I am a beauty influencer! So my nails are very important since i make videos and tiktok constantly. I love Ty and Orchid. Been coming here for years. I travel a lot and have gotten my nails done all around. But no one does them like the Ty! The shape the quality, he takes time to make sure they look perfect. I am literally at a point where I go in and just watch tv because I know ty will make sure my nail look the best. It’s such a blessing!

I will not be returning to this salon. The lady was nice but she was unsanitary. She double dipped the sticks into the hot wax which is a big no no. It can spread illnesses/diseases. Because of that crucial mistake, I wont return. She also left me alone for a while so she could tend to people out front.

Bebe is amazing! Shes sweet and 100% real with you. She takes her time and makes sure your nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, etc. are perfect! And her prices are definitely the best! Shes 30 mins away from me, but the drive is well worth it!

This place is amazing !! Ty is so talented, my nails have grown so much since he started doing them. He keep my cuticles nice and healthy and I am very pleased every time I come in. There is no doubt that this is the best place to come and get your nails done. The price is amazing for the work that is being done and the customer service is even better. The whole experience was wonderful . I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. Ty did an awesome job on my nils. He listened to me and asked me if it was what I wanted. The establishment is under new management and it is the WORST nail salon I have ever experienced! I wouldnt even bring my dog here to have her nails done! They gouged my toes, didnt wash their tools properly and Im pretty sure they dont even have their certifications! AND if I didnt do the upgrade then they refused to take off my old nail polish!! EVERYONE was SO RUDE!!!! I was bullied, I was treated like an invalid, and I have NEVER been made to feel so awful in my whole life!! They threatened me when I stood up to put on my shoes! Accused me of not paying, which I did, I have the credit card receipt to prove it! It was AWFUL!!! NEVER GO HERE!!

It was absolutely the worst service I could find. I called them at least 5 times on the phone at 11:00am and no one answered the phone. Then, when I went into the store as a walk in, the worker or manager or whoever told me if I didn’t have an appointment I should leave and come back later. Other more established chains accept walk ins and the salon wasn’t even busy. There was NO ONE IN THERE. Then I tried calling again to make an appointment and they STILL did not pick up the phone. I wasted an entire $25 on this on Groupon. Do not recommend.

Aqua Lily is by far the best Spa to go. We are new here in Plano and we have had a hard time finding a good place. But Bebe is the absolute best! 100% recommended.

Was refused services because the woman on the phone wanted me to give her my credit card info to her over a text message and I told her I was uncomfortable doing that. She wouldn’t take it over the phone call. I told her I was worried about my credit card security by texting it. She did not care and said I could always cancel it if someone stole the information. I finally caved and asked for her to give me her phone # so I could text, she then said no I refuse your service and hung up. Very unprofessional place. I will never come here not recommend it. Lots of other nail places as well that have better customer service.

I’ve never been so disrespected by as a customer. I recently called to schedule an appointment and told the owner, Bebe, that I had been there before and would like to bring a friend with me this time to honor the groupon price. Everything seemed okay until she began to ask me when I came exactly about 3 weeks ago and I wasn’t exactly sure the day so she began to accuse me of not being a real customer. I reminded her that she took a picture of me on her phone so she would NOT forget but instead said she was going to book other appointments on top of mine and whoever shows up first will be served first. I continued to tell her that’s not how you treat a returning customer and she proceed to be extremely rude so I canceled. Today (the day the appointment was supposed to be) I got the text below. NEVER give these people service because they don’t deserve to be business owners if this is how they think they can treat them.

I went into location today for nexgen service. The guy there was so focused on his television show that customer service was out the door. No one was there to do my nails He didn’t apologize or anything. Told me to write my name and number down someone will call me.

I used a Groupon for a NexGen and was so pleasedIt’s my nails that I took my granddaughter back to get her nails done for homecoming They did Ombre and it looked beautiful. She was extremely pleased. And the price is great too. Love this place

Seller would much rather for you to buy directly from them than GROUPON. They make that very clear by making you feel like you are not welcome because you bought a Groupon and they want to make up the money they lost on charging you extra for the bare minimum. As an example if you want to add nail tip is an extra 15 and you are back to 40. They are by appointment only and cancellation is 25. The phone interection is horrible, that is once they answer of course.

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!! Please heed my advice when I tell you that you are better off going somewhere else. The phone experience is BRUTAL, and I was completely disrespected before I even had the chance to come in for an appointment. I never even had a chance to use my Groupon, and I dont plan on bothering with it. I called to reschedule my appointment, and the first time no one answered the phone, so I waited until I got off work and called again. I spoke with a man who I did not encounter when first making my appointment the prior week, and he was completely disrespectful. I was told that I was going to be charged a cancellation fee of $25, and left it at that. Then I received a follow up call accusing me of fraud, saying that my Groupon was already used and accusing me of receiving services that were never rendered. When I made clear that I never stepped a foot into that business for any services, I was then told that my card didnt go through for the cancellation fee, and that he was going to file a police report on my for giving a fake card number. Unbeknownst to me, a charge came through on the card I provided to them the prior week, so I simply provided a different card for him to use. His attitude, the yelling, and abusive speech were entirely uncalled for as this was a misunderstanding. Then he proceeded to tell me that I better not try to dispute the charge with my bank and that he was going to put a note on the charge. I felt insulted and disrespected, and ladies it is better to go spend a little bit more somewhere else to be treated as you should.

I walked into nail salon today and I was asked what am I getting I said Nexgen Nails. Then I was given a phone where a rude lady asked me for my name and phone number .. That made me feel really uncomfortable, you have not given me any service and it was only 1 person being serviced . I will never go back . I wish I could give .Zero stars. And they took my picture without my permission . And it smelled like urine and nail Polish remover .. The Worst

They were so rude! Couldn’t do what I ask while I was getting a pedicure.They did absolutely nothing to my toes and still charged me $30. They charge $5 just to take your old polish off. They locked the door and wouldn’t let me leave and threatened to call the cops. It was a poor experience to say the least. Very unprofessional!

The ladies are great! My sister and I came in for pedicures and she wasnt feeling well. They took their time, let her lay down and continued the pedis when she felt better. Thanks for caring and giving an amazing experience for us out of towners.

I purchased a Groupon then called to set my appointment. I asked how much extra would it be for French tips since they are usually extra. She stated it would cost me $15 for French powder $10 to soak off previous dip I had on because I didnt get it done there and $10 more to add tips. So after purchasing the $25 Groupon, Im supposed to pay $60 for basic Nexgen powder? Then when I asked her why so much, she hung up in my face!! Like I offended her asking why am I paying more than I would have if I just walked off the street. I immediately contacted Groupon and theyve issued my refund, but I am highly disappointed and wouldnt advise them to do my dogs nails.

I usually dont write reviews, good or bad, unless its really good or extremely bad. In this case, it was extremely bad!! Just horrible! I wish I had read the reviews before I went. My daughter had a groupon for $20 for the nexgen set, I did not. The Asian lady said that was fine because they would rather us pay them instead of Groupon. She also said we could come the same day. Well, the white guy, Im guessing is her husband or boyfriend, told us he usually doesnt accept same day appointments, but he made an exception because they were slow. Let me tell you, they were super slow. We got there at 2:00 pm and it was almost 6:00 when we got put out! And our nails still werent finished!! This boy became extremely rude when it was time to pay because he didnt want to honor the Groupon rate. He is beyond ignorant, and I really dont understand any of these positive reviews.I mean he started yelling and screaming at another customer who also had a Groupon, then he turned on my daughter and put her out of the salon with her nails unfinished because she defended the other customer. He called us bottom feeding MFers who wanted service but didnt want to pay! He said he would call the cops on us if we didnt leave! I really wished he would have called them so he could go to jail. My NextGen nails chipped after 3 days.No response for 5 days after sending pictures. When expressing disappointment and that I would have to give a bad review for no response then all I got was a rude, defensive response from BeBe. No apology, no offer to redo. I went on a business trip and vacation for 2 weeks expecting to have perfect nails. Instead I have 3 growing chipped nails and a 4th cracked today - day 10. Get your nails done at Aqua Lily at your own risk.

Terrible, insulting, discriminating place. My child went there with her Groupon, with an appointment. When she arrived she was told that her appointment wasn’t for another hour. Four hours later, yes four hours! Her nails look terrible she was not satisfied so she told them she just wanted to pay and leave because she is going to get those nails taken off. They then proceeded to tell her she moved too much. And when she asked them to stop being disrespectful they said you people are disrespectful! “You people”..Mind you she has a medical disability which causes her to twitch on occasion. And she is African American! So was it racial or discriminatory? She has had her nails done every two weeks for years other places and never had this issue. Don’t buy the Groupon! First time there, ok experience. Was referres by long time customer. Tech rush through my nexgen and nicked my cuticles several times, had a lot of peeling for a couple weeks after. Pedicure was lightning fast, not very relaxing after they basically begged and talked me into do it.Nails did not last 2 weeks, one popped off.Second time with Tye, cuticles not nicked, better experience,Nails started to pop off about 1.5 weeks.I may just have bad luck with dips.They also openly complain about other customers which seems slightly unprofessional and makes your consumers uncomfortable.Upside: prices are very affordable. $25 for nexgen. But bring cash, they get very upset about you using a credit card.

Called this place to make sure we needed an appt for the groupon coupon to work asked us to do a refund because they will charge the owner $10 if we used it. Got to the place after letting her know we are not getting a refund after purchase. Had horrible service when we got there lady refuse to reason with her own Groupon ad. Practically yelled at me and my friends about the ad and how much more money we had to pay for additional services and more work she had to do. She took my name and phone number and confirmed the appointment time and name. We show up the next day and we told them we had an appointment and it was not on their schedule. They said that he didnt work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Horrible customer service. Never going to go their again!

Rude, Disgusting, Immature Owner - Worst Spa! I purchased a Groupon today and when called to make an appointment, the owner was so rude and hung up the call.She said Groupon was only for first time customers, however the site did not state that. I have also seen multiple people use the coupon when I go in there, so thought I would buy this time. She said if I was a frequent customer than I should just buy from them and I will always be charged $25, however that has not been my experience. Each time I go I get charged $40 or $30. When mentioned it was ok I could just use this one as it was the same price as I had already purchased Groupon...she disconnected the call. When I called her back & asked her why she disconnected the call, she stated I didnt. I said You hung up and I am not sure why when I am trying to make an appointment. She then said I did hang up, because I did not want to talk to you and hung up again. As I called the third time, she answered yelling like a monster HHHHHHHEEEEEELLLLLLOOOOO BYYYYYYEEEEE BYYYYYYEEEEEE.Worst place when it comes to customer service!! I scheduled an appointment over the phone with Bebe/Meme? Not sure of the name. When I showed up for my “appointment,” I was told it was never put on the books and that I would be behind 4 other people. So I left and went somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Out of towner who needed nails done. Chose this place based on other reviews. Customer service horrible. Rude comments not only to myself but to others that walked in for service. Watched them get rude and customers walked out. And forget paying with card. Asked for cash payment.

One week and my NexGen nails are already cracking. Also had an issue as they didnt want to use my groupon. Not happy after paying $70+.

Reporting this place to the Attorney Generals office for using derogatory comments based on National Origin. They should be forced out of business.
