Poor communication. I signed up and paid for insurance and was automatically assigned to this agent. Suddenly two months later I receive a bill in the mail because my drivers ed verification report wasnt received (I assumed this was on file from my previous state farm insurance six months ago, and if not someone should have reached out and told me this), and another letter indicating that state farm didnt receive a signature for uninsured motorist and PIP which may increase my bill even more. I checked all my mail, email, and messages on the statefarm site and no communication sent over from this agent indicating that they needed these two pieces of information. I tried calling to handle the situation before writing this review, but phone keeps going to voicemail. Im not sure about others, but I am certainly not up for paying more money just because information that the insurance agency needed was never communicated to me.

I only chose 5 stars because I cant choose 6. Monique is a pleasure to deal with. I have been with Todd Redding for about 6 years now. The service I have received is hands down some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am almost shocked at how quickly my questions are responded to. Great job team!

Ive been dealing with Todd for 10 years. He and his staff have always treated me well. I went with another agent briefly when I moved, but ended up coming back after a couple months because they couldnt offer the same level of service Todd and his team do.

No problems for years, clean record when no fault accident (chair on hwy) I swerved to miss totaled my car. Policeman reported his fault, he was in route to remove chair. After that they raised my payments 3 TIMES WHAT I WAS PAYING!! BEWARE. Dont trust them.

Ive had so many problems trying to cash out my life insurance policies. Todd lied to me on multiple occasions saying he faxed them over to be processed. I would not recommend dealing with Todd Redding for any insurance needs. Very bad business etiquette.
