Amber. I got french gel last night, and this morning it is peeling and has dirt in the white. Also, my right hand has the white tip very crooked on all nails. The owner David assured me he will have me taken care of, so I will be going back today to get it fixed.I hope it is fixed well because there are 6 of us and that is alot of money lost if we switch or even just no longer get out nails done there and only do pedis. I will try to update my results of the new gel i get.

This place was horrible. I went and got my nails done and after 3 days they fell ! The place was so dirty and they were very unsanitary. I went back to get them fixed and they didnt want to fix them even though it was there fault they werent glued right! I hope this place goes out of bussness NEVER GO NOT RECOMENDED.

Went during lunch for a gel manicure, left with polish bits over fingertips and cuticles covered in polish - this was also after she had to redo 3 nails saying that I messed them up when clearly she had put too much polish on the tips of my nails and it was extremely clumpy. Awful experience - will never return.

Poor customer service

Ivy was very rough, even heard my knuckle crack. Then she didnt message my hands, while others got their hands message for the same service. I told her I didnt tip her because she didnt give me a hand message, she just walked away in anger. First and last time l will go there.
