I had an in person session with James this week. I have had this type of healing on my bucket list for 5 years. I had a fantastic experience with James. He made me feel safe and comfortable. Even after voicing how nervous i was he explained everything and the whole process which made me feel very at ease. My experience was a little different, the first time we sat down, I was having trouble with the embers shift my mind/body was experiencing and was not able to get into the deep meditative state I needed to be. About 3 weeks ago I had a past life regression with James. I had never done one before so I had no expectations as to what the results would be. I had such an amazing experience with Journey of the Souls past life regression. I was skeptical at first of my own abilities to undergo hypnosis but James is a true professional with a gift at this work. I did not think that my subconscious thoughts were anything profound or deeply meaningful at the time of the hypnosis, and I felt like everything I was saying was just totally random. I had an amazing experience with James!.. James himself is very calming and down to earth!.. He makes it very easy for you to relax and get inside of yourself. We visited a couple of my past lives and I could actually feel the emotion and physical experiences of my past live self. While visiting one of them I became very sad and nauseous. So this was something very new to me and I wasnt sure what to expect. I felt very comfortable with James right away. He explained the process, what could happen and explained to me that there was no right or wrong way to do this. In doing so, he immediately took the pressure off and I was able to really engage in this experience. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to answer them all. I worked with James - Journey of the Souls on 2 different sessions. On the first session, he got me to relax and go back and find the areas in myself that were blocking me from moving forward.
