This was such a relaxing experience. I feel revitalized- everything was customer focused- this was an experience more than a rush in, get it done, rush out. The service was exceptional! Got a pedicure, the tech was so amazing and sweet... She even gave me some red wine 🍷💃. Then the owner came in with his wife they were so sweet and amazing they offered me to try some of their Vietnamese dinner pork bun. It was so yummy and amazing! As I was getting finished getting my nails filled they offered me some lotion a gift that they give to many of their customers. I endorse this place and give this place a 5-star rating because it is truly one-of-a-kind; absolutely phenomenal, and will make you feel like you are always a Queen 👑 and family! 💃🌻🤗💓

They do a really good job on nails and toes but their customer service is horrible. However they tax on everything. Example, a regular pedicure is $25 and does not include callus removal with the foot file. Thats the whole point of getting a pedicure is to remove the dead skin. So they basically just wash your feet. Also the prices increase every time I come in for the same exact thing. OMG

Wonderful service! I felt very comfortable with the cleanliness. I watched them clean and disinfect each station after use. Very friendly and made me that my business and person was valued. I will definitely return and I recommend highly. Also took great care that my nails were perfect!

The best pedicure Ive ever had. Got the Jelly and Collagen pedicure and it was a real treat. Staff is a family thats struggling through the pandemic. Extremely courteous and accommodating. Treatments show attention to detail and sanitation, which has been missing at many other spas. For example, they use single serve packets for treatments when possible rather than the bulk in a reusable container. They served bottled water, red and white wine (red was very good-sangria-like). Theyre willing to come up and give treatments if you call and ask even when theyre not open, which is almost unheard of. I hope they stay in business as theyre the best. Come and try them-you wont be disappointed. Leave a positive review, people (like us) rely on them heavily when making a decision where to go.

The staff was so sweet and kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. They turned on cartoons for my daughter and were so sweet to her. I even got free hand sanitizer when I left! Our nails and toes look amazing. So happy with the service I received and I will be going back!

They did a great job accommodating walk ins, not just us, but a large family walked in near the end of the day and they did what they could to get every one taken care of. They use many single use items for cleanliness, and their metal multi use items were in sterilization packages. The facility was clean. We were offered water and wine. I did the jelly and collagen pedi, and the jelly was fun to squish between my toes. The pedicure was great, they did a very good job. The staff was friendly and efficient. Color selection was good. Price was pretty comparable to other nice pedicures. Massage chairs were comfortable. Will definitely be coming back!

Been coming here since i moved to Texas about 3years ago. Took my daughter in for a little pampering 3 months ago and noticed the prices were a little higher and they were under new management. Havent been back since my husband got me a gift certificate because he knows they were my favorite place but i have to pay more the $45 certificate for a full set. When i asked for a refund for the gift certificate to try somewhere new i was told we couldnt get our money back. Very nice staff just not for me and if you cant pay $55 for your nails i wouldnt recommend

I never knew this salon was there, until earlier this year. Pedicures: their deluxe (with orange slices and a paraffin wax) is priced well below their competitors at $35. Every member of their staff is excellent! Highly recommend! Call and make an appointment before you leave your home as most customers are walk-ins. You won’t be waiting. (Closed Monday)

My best friend and I have been regulars here before the new management came in. We liked the service before. Now the prices are too high and they NEVER have the color we want. On 10/17/20 They tried charging me $65 because I got dip (NO TIPS) and 2 fingers designed. That is RIDICULOUS especially for how long they take! Not to mention, they gave me a fungal infection on my toe!! This salon has gone downhill ever since new management took over. My feet were one of my favorite assets (also my fiancés) and I cant even look at them now. I am embarrassed. I will call the nail salon tomorrow and demand a refund and if not then I will file a chargeback with my bank and also contact the health department!!

I book appointment at 1pm sunday. It was amazing to come in without waiting and see they are crowded and they have Miley who is technician are waiting for me. They are under new management. They are proud of product they used for their services. They are truly care not only customers but also their product and professionalism. I tried Jasmine VOESH, it was cancer free, paraben free, cruelty free, and organic kit. I’m still amazed by their jasmine scent. They also have nice Chanel Polish collection. Best thing about them is they gave me a free lotion (large size) which is not only taking care of my skins at the salon but also at home. Definitely come back and recommended to my friends.

Awesome experience compared to others around or near area. Relaxing and clean environment. Reasonable pricing. Ladies pay close attention to detail. Very meticulous about their work. And did not feel rushed like cattle. Ms T did a fabulous job on pedicure and very gentle with ingrowns. Mia was amazing on manicure. I highly recommend them. I will definitely come back.

I love Ocean Nails. Mike, Tee, and the crew are all awesome. They are very hospitable and make you feel welcomed. Very clean. Although it is a little farther from my home, I travel here instead of going to a larger shop near me. The noise and clutter in other shops is a turn off.

Good service quiet place

Went in to have my nails fixed from another salon and was very pleased with my experience. The technician went above and beyond and you could tell she cared about what she did.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Never come to this place unless your looking for thinner eyebrows that are a completely different shape. This place is terrible I regret spending money here, my beautiful arched eyebrows were rounded off without my consent or suggestion. I wasn’t even told the shape would be changed. My shape was changed and my eyebrows were shortened off, I absolutely hate this place and will not be back.

This salon is under new management and the staff is great. I have been coming to this salon now for a while based off of recommendations and I love the way I’m treated when I arrive. The prices are fair. I don’t have any complaints about this salon.

The lady did my pedicure was horrible. Everything was rushed my polish wasn’t done right I still had dry skin on my heel after I told her that was my main concern. Had to come back next day for them to re do the polish. The lady didn’t even take off the polish just put more clumps on top of it. The new owners of this place sucks. Old owner Tim who smoked every 5 seconds cared about there Clients. Please come back and get your relatives out of your establishment their ruining your realtionship with your older clients who has been coming here for YEARS!!

My mom and I come here regularly. The lady that does my nails doesnt speak great English but she understands. Shes the only person Ill let near my eyebrows. Ive never had a bad experience getting my nails done here. I usually just get a traditional mani/pedi. But I have gotten acrylics done a few times and I loved them. They turned out beautifully. The ladies are so sweet and caring and always make us feel pampered.

Against my better judgment I tried Ocean Nails today. Unfortunately, they met my expectations. Yes, the price was good. However, they drilled my natural nails down so much one of them was to the bed. I use acrylics because Im trying to prevent my nails from painful breaking and peeling. Not only did they file the natural nails so much one bled they insisted they had to be cut, just to glue tips on. I did not want tips just overlay but they cut two of my nails to the nubs before I realized what was being done. My artificial nails are now thick and disgusting. I much rather would have my thin peeling nails back. It will take months for my nails to recover from the damage that was done today.

Not enjoyable at all! The pedicure was not bad but had to deal with a small child thatwas there talking to everyone and would not be quite. Could not relax at all. The gentleman that did my nails got the product all over my fingers and was not very good. Just an over all bad experience and feel I totally wasted my hard earned money. Writing this review so no one else will go through it.

Um so my friend went to get her nails done here. She got acrylics and they literally put them on upside down. The square tips were at the bottom!!! Shes going back to get a refund and for them to fix them so well see how that goes...

Took quite a long time for a pedicure. I think my tech was new bc the girl next to her kept instructing her throughout my pedi. She burned me with the hot stone and the girl next to me got cut on her heel. Not sure exactly how... I just noticed the bandaids and solution they used to stop bleeding. The poor lady on the other side of me sat with her feet in the water for an hour before any one worked on her.

Went to Ocean Nails 3 days ago and hated my experience. I had a mani and pedi done and was not satisfied. First, on the pedicure, they did not eliminate my calluses on both feet. Also the clipping and nail filing were so uneven. Granted the hot rocks and warm towel was a plus, but I'd rather have a proper pedicure than all the "extras". Second, the manicure, all I asked for was a clear polish - it has already started to come off starting at the cuticle. Then my biggest problem with my mani was that right after I was done and went home, all 10 nails started peeling. My nails looked horrible. My mom was there with me as well and asked for a French manicure on both hands and feet and was drawn horribly, not to mention the polish has started to peel as well. Great price but hated their skills. Sadly, we won't be returning.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. most unpleasant experience of of my life! they took 2 hours to do my manicure, cut me severely and kept leaving me to go do someone elses nails, did the same thing to my friend to the point she got up and left. when I asked for a refund they refused.i will open a dispute on the charge. charged me more than any other place I have been to as well.

They took way too long was there for about 3 hours. And nails lasted about a week.

Their service is substandard at best . I went to this nail shop based on recommendation from a friend and was highly disappointed, insulted and offended . I paid after my service but was rudely questioned if I paid . How dare you people ! It wasn’t the question about me paying, it was the accusatory manner in which it was asked . I will never return I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.
