If i could rate it a zero i would. my lender tried reaching out to them for a whole week. they never reached back out. i called 4 times in one day they never picked up until after 5. i then spoke to vanessa who was very helpful and polite. overall would not recommend this agency.

Im not even sure if I have insurance or not a payment was taken out of my banking account because I set up the automatic draft but I got stopped the other day which was May the 7th and it showed that I was not covered so I need to call Monday morning which will be the 10th of May to see do I have insurance or not Im so disappointed with this company and apparently Roland Villarreal Jr. Is with Allstate and I get lots of emails of survey from this man and Ive never have spoken with him I dont even know who he is I get an email that I need to finalize my insurance coverage if I knew what I was doing with my insurance I would give my own self insurance however I never gotten a representative to speak with me about this like I said Im so disappointed with this company

Mr. Villarreals office has been providing us with Awesome Customer Service. We originally signed up with his office for our Auto insurance. We have been provided with correspondence and communication regularly.We recently called the office to get home insurance for my Mom. Not only did Mr. Villarreal help her with above and beyond customer service, she was able to cut her payment more than half of what she was paying with another insurance company. We were really pleased with that wonderful news!My Mom has also been able to save money with her Auto Insurance. Nothing but pluses for Roland Villarreals Allstate Insurance office! We will be with this insurance office for a long time!

Requested the cancellation of my policy multiple times and still got charged. No response and i had to call them multiple times. Not my first auto agency i used but definitely the worst. Bless your heart, Roland.
