Friendly service! Great quality nails and staff was sweet! Did full set and pedicures. The whole place has been renovated as well. All tools seemed new and clean!

This was the first time I had my nails done and I absolutely loved it! The woman who did my nails did them exactly how I asked her to, and she was so nice throughout the process, answering every question I had. When I was waiting for my nails to dry, she massaged my neck and shoulders, and after my nails were dry, she massaged oil into my hands. She was patient and kind with me, and gave me a really good experience! Im definitely coming back again!

BEST nail salon! Worth the drive from Frisco. Smaller salon with personal service. The only place ive found that does full arm, neck, and shoulder massage with REGULAR manicure. Prices are great.

Service is good and the staff is nice. Only problem is that they talk a lot and too loud to each other while working. I wish it was a little quieter while getting a nice pedicure and manicure.

Ive been going here for years and only recently came across the negative reviews for this place. Everyone who works here is very kind, and I have never seen anyone turned away unless they were totally full and the wait would be crazy, but even then they give you the choice. You cannot beat their price for the quality of their work. They do NOT just soak your feet or hands and slap on color, they take the time to really scrub, shape the nails, and apply color so it will last. I drive from Frisco to come here because it is the best!

Came in on a Saturday at 7:05. Guy at the front looked me up and down and claimed they were closed. When I asked why the sign on the door said 8pm, he said they close if they dont have customers. Interesting way to run a business...

I have been going here since I was 13. I tried other shops closer to where I live but Helen, Peter, and the team here take the best care of me. The massages are great and they are all so Kind. Never had any issues. I will recommend going in the week. They take their time and pay more attention. But this is my nail salon forever!

This place was GREAT! I was a 10am walk-in and was able to be helped right away. A number of women came in after me and they were all regulars. I could tell because the technicians would all say hello and name the customer specifically.Nancy gave me a spectacular pedicure with the most relaxing massage. The massage was the perfect length of time, not too short. I was actually surprised at how long it was!Nancy also did a great job with my polish. Id picked out purple and gold, but the gold was transparent. Nancy ran and found me a more opaque gold and had actually tested them out on herself to find the right one.I will definitely be back!

I have never written a negative review before, but the cuticles of three fingers were cut to the extent that they are swollen and painful. I am trying very hard for the infection to heal. As others have shared, the workers continuously talked to each other loudly in Vietnamese, not even trying to engage the clients in conversation. The lady who did my manicure did not speak to me at all, and just tapped my hand to get my attention. Also, there was no indication that the tools were sanitized between clients. Stay away!

Horrible costumer service and costumer care. The owners wife that runs this place, does not value costumers what so ever and on top of it she is insanely rude. What she cares about is to make money and didnt have a filter whatsoever. I went to get a pedicure and a manicure after I havent gone to this place for a long time. The owners wife did my manicure and another lady did my pedicure. When the lady lifted up my legs that did my pedicure my phone was about to drop, so I wanted to pick my phone up. By mistake I used unfortunately the wrong hand to pick my phone up with. I used the hand the owners wife was working on to pick up my phone. When I used my hand and picked up my phone, the owners wife went off on me. I was shocked, the ride and aggressive way she told me not to pick up my phone with the hand she is working on, but at the same time I understood, so I said excuse me. She didnt care that I apologized. She continued and didnt stop going off on me and started lecturing me as if Im her kid and mommy wants to let her anger out. This is not the way to treat a costumer no matter what. Every job has some flaws coming with it. Unfortunately in a nail salon it is when the costumer messes up their nail. The saddest part of the story is that my nail didnt even get hurt or touched when I picked up the phone. I got up and told her that I dont appreciate how she is talking to me and I dont want her services. As soon as I got up, she jumped up and started saying what about paying what about paying. When she jumped up and says what about paying. Are you kidding me!!??When I got to the door she came in between me and the door. She pushed me lightley when I wanted to open the door. She pushed me, honestly thinking back I should have called the police. I started arguing my point with her why I would refuse to stay and pay. I told her Ill leave a bad review. As soon she heard the word review she changed.Communication and politeness is 0 at this place. I ended up letting the lady that was doing my pedicure finish my nails. She didnt do anything bad to me. My manicure I left half way done and ended up paying at a different nail salon for.

Came for a pedicure with my wife. They talked on their personal phones until we asked them to finish their phone call before finishing. Other places nearby are more professional.

I have gone here for years, however, this past time, might be my last. it seems the quality has gone down. my color was streaky, my shape was different on every nail, the acrylic wasnt even. overall, very upsetting.
