Great clean nail salon. The outside sign shows another name instead of Beverly hills but the suite number is the same. Its quiet inside with soft music playing, a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of street noises. I got the basic manicure which was $18 and the nail tech took her time and paid detailed attention to it. Wine was offered too. Highly recommend it.

The pedicure was incredible!! It was enough to want to relive the experience a couple of times a week. The Next-gen powder dip is beautifully done. Few neggies: took a while even though in a chair already, got cut when they tried to rush and the sign outside said 10% all other services, but no discount applied so it cost more then before new management started.

Came here to fix a quick job done elsewhere. My tech listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly. Even though it was close to closing time she took her time and made sure I was happy every step of the way and she took pride in her work. Love my nails! They’ve earned a loyal customer!

Cindy and Tina are the people to get. They Trendy Manicure Pedicure will take a solid 2.5 hours by my God is it worth it every penny. Hot stone massages with your fragrance choice (I get milk & honey or aloe) you get a beverage while in the chair and the painting always lasts. Cindy is incredible at massages, she will take her time to make sure youre satisfied, and Tina (the owner) goes out of her way to remember you and always make sure youre happy. Great for the price its worth it!

I was in from out of town and needed a quick pedicure. The service was great! Nice physical environment, nice receptionist and nail tech. They had complimentary drinks: wine, sodas, water. Ill be back the next time Im in the area; highly recommend!

I didnt get their names, but a male did my gel manicure perfectly and did probably a 10 minute massage. The female who did my feet for the cheapest pedicure ($30) dis the longest massage Ive had before. Great place plus theyre open till 7:30 on weekdays, so I dont have to rush from work. Loved them!

Bought for my wife, she was amazed by the service. Linh went above and beyond to make sure she was happy. My wife said it was one of the best gifts I have ever given her. i highly recommend them. i would recommend buying a trip to the salon for the woman in your life, she will be very pleased! They also do private parties in a separate room that is isolated from the rest of salon.

Best nail place in Plano and north Dallas. Ive tried so many place and they are the best. They wibt nickle and dime you for services and every person there does excellent work.

Excellent pedicure and gel manicure tonight! They did a really long, good massage and painted perfectly. The place was very clean too. Im super picky and have tried all the places in the area. So glad I finally found one who does it right!

NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Unfortunately, We had been clients for YEARS. But after our last experience, this was the last straw.About a week and a half ago, my mom, sister, and I went to get our nails done before a trip to Europe. First off it took them 2 HOURS to see us when they first told us wed have to wait 20 minutes. They tried to blame it on us by saying we had only asked for 2 pedicures, when we had said we were having 3 and nails from the get go. After they finally saw us, wed been there for a grand total of 3 HOURS. And they didnt even give us anything for our troubles. I have NEVER been in a nail salon for that long ever, even with getting deluxe pedicures!Then after all of that, my Nexgen nails ($40 because Id gotten them done with tips) started to fall off about 3 days into my trip. I tried to glue them back on (yup, had to pay $5 for nail glue out of my own pocket) but they just kept falling off so I gave up on them.I get back after my trip overseas, and went to talk to them about it because to pay over $40 for nails that are supposed to last 3 weeks and fall off after 3 days is unacceptable. The manager kept blaming it on me for my nails falling off, and tried to negate my story about how we waited 3 hours. She said the best she could do for me was 50% off at this point, because itd been over a week. (Of course if had I been home I wouldve went over immediately, but I was in Europe!!). Still with 50% itd be costing me over $20. Unacceptable considering weve been clients for years and they would not think as much to make sure we were satisfied. I just left at this point, and will not be going back.

Great service and wonderful atmosphere

Walked in at 5 because front door states WALKINS WELCOME. Of the five employees nobody greeted us. I finally said hello and one of them came over asked what we were interested in ...then walked away started speaking in their native tongue..so a few minutes later I asked if they were going to be able to complete a service and they said well were shorthanded which seemed quite odd since there were five of them standing around talking .... not working...so we left and went around the corner to Tips & Toes nail salon..wonderful Salon very friendly greeting and completed our service in less than an hour

I love this place! Ive been coming here for 2 years and I always get exceptional service. I moved 30 min away and I still make it a point to go there for the experience. They are always are on trend with ombré, Metallics or whatever you see on Pinterest! Keep up the good work guys!
