Realy good place wit friendly stuff. the boat is clean, fueled and ready to sail.Instructions is very detailing and cleare so you ready to go even if this is youre first time plus instructor will help you to find good spot to swim and privet beaches.

Excellent customer service. Unit had a mechanical issue and broke down while we were out on the water. They ran to our rescue and got it taken care of very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing water equipment. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

We had a decent day out on the water on a rented Pontoon boat. We had planned to go fishing, just inside the Gulf of Mexico, since Pontoons are not as stable as sailboats, which Ive captained many.We had cancelled this rental, the day before, due to windy weather. To the rental owners credit, they were transparent enough to discourage us from trying to fish on such a windy day. They also allowed us to transfer our payment to the next day.However, what was disappointing was the state and quality of the Pontoon boat. Not only did none of the electronics work (completely dead), which left us not having any instruments to help make the trip more enjoyable and safer.Moreover, when we attempted to anchor, five times, we learned that the shank on the Danforth anchor was bent, which did not allow the fluke to dig into the sandy/grassy bottom. The anchor kept dragging and would not hold, even a little. When we brought this to the attention of one of the employees upon returning to the dock, we got the response, Well, it was fine when you left the dock. Whaaaat? After continued conversation, the employee relented, and said, well, ok, well take care of it.Regarding the electronics, the employee said, it happens all the time. We cant control this due to the salt water, and other maintenance challenges. Ive maintained electronics and other mechanical requirements on sophisticated sailing yachts up to 45 footers, and I certified as Master Captain for 50 ton ships, with sailing endorsement. Maintaining a Pontoon, with its simple electronics and mechanicals (anchor, etc.) should be a no brainer.Since this was, essentially, a floating raft, with an outboard, we were not expecting much, other than a fishing outing, albeit, that was a challenge.

Rent a pontoon boat to crusie around lemon bay for the day. Process was super easy, as long as your 30 years old or older all you need is a drivers license. Jet ski rules are different I do believe. Boat wasnt new by any means but it was the oldest one in the fleet. It was around $250.00 for six hours 11-5. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the bay. Certainly will come back for all my boat rental needs...

The service was great. Our car battery gave out and they kindly jumped our car. The boat was in great shape and they provided wonderful instructions for us. It was our 1st time driving a boat and they made it easy to follow the rules.

We had to take the boaters test and it was super easy. As long as you answer all the safest choices you will pass. It’s similar to a learners permit test but for the water. It took a little while but it wasn’t a big deal. Both my girlfriend and I passed each first time with 1 wrong. We got onto the jet ski and it was later in the day. As long as you listen to what they tell you, it won’t be a hassle or scary experience. Trust yourself with the machinery. He took us out to the gulf. Being someone who has lived here for 18 years I would have loved to stay in the inter coastal. Not only can you really have a good time, but you can see more. If you plan to check out the area from water, this is not your place. But if you get a good day that is smooth on the gulf I’m sure you can have a great time. Staying on the inter coastal would have been smoother and a more enjoyable experience considering the gulf had 2-4 foot waves while we were out there. Doesn’t seem like much but for our first time on a jet ski for 2 people was not too enjoyable. Still had a great time and am really wanting a jet ski now. It is a great time to be in the sun and water.

We recently took a tour by Pontoon with Brant and had the best time! He was so knowledgeable about the area that he was able to teach us several things. We found great sandbars to pick shells and sand dollars, stopped on an island for lunch and found at least 15 dolphins that would swim by our boat to watch! We would take this tour again in a heartbeat! Shout out to Brant for being amazing!

First time renting here and I have to say it was the best experience I’d ever had. My daughter and I Normally rent in Fort Myers but we decided toDo something different. We actually stumbled upon this place. Customer service was great as well. We rented the wave runner and I have to say never had so much fun with the area they give you to play in. Although our wave runner stranded us in the gulf it was not something I would say was a negative experience. The staff was very helpful with getting us back and the dying wave runner was just something that happened. We will definitely go back again.

We have been renting boats here for over a year and we have always had exceptional service. Riley, Nick and Gray are amazing. Highly recommend. There is nothing quite like a day on the bay. Be sure to grab a cheeseboard at the wine bar.

We had a private Sunset/Dolphin cruise today. Beautiful cruise, lots of information on wildlife and the area. Gray was a delightful captain! We ended with dinner at the Beach Road Bistro when we docked! Great evening!

We had a wonderful time. Steve was our captain and he was friendly and really wanted to make sure we enjoyed the cruise. We saw some manatees and two dolphins, and the sunset was spectacular. Highly recommend this company if you want an enjoyable, reasonably priced sunset/dolphin cruise. Definitely something we will do again.

Rented a pontoon boat here in 2018 for the first time .... after vacationing in the area for 15 years! Had a blast! Great staff, magical trip with dolphins swimming alongside boat, great swimming and sightseeing. This year we are back and have already rented twice! Can’t say enough good things about this operation!

Rented boat was great. We had a great day until we were told the wrong time to return the boat. Heading back to return the boat we hot stuck on a sand bar. A guy named grey drove a jet ski out to us and started cussing on front of my 2 kids. Proceeded to tell us that we would have to pay for the boat due to being stuck on a sandbar. They tried to pull us out and no success. After about an hour of listening to this unprofessional guy cuss and scream at us they finally got a boat to get us back to the dock. Please dont rent from these people. My kids had to listen to inappropriate language. On top of that they charged us 200.00 more dollars for the boat. Which we understand if they were loosing money. If you decide to rent from this unprofessional establishment you will be disappointed due to the customer service. There was one guy that was helpful and very nice to all of us and I dont know his name but Id like to say thank you.

We have rented pontoons for the past 5 years here and we have always had great service and the boats were in great shape! We did get a new pontoon this year and it was fantastic! Rented a party barge two weeks ago and had a BLAST! The guys on the dock were easy to work with and made this a great experience. The price was reasonable, the boat was clean and ran great. Very helpful, friendly and easy going staff. We saw dolphins including a mother and baby. Although they said it would be unlikely we did see a pair of Manatee that came up for air right next to the Kayak. Amazing experience and well worth the $45

Great experience. We rented a 21 ft Sea Hunt. Picked it up at 5 pm, took to our rental house on palm island overnight. Boat ran great. Check in the following afternoon was easy. My husband forgot his watch in the console, and when we called they grabbed it and held for us. We were real grateful. Only neg was the little tapas restaurant... Way too overpriced for what we got. Quality nice ! Fresh ingredients. Well prepared, but looks like a 5 percent food cost. Liver pate needs balance...perhaps add a pear to the mix and a wine or sherry reduction.

Me and 3 other people rented 4 skis from this place payed cash on two skis and from the gecko the owner Greg was cussing up a storm wanted to baby sit us well we were out he complained about not getting a tip even though hes the owner cash for 2 skis Im sure that goes into the pocket he held are licenses and wanted a credit card to quote he said I will charge your credit card if I see a scratch on them wow his skis are all beat up I so wish that I had gone to allure I had a better experience with them I figured I would give this place a try but never again! !!!!!

We came here to rent a boat. Called first. Talked to the guy when we got there, he told us to go look at the boat. We told him which boat we wanted, he said he didnt know which one we were referring to and just walked away, no opportunity to even point at the one we wanted. Then the guy literally ignored us for the next hour. Walked past us several times while we were patiently waiting without saying anything to us once. We finally decided to leave and he just watched us go and didnt even acknowledge us. What rude and horrible customer service. If you want to be treated like dirt, go here. Horrible place. Waste of time and glad we didnt get the chance to waste our money here.

Excellent equipment. The waverunners fly, mine took me up to 55 miles per hour. The guys there are really nice but are very serious with their equipment. I seen a family of dolphins and a stingray. The experience was amazing and i would strongly reccomend it to anyone.

This guys are great me and my wife took a 17ft skiff boat out and the best time ever we got to see dolphins and also got to dock the boat and play around in Crystal clear water we had so much fun that we were going to do a dinner cruise instead we are going to rent the boat again great time and definitely recommend

I have my own paddle and paddleboard but I lost my paddle while paddleboarding. I had planned to paddleboard most of my one week vacation. I went to 6 different places and apparently paddles are in short supply here. I called Beach Road Watersports and asked i they would be willing to sell or rent me a paddle. They said yes and saved my vacation! I cant thank them enough!! I know its an unusual request to rent only a paddle but they accommodated.

Im a local here, I stopped by and was given a price of 1 kayak for 30 and 2 for 40 for 3 hrs for a rental. Came the next day and I get a different HIGHER price? Guy agreed to honor the original price but after me and my crew came back from kayaking less then 3 hrs later, I was told the total was over 90 bucks! I questioned why it was so high and was told it was 20 for 1ST HOUR then 5 bucks for ADDITIONAL HR!!!! So angry that this place is so dishonest and was trying to screw me over!!! Will NEVER go back!!

Booked a kayak guided tour from this place and had a really awesome time. Our tour guide Buel taught us lots of neat things about mangroves and the wildlife in the area. We saw dolphins and a bunch of birds feeding their young in a mangrove. The sounds coming out of those babies were crazy! It was a little scary crossing the boat channel as Im not accustomed to water traffic rules but Im glad we did it with a guide because it made it easier the next day when we went Paddleboarding on our own. I would recommend this place for sure. The only struggle was trying to get them on the phone but weekend mornings seemed to be the best time. Otherwise fantastic value and really nice people.

I think that the guys sense of humor and sarcasm is being misprecieved. They were very thorough in their explanations of the jetskis/safety and even helped out with pricing a bit. It may be because Im from new york but I personally found them pretty funny, Ill definitely be going back to them for water sports in coming trips out to manasota

Disorganized company, we witnessed the employees stapling random waivers to boat packages that the passengers were not even on. We arrived and there was a large group in front of us. All of us were from Michigan and neighboring towns. While we were chatting about it, the manager (?) owner (?) stated that he would rather not have the Michigan business. Really? Thats a big chunk of his business I would guess. My boyfriend almost left when the man implied Michigan customers were a pain in the rear. This man was very rude and trite. He made jokes at others expense, including his own employees, calling one particular employee dumb and telling us stories about him. Unprofessional to say the least. The boat was okay, clean, but then this man wore his dirty shoes on it while giving us the briefing, subsequently the boat deck was now covered in muddy prints. Boat instruments didnt work including the fuel gage. Lastly, we had one goal in mind for the day, to visit Cabbage Key and have a Jimmy Buffett cheeseburger. This man told us we were not allowed to go this far and Im pretty sure lied when he said an alarm would sound should we go past the Boca Grand bridge. Other boat companies will allow you to boat to Cabbage Key. We had fun but will use other boat rental places in the future.

Unorganized and not very customer focused management. I booked my boat two weeks in advance as renting a boat has become a family tradition we all look forward to over the holidays. I called on Dec 18th for a Dec 28 rental - even had the date and time of the call logged in my phone. Our reservation was never recorded and we were immediately DISMISSED by the manager/owner as having likely called the another boat rental company. No courtesy discussion, just immediate you were wrong, we are right. I have rented from this company at least 7 times in the last few years. I have looked the other way about the poor conditions of their boats, lack of organization, and even the staff of which on more than one occasion were assisting us while clearly intoxicated or severely hung over. Clearly, customer service and safety are not a priority for this company. This is not a place I would recommend if you want safety and a good experience with your family.

We rented a Pantoon boat for 6 hours for the third year in a row.The staff in the rental is very nice.Price for 6 hours is 285 € excl. Tax + gas.After a brief discussion and show the Driver License and paperwork, there was always a brief briefing from the boat, then it started already.A great boat rental, its definitely worth itAgain any time :)
