Excellent customer service! Star does my nails and their always flawless!! Kevin does my pedicures...so relaxing, his massages are bomb and my polish last for 4 weeks..No Chips!

I came in to nails star this morning, and I had the great opportunity to have Jay work on my nails. She is literally amazing!! She was super quick, and she made my nails look beautiful. I definitely recommend Jay, she’s great!!

I would give this place 20 Stars if I could amazing all three of the girls who worked on me where awesome Brittany, Lucy, and Jay were all amazing they were so kind and so sweet very attentive you couldnt ask for a better place check it out! Best massage ever Brittany hands down Lucy and Jay did such an amazing job with Brittanys out on my nails everything turned out so perfect!

The staff is very nice they are all family but my nails didnt last stop peeling off and after paying $70 plus a tip I would have thought theyd last longer

Came in to get nexgen with super healthy long natural nails. Left satisfied even though another girl had come in complaining that this was the second time hers were all breaking after a week on. Well $50 later I left. With not nexgen but acrylic on. Okay fine. Except a week later one popped off. I added some glue and put it back on. 2 weeks out another popped off. Except this one had a lovely new nail fungus to go with it. Something I did not have before going here. Would rate 0 if I could. This is disgusting.

I tried them out fir the first time on last Saturday. The lady got so upset with me because I didnt want NexGen nails and stated she couldnt do my nails another lady would. When the other lady sat down to do my nails she did a rush job and missed a few steps in the process. I let her finish and she charged me $42 dollars for short, square nails fully polished and I didnt want to argue so I paid and left. By Monday my nails were lifting up and by this Saturday all my nails are off, not broken just off. I will never go back to them again.

I am making this place a must go every 2weeks. They did a great job and I also loved the prices. Cannot wait to be there again this weekend!!

I’ve been to many nail shops from Dallas to Carrollton, Plano, Grapevine, Lewisville, Frisco and this is my fave! They always do a great job and I’m always in and out! It’s very clean and they don’t hurt you when removing your old set. I live in Lewisville and drive all the way to Plano to get my nails done with them because they don’t disappoint and the rates are decent compared to other places. Every time I cheat, ( to accompany a friend at their shop picks) I always regret it and say to myself that i should’ve just waited to go to my nail shop... Nail Star get 5 stars from me!

I got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and everything turned out AMAZING 😊 They should have all 5 stars. Friendly staff and cheap prices too. I love this place and will be coming back every time 👍 I also love the fact that they are open until 7:30pm unlike the other places that Ive been to ❤

Emily is no longer there, what a bummer.. the lady that did my nails was nice but she did a bad job, she try to fix it 3 times. I ask her to stop, pay and left. This WAS the place i used for a long time. sorry to say I will no longer use them. I had to go somewhere else to fix them.

Dont have much options. Had me sit and wait a whole hour and a half after they were pretty much rushing me to tell them what i wanted when 3 other people were walking around doing nothing. Not everybody goes in knowing exactly what they want. Then they kept cutting enterupting me when I kept speaking of what I wanted. I will never go back here and will not recommend them to anybody. And for what I paid 50 dollars just for a manicure was not even worth the the price. My first and last time here. Learn customer service.

The ONLY employee that does good quality is Ana but she was out right rude this time. I live in Dallas and drive all the way here for my nail appt at 2:10 and when I walk in at 2:20 she is with another customer. Any other nail salon with customer respect waits at least 15 min before skipping an appt! Looked like she had been working on her for more than a minute too. Gave me a sad excuse and tried to pass me off to one of her inexperienced employees. lol no. Why couldnt the lady you skipped me for get another employee? No other employee was busy. The respect and professionalism is non existent. So frustrating to drive here in Dallas traffic to be disrespected in front of everyone and skipped over. I will never return to a place like this and will spread the word!!!

They wanted me to come back for a basic pedicure tomorrow. Over an hour until close time

I took my friend to get her underarms waxed and they ended up plucking all of her hairs there! OUCH! They also commented on her ethnicity saying Hispanics are hairy, as an excuse of why their wax wasnt working. My friend still ended up paying full price for the service.

This is the only place I go...Emily has been doing my nail for over 5 years. Started out out walmart. Then she moved to this location.
