They always keep me updated on any changes to my policy and it is usually to tell me that my rates have gone down which is an added surprise! Patti is extremely friendly and personable and Darin is so professional and knowledgeable and always had taken my calls even one day when he was at the airport on his way to taking a vacation with his family! Truly surprised! I talked to Skyler and Ryan at Darin McCullough’s State Farm office at Los Rios and Park in Plano. I’ve had the same insurance company for over 20 years and thought I was getting the best deal possible from a reputable insurance firm. I was wrong… not only am I now paying less for my insurance but I’ve got better coverage on both home and auto. I returned to China from Dallas a year ago because of the epidemic, because I needed to keep my Mustang in the United States for a period of time, and I needed an insurance agent to deal with it. I met Izzy at State Farm. She helped me deal with my case. At that time, the other party tried to put all the blame on me, and the polices opinion was also unfavorable to me, but State Farm helped me clarify the truth. It tooks $17,000 to fix my car. I love darin’s office. Patty is so sweet. She contacts me every so often to kind of go over things and make sure I’m good with what I have. I got an email about my drive safe app not calculating my trip. I was able to sign in and the app started working. I got a call today because they still didn’t see it on their end but it’s only been seeing for a couple of days. I get birthday cards and Christmas cards. They are never pushy. Great doing business with the whole team. They also now have a person solely devoted to life insurance, so I will be looking more into that in the future. I’ve been with Darin since he took over my area about 10yrs ago.

We moved our policies to Darins office last year and have absolutely no regrets. We have two vehicle policies, renters insurance and two life insurance policies with them. Every single time we have had a question or issue, I have always been able to call the office and have all my questions answered. Ive been with State Farm for years! When I decided to relocate to TX I wanted to transfer my policy and purchase another car. I went online to get a quote and received a call the same day from Darins office. When the rep called, I was still without a car and out walking. He was kind enough to pick me up. Anytime I need to submit something they call in and remind me, which is great since I’m not that good at remembering that kind of stuff. All of the staff are really cool and nice and actually hear you out and listen to you. I know other agencies that are really pushy and “business-first” but the staff here do an amazing job of actually listening and talking to you. I actually feel like I’m talking to some good friends over at the office, rather than a suit who sees me as a dollar sign. They’re great at communicating changes in my bills or policies and anytime I need something, they get it to me that same call or shortly after.
