BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!!Hands down, no doubt about Epic Nail Bar best nail salon ever! I went with my Mom and we had so much fun! Our nails came out fantastic! We came out feeling younger, more beautiful, and had so much fun! Everyone here is so friendly and professional! I highly recommend Epic to everyone and anyone looking to get some pampering and get your nails done at the same time!

I took two of my daughters here this weekend and we had such a fun and relaxing experience. The nail bar was clean, the customer service was amazing, and they had a huge selection of nail colors to choose from. Laura, Kelly, Yoki, and David worked as team to ensure our experience was delightful. We have found our new favorite nail bar!! Thanks to Laura and her team for a wonderful experience!!

I enjoyed my time, everyone is very nice. I’m just not satisfied with my nails. They’re not the right shape, they’re close but they’re weird. They are all different. And I know that that’s normal but when I say they’re all different I mean the shapes are weird. None of them are straight. I’m not upset and I don’t dislike the salon. I just want to get them removed

This salon is very pretty and clean and have a large selection of polish colors. Laura does a great job with everything she does! Mani-Pedi and waxing. Laura is so sweet and friendly. My parents went to Laura for years. She was very patient with them and always helped them get in the car. She treated them as if they were her own family. Last week I went to see Laura for a pedicure and to tell her my mom had passed. Laura was so sweet as she remembered my moms sweet laugh. I highly recommend seeing Laura at Epic Nail Bar!

Had my nails done a week or so ago and took my family back for pedicures! We were all well taken care of. Love the laughter of the very pleasant staff. The owner (Laura?) is the best!!!

This place has such a convenient location and its beautiful and very clean inside. They offer all types of services, but if youre a nail 💅 fanatic like myself, they do a great job at custom sets. Everyone is really nice and they make sure you have a drink, pillow, anything to make you feel comfy. Kelly worked at an amazing pace and paid attention to detail. I definitely didnt feel like she was just rushing to get me done and gone. There was another lady with a newborn in a stroller while she was getting her nails done with a friend. The ladies were so cute and sweet taking care of momma and baby. Im sure the momma was very thankful. The atmosphere is on point, and its not overwhelming like some newer contemporary prices. Their prices are very affordable and comparable to nearby salons.Ive also taken my daddy here for a pedicure. We go get our nails done together. He loves it here and feels completely at home.

I took my 12 year old daughter in to get her nails done for the start of school. The nails came out okay, but the experience was not good. There was one other customer and a total of 2 employees. The girl that did her nails was very unfriendly and almost seemed like she was mad at us for being there. She did not speak to us at all, never smiled, did not try to assist us on design ideas or give any kind of feedback. She just seemed to have a black cloud around her and I couldnt wait to leave. I was disappointed because the reviews said they were wonderful, friendly, very customer service oriented and we just felt very awkward and uncomfortable the whole time. I wont be going back.

I love this place!!! A friend gave me a gift certificate and I quickly dumped my other nail salon after coming here! Laura is my technician and she is very attentive, detail oriented and so nice! The massage is relaxing and the care that is placed in doing my nails is unreal! They serve you drinks (the mangoritas are delish!) and everyone is very accommodating, professional and incredibly sweet. The aloe Vera and orange pedicure is killer! It’s incredibly clean and comfortable and they always play a wide array of really good music. Do yourself a favor and visit this nail salon. I will never go elsewhere!!!

It was open later than other nail studios so I gave them a try. Clean and pleasant. My nail tech Rachel was efficient and gentle on my nails which I appreciated. The hot towel at the end a plus.

Love, love, love Laura & Lucy! Amazing service! When I mess up toe right after leaving, Lucy redoes all 10 at no charge when the shop should be closed Sat. Night. When the massage chair shakes me messing up Laura, she still will not turn off chair to give me relaxation. When I walk in saying I have groceries in car, she will refrigerate for me. They do powder & gel on natural nails too! A whole bar of juices & drinks (& alcohol but I don’t drink). Stays open until 9 pm every night! They stay open later any time I’m running late too!

Went here with my sister over the weekend. Im a 25 year old man and had never received a mani/pedi before, but my sister talked me into it. It was incredible! Cant recommend this place enough, for any and all genders! Laura was so kind, welcoming, and funny. It was a relaxing, soothing, and fun time. They have free alcoholic drinks/soft drinks for you to sip on as well. Will definitely be going back, and am very glad I opened my mind to this wonderful new experience.

Finally I found the right place.I got a fabulous foot and hand massage,better than that it doesnt get.They were eagar to please and meet my needs.

Worst pedicure EVER!!! If I could give zero star I would, i was shortened on my 20 mimute massage and it wasnt even a massage, she lightly rubbed my skin. Did not scrub my feet. Gell Polish was all over my skin. Paid 68$

My favorite nail salon closed last fall and I have been looking for a new place. My daughter and I went today after a friend had recommended and this will be our new place! The staff was so friendly and did a great job on our pedicures. We thought the salon had a nice, relaxing atmosphere.

The lady that did my pedicure was pretty good, but there was a different lady that did my manicure. She was rough with my nails and tried to hide the fact that she made me bleed. And any time Ive gone somewhere to get a mani-pedi, the person doing the manicure will work on one hand and then go to the other side of the chair and work on the other hand. Not this lady. She had me twisting around in the massage chair to get my opposite hand at just the right angle that she needed it. So much for a relaxing experience.Then, I had asked for gel nails so we had to use the little portable lights to seal it and again she had me twisting and contorting in my chair and kept moving the device. One of the first layers of color messed up and she started blaming me for touching the light! From then on I waited for her to put ot down before attempting to put my hand in.Many of the other ladys at the shop are really nice. I didnt get her name but she definitely will never be doing anyones nails in my family again.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I read previous reviews saying this was a good salon. I’m new to the area and needed to find a place. This was probably one of my worst experiences. They did the manicure and pedicure at the same time. I was the only one there at 1pm on a Friday afternoon and I see no reason why I wasn’t allowed to relax during my pedicure. Instead, I was forced to hold my arms up and across my body the entire time while my nails were being done. I wanted the dip powder on my natural nails. I wasn’t asked how I wanted them shaped and they came out VERY square. There was absolutely no cuticle work done to my nails. The total came out to be $100 and I am not happy at all with my experience. The color/design is okay, but not worth what I paid. The pedicure was decent but again, I couldn’t enjoy it because I was having my nails done at the same time. I was expecting much more.

I had a lovely experience at Epic Nail Bar. The staff was so friendly and the work they did was excellent. The nails and the leg massage were my favorite part. I look forward to coming back again. This is my new favorite nail place!

Before arriving to this nail bar, I googled surrounding nail salons. Other places had too many negative reviews about poor service and I couldn’t tell what the inside of the salons looked like. When I came upon this location, the picture of their nail salon was VERY appeasing! When I arrived there were only two workers (Lucy and Laura). Laura greeted my daughter and I while she was tending to another client. That was amazing because most workers just tell you to hold on and wait. I told Laura what we wanted and she immediately sat us down and asked if we wanted anything. There was a long wait, but it was well worth the wait. I understood that we are in a pandemic and only a certain number of people can be present. I was in no rush for service because when you get your nails done, you never know how long the wait might be if you didn’t make an appointment. Both Laura and Lucy constantly checked on me and my daughter and when it was our turn, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected. They constantly thanked me for waiting and I constantly thanked them for having great service. I would recommend them to ANYONE! I was visiting from out of town and I’ve already made plans to visit them again! GREAT JOB LAURA AND LUCY!!!

I love this Family Nailbar. While not fancy, the staff is warm and happy to see me. The are accommodating, if you want to sit in the reclining Pedicure chair while getting a Manicure fine. The Aloe Pedi is my favorite 30+ minutes for the massage. Well worth the time and cost.

I had an amazing experience with Leo. I came in with a walking boot (severely sprained ankle) and I was embarrassed about the shape my feet were in due to depression. Like, legs not shaved, calloused feet, long toe nails kind of embarrassed. Leo had such a compassionate energy and immediately made me feel like none of that mattered, and that everyone deserves to set their stress aside and relax. Honestly I could not care less about how the toes came out (but they were perfect!) It was more about the energy exchange, and he made me feel human. Thank you Leo, Ill be back soon. 🖤

I spent $60+ $10 tip. For my nails to start breaking off the next day. Day 5 and I only have 3 nails left. These are the most cheap nails for an expensive price Ive ever had. Will never go back!I posted a picture of the horrible red to black ombre nails on photos tab.

There was one man working in the entire salon, he rushed through the services, didnt listen to us or understand us correctly. Made a mess of the design then tried to correct it over the finished product which made it worse . Horrible 1st experience

I went for a pedicure today and it was great. I was very impressed with both the establishment and the service. They provide a spacious and relaxing environment, large massage chairs, cold beverages, and have a very friendly staff. I walked in, was greeted right away, and was in a chair within 5 minutes. Rose was the foot pro who worked on me and she was FANTASTIC. I got a chance to speak with several other staff members and everyone was very friendly. I will be back for sure.

Leo and Laura took great care of me when I came in today. I had a pedicure, as well as had dip nails done. I have been coming here for about a year and a half. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting friendly efficient service.

The guy who works here does great nexgen. Its thinner and more normal polish looking than anywhere else Ive tried in Plano, where it tends to look like you have pillows on your nails. Can reliably go 3-4 weeks without any chips or breaking.The included hand massage after the polish is nice too.

Love this place, my nextgen looks flawless! My daughter got a French fade which is rather difficult but it looks amazing as well. Over all we are 100% satisfied and plan on going back. I used to go to the Nail Bar but this place does better quality in my opinion.

Best pedicure I have had in YEARS!!!! It was so refreshing that every service noted on the menu was completed in full. Cyndi did an amazing job and now, Im hooked! Plano Nail Bar used to be my go to but Cyndi turned me. ;)

Asked for rebate plus 2 nails to be put on instead I get talked about in a foreign language and told that I was told they could not fill in my other nails. I speak English so what are you saying!!!!! Never go there when they are incompetent and unprofessional!!!!

Tim was a great host and very professional. He was very detailed oriented and a perfectionist so the end result was better than i expected. When I went there store should be closed but the boy and girl stayed for me and they worked with patient on my nails I am so happy because I can fined my nail salon.

Holy hell this was awful. I came in and wanted regular acrylic nails and a pedi. I Got there at 10 oclock when they opened. I had one lady doing My nails in the other one start on my pedicure. She started soaking my nails so I ask again are we doing a acrylic nails? They said no you wanted regular manicure. I said no I wanted regular acrylic.I said never mind because fingernail Polish will not stay on my nails because I am a hairdresser. Then they said OK well lets do gel and we can match your toes and your nails. I agreed and we started doing that then they said O you want length? then you have to do dips. They started to do my dip nails. So now the polish on my toes did not match my nails it took her 4 hours to do my nails. 1 of them she messed up and is bumpy. Not to mention she cut 3 cuticles on my nails and made them bleed. I do not recommend this place to anybody

I do not endorse this place anymore. I got my nails done by this establishment to prepare for Valentines Day and the technician did a great job. But yesterday, I was dressed down and treated horribly. The technician I had was sarcastic and rude. The other techinicians stood over me talking to each other. My techinician kept stopping to talk. She definitely did not respect my time. When my nails were complete, she just got up and walked off. I felt very uncomfortable. I never not tip, but yesterday I paid for my services and left! I definitely will not return. Beautiful place but they need more control over their staff.

Cindy and Lan are amazing!!!! I have followed Cindy to four shops over the past because she does the best job! Nexgen lasts at least three weeks if not longer. Lan gives an amazing leg massage and pedicure and the owner is the sweetest. Highly recommend. Mary Johnson.
